The cabin was clean and well stocked. Greeted promptly upon arrival. Quiet and well kept. Our only complaint is that the mattress in the main room was thin and uncomfortable. I have back problems so that was disappointing.

Nice campground but staff/rule about visitors is ridiculous. My brother needed to pick up something; he'd be in the campground for about ten minutes, and you wanted to charge him $10. I had to drive out the gate and give it to him. Very inconvenient:

WE are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Anyone who is not registered as a camper in our park, and who goes through the gate, is considered a visitor. Our visitor policy is stated in all of our literature and was reiterated to you upon check-in.

Everything was great except I couldn’t find any documentation that said I couldn’t use my own fire wood. I was brought a bundle of wood with a receipt where I was charged for it. If it’s not allowed then there should be something in writing.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us; however we are confused about the wood.Nowhere in our records does it indicate that you were ever charged for a bundle of wood.We do prefer that outside wood not be brought in, but you can use your own.We would never charge for something without permission.

Love this campground. Very clean and very nice people on staff. This is our 4th stay at this park. Hope to return for a longer stay.

We only stayed two nights but will definitely come back. The park is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Blue Ridge has a lot of quaint shops which was fun to walk through.

Best KOA Campground we have stayed at . Liked having a concrete pad to park on plus the eating area. Very well kept campground and extra friendly staff. Plus had extras like the food trucks and music on the weekend! We had a great time! Will come back soon!

This is an extremely-well maintained KOA. The staff is friendly & helpful. I just can't swallow the Visitor Fee. Our friend stopped in to visit us for 2 hours. It cost him $5.00 to do that. And if he returned the following day it's another $5.00. A family of 6 would use way more resources than he did; he only sat in a chair...didn't use the bathrooms; didn't shower. It's an irritating charge.

Beautiful campground. Staff was not helpful and felt very unwelcome.

We do apologize that the visitor policy was an issue for you and your guests. We only allow six people per site, including any visitors, and advised several local parks/areas where you could have easily met up with your seven visitors.

We stayed from Oct 4-Oct 9. Our site was very clean & spacious. The office staff was very friendly & helpful. Everything looked so nice & very well maintaned.

The grounds were incredibly well-kept, the staff friendly and happy to help, The bathrooms were almost worth the price to rent by themselves! If I had a single complaint, it'd be a nitpick, so I won't do that. Great job, folks!

Very nice campground, spacious campsites. Very clean and a 10 on their bathhouse. Friday night a Taco food truck was there along with a young man singing. It was a very enjoyable night. My husband bought a GA fishing license and fished on the river. I wish we were closer because I'd definitely go back.

Beautiful beautiful park. Staff is great, park is clean and exceptional. The river is nice and proximity to to so many wonderful things to do leaves absolutely no excuse for boredom. The park brought in food trucks and music on the weekends. Loved it and will be back!!!! TW

We had a wonderful time at this KOA! The staff are friendly and helpful, the grounds are well-kept, and there are so many fun things to do at the camp ground and the surrounding area. If you want to kayak on the Toccoa River, I suggest using the Paddle Zone. They will pick you up and drop you off directly from the KOA.

Great stay, first time will return. KOA well taken care of, employees very helpful go out of their way to assist anyway they can. Close to town with many available restaurants & nice grocery stores. Beautiful area along the river & lake.

Very quiet and clean - some of the workers are a bit rude but most are kind, and we will be back. this was like our 8th time since it opened.

We have stayed at KOA’s all over the US. This KOA is by far, in EVERY respect the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, safest, spacious and well run KOA we have had the pleasure to visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The KOA was beautiful, clean and well maintained. However, we did notice that the KOA folks demeanor had changed for the worse. 1. KOA Employees are confused over their own peak season vs off peak season policy concerning visitors. $ 2. KOA Employees were rude to our visitors when they arrived. 3. KOA Employee came to our site within 2 minutes to make us move the 3rd car. We were in process!

All of our employees take a great amount of pride in providing top-notch customer service to each and every camper and/or their visitors and we are are surprised to hear that this is not what you experienced this visit. The policies in question are stated in our literature.

We had such AMAZING service that I could not pass up the chance to review this place. It seems these days that good customer service is a thing of the past. My husband and two children went to KOA Holiday in Blue Ridge Ga last week-end. We parked our camper at the gate to check-in and for some reason our truck would not start. Jim pulled up his personal truck to charge my husband's battery. He took us to our campsite, helped my husband back in to our spot and went through the water, electric, sewer, and cable hook up. He personally delivered 3 loads of wood for our fire and a bag of ice. Then my son asked if we could watch the Braves. We didn't have a cable long enough. Jim went all the way to Walmart and bought us a cable...this is absolutely the truth. Him and his wife Jayne are two of the kindest people that I have met in a long time. Our spot was right on the Toccoa River. My husband was in fishing heaven. The facility has a pool, corn hole boards, horse shoes, basketball, tether ball, laundry facility, dog park, walking trails, and much more. Our site had a glider, chairs, and a grill. They have a stocked store with everything you need. I even bought all the stuff to make smores and my husband bought fishing essentials. The next most important thing for me though was the bathrooms were SPOTLESS. We have stayed at several campgrounds and the bathrooms were so filthy it made me cringe. My children said this was the best camping spot we have been to and they are already begging to go back. We will definitely be going back...next time with our kayaks! Jim and Jayne, you made our stay so enjoyable. THANK YOU!

Lezette and Dave were absolutely amazing! Wonderful hospitality. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. The facilities are top notch. If we return to Blue Ridge, we will definitely camp here again. Beautiful area with lots to do.
