Not my first visit or review here. Rented a cabin for the first time. It was excellent. A lot of small details are put into this Koa as always. Example is the gas grill. It’s a Weber. Small high end details for this camp ground from the bathrooms laundry room. Cabin and the camp sites. I recommend anyone reading this to check the place out. You won’t be disappointed. We stayed in a cabin. The heat unit vibrated the bedroom wall and sounded like a airplane landing. We notified the office they hecked it tried to resolve the issue.......it didn't. We were offered a 1 night refund if we wanted to stay elsewhere with a pet. We asked to be moved but told nothing available yet the cabin next door never had any activity or light on. We were not compensate in anyway

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We apologize you did not enjoy your stay;however, we did attempt to make things right several times. The owner came out twice, installed all new screws and put insulation on the outside AC unit.We offered twice to move you to a different cabin and offered a full refund, which you declined both times

It’s was so nice and peaceful. Everyone was so sweet at check in. The Cabin was so cute and clean. Would definitely stay again.

The bathrooms were a nice size and the KOA is only 5 years young. It lies next to the river which was low when visiting. There is a pool, didn't use. People friendly. Not much to do in the area and I couldn't find a bicycle or hiking trails during my short visit. It was a bit out of my way to visit this area, thought it would have more area activities or attractions. There were children during my stay who were loud until dark. Then when they left, it was more peaceful. It's gated and requires a code. Bathrooms & showers require a code also.

Beautiful campground and wonderful staff. Can't wait to come back. Site P3 is the bomb. Backs up to the Toccoa River and has a killer private dog park. The camp store has all kinds of RV items in case you forgot something or want something to make your life easier. It also has popsicles and cute souvenirs.

Great KOA! The campsites are large and maintained well. They have options to store items in a locked lot with surveillance, for a reasonable price. The staff are helpful and very nice.
