We had a wonderful time at this KOA! The staff are friendly and helpful, the grounds are well-kept, and there are so many fun things to do at the camp ground and the surrounding area. If you want to kayak on the Toccoa River, I suggest using the Paddle Zone. They will pick you up and drop you off directly from the KOA.

Great stay, first time will return. KOA well taken care of, employees very helpful go out of their way to assist anyway they can. Close to town with many available restaurants & nice grocery stores. Beautiful area along the river & lake.

Very quiet and clean - some of the workers are a bit rude but most are kind, and we will be back. this was like our 8th time since it opened.

We have stayed at KOA’s all over the US. This KOA is by far, in EVERY respect the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, safest, spacious and well run KOA we have had the pleasure to visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The KOA was beautiful, clean and well maintained. However, we did notice that the KOA folks demeanor had changed for the worse. 1. KOA Employees are confused over their own peak season vs off peak season policy concerning visitors. $ 2. KOA Employees were rude to our visitors when they arrived. 3. KOA Employee came to our site within 2 minutes to make us move the 3rd car. We were in process!

All of our employees take a great amount of pride in providing top-notch customer service to each and every camper and/or their visitors and we are are surprised to hear that this is not what you experienced this visit. The policies in question are stated in our literature.

Check in was easy. Site was as reserved. Long enough for motorhome and cargo trailer. Cable was not compatible with TVs. Ranger that was sent to see if he could assist was arrogant saying that we needed to replace all our TVs. He also began talking down about other campers. I am sure we will be added to his list of people to talk about in his righteous arrogant manner. Cable worked at next park.

We do apologize about the customer service you received. This goes against our policy of ensuring that all campers receive top-notch customer service while here. In regards to cable, when our small TV proved that cable was available at the pedestal, it meant there was a signal issue in the camper.

Probably the best KOA I've stayed at. Very well maintained, very clean. Staff efficient and friendly. Not often do I feel I got my moneys worth at a KOA, but this time I did. Will definitely return.

Exceptionally clean, well landscaped and gated park, nice size sites, laundry facilities available. Also had activities, music, food truck on Friday and Saturday. Best KOA we have been to since traveling the USA..

This koa location was great home base for our motorcycle rides. We enjoyed the smaller sized rv park and that the place is very quiet and clean. The staff was friendly & informative.

Campground and workers are nice, but wi-fi ranges from bad to awful.

Very enjoyable, check in easy, stayed on river. Only downfall many people walk through sites to get to river with dogs. Some folks don’t police their dogs.

The employees were awesome...very friendly and helpful at all times. The bed and couch need immediate attention. Bed needs new mattress and pillows. Couch needs to be updated...you sink down into pillows when you sit...very uncomfortable. TV seldom worked at night. For $200 a night I really expected much better comfort.

Thank you for staying with us. The day of your departure you had a conversation with an owner regarding the issues noted. We were shocked by these comments as we have not had comments like this in the past regarding our cabins. We do wish we had known about the TV issue while you were here.

This KOA was the best we have ever enjoyed. Red carpet / white glove experience..heated bathroom/ showers. Excellent service.. Ultra clean.

We just got home from a wonderful long weekend at the Blue Ridge KOA. This location is the best. The sites are big and the park is well maintained. The bath houses are the cleanest I have ever seen. The staff was all very friendly and helpful but a HUGE shout out to Jayne and Jim! They went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed and then some. We will definitely be back and fingers crossed Jayne and Jim are working when we are there!

We had such AMAZING service that I could not pass up the chance to review this place. It seems these days that good customer service is a thing of the past. My husband and two children went to KOA Holiday in Blue Ridge Ga last week-end. We parked our camper at the gate to check-in and for some reason our truck would not start. Jim pulled up his personal truck to charge my husband's battery. He took us to our campsite, helped my husband back in to our spot and went through the water, electric, sewer, and cable hook up. He personally delivered 3 loads of wood for our fire and a bag of ice. Then my son asked if we could watch the Braves. We didn't have a cable long enough. Jim went all the way to Walmart and bought us a cable...this is absolutely the truth. Him and his wife Jayne are two of the kindest people that I have met in a long time. Our spot was right on the Toccoa River. My husband was in fishing heaven. The facility has a pool, corn hole boards, horse shoes, basketball, tether ball, laundry facility, dog park, walking trails, and much more. Our site had a glider, chairs, and a grill. They have a stocked store with everything you need. I even bought all the stuff to make smores and my husband bought fishing essentials. The next most important thing for me though was the bathrooms were SPOTLESS. We have stayed at several campgrounds and the bathrooms were so filthy it made me cringe. My children said this was the best camping spot we have been to and they are already begging to go back. We will definitely be going back...next time with our kayaks! Jim and Jayne, you made our stay so enjoyable. THANK YOU!
