Our 3rd time staying here. Nice setting by the river. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Places close by to see and visit. I like taking pictures and plenty of things to look at and capture with a photo. This time we were on a concrete site by the river. We booked again for next year.

People were not very sociable and didn’t know anything about the new meeting house. The attendant made no effort to find out the price to rent. The worker that checked us in was not very cordial. It was down to business and she was ready to go home.

We apologize that you had this type of interaction with our staff. This is definitely not the customer service that we strive to provide to each of our campers.

As usual the facility is spotless and the staff is very friendly. Access to Blueridge is a major bonus.

Best maintained campground in which we have ever stayed. Clean (did not use bathhouse facilities), plenty of staff, and extremely helpful and friendly staff!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice size lot and the walk by the river was beautiful. Campground was clean and neat. The laundry room was nice. There was one washer out of service. I felt there could be a need for additional washer and dryers for the size campground. I did like that I could use my phone or card for payment. No more counting quarters. The activities for Halloween were fun.

Was met at gate escorted to my site, all staff was very professional. While there was in need of a ladder to correct a malfunction with my awning, called the office to check on availability of one was told they would check with maintenance and get back to me within 5 minutes office called me that maintenance would bring a ladder shortly. About 10 minutes later they arrived and set the ladder up

It was our second stay. Great campground. Clean, friendly staff, extremely helpful, close to town with activities and shopping. The only negative for us was slow internet. We work and travel so that is important to us. Otherwise this campground is the BEST!

Great camp. Good folks taking care of you very clean and well taken care of. I have been camping at Koa m for 40 years and couldn’t wait to come and see y’all. I will be back. Thank y’all for a good time

The campground was great the sites are so well kept and nice size. It was very clean. The staff was amazing. So many things to do in the area. We will hopefully be back. They had so many fun activities, we didn’t get to enjoy them because we were sightseeing.

Super friendly staff, immaculate grounds/bathhouses! It is quickly becoming our “go to” place for camping. Wish all KOA locations were like the one in Blue Ridge.

If they had remotely reliable wi-fi I’d give them a 10 out of 10 all around. We simple could not stay connected long enough to do even the simplest tasks. Because our ATT service was also pretty bad there we struggled for even the most basic connection. All else was exceptional. They do need to address their wi-fi if charging full service prices.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Connection and download speeds near your site did not indicate any wifi issues. The network administrator was contacted and no known issues were detected with any of our servers. Streaming speeds are capped and the campground was full.

We enjoyed our stay at KOA Blue Ridge. Very nice staff. Very nice facilities. We like being close to downtown. We have booked our trip for next year .

Everything was great, facilities were spotless people were friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was with the crushed rock on the driveway. We had our motorcycle with us and trying to get my feet firmly on the ground is difficult on the rocky drive. Smaller gravel would be better.

Awesome last minute weekend trip. We were able to grab a pull-through site for this past weekend, and everything about the trip was wonderful. The staff is so helpful, friendly, and attentive. They go out if their way to make you feel welcome from the first minute you arrive until you wave goodbye. The Halloween activities were a blast!! Can’t wait to return!!

This was our second stay here and we have booked a third. We found the owners and staff very attentive, friendly and hard working. The amenities all worked flawlessly - eve wifi! Very clean and well maintained and we also loved that there were Halloween activities. Thank you for keeping a nice place, nice!

Wonderful experience from arrival to departure. Spacious campsites and great amenities. Friendly staff. Super clean park! Although we did not use it, I specifically went into the bath house and laundry area to be able to write a review. Bath house was immaculate!! They have a great mixture of sites with and without concrete, basic sites have gravel, but all sites are reasonably level.

We love staying at the Blue Ridge Taccoa KOA. The campground is clean and the sites are level. The location is perfect as it it very close to downtown Blue Ridge. We didn’t use the bath house or laundry room but they are both very nice. We plan to return annually.

We had such AMAZING service that I could not pass up the chance to review this place. It seems these days that good customer service is a thing of the past. My husband and two children went to KOA Holiday in Blue Ridge Ga last week-end. We parked our camper at the gate to check-in and for some reason our truck would not start. Jim pulled up his personal truck to charge my husband's battery. He took us to our campsite, helped my husband back in to our spot and went through the water, electric, sewer, and cable hook up. He personally delivered 3 loads of wood for our fire and a bag of ice. Then my son asked if we could watch the Braves. We didn't have a cable long enough. Jim went all the way to Walmart and bought us a cable...this is absolutely the truth. Him and his wife Jayne are two of the kindest people that I have met in a long time. Our spot was right on the Toccoa River. My husband was in fishing heaven. The facility has a pool, corn hole boards, horse shoes, basketball, tether ball, laundry facility, dog park, walking trails, and much more. Our site had a glider, chairs, and a grill. They have a stocked store with everything you need. I even bought all the stuff to make smores and my husband bought fishing essentials. The next most important thing for me though was the bathrooms were SPOTLESS. We have stayed at several campgrounds and the bathrooms were so filthy it made me cringe. My children said this was the best camping spot we have been to and they are already begging to go back. We will definitely be going back...next time with our kayaks! Jim and Jayne, you made our stay so enjoyable. THANK YOU!

We had a great time at Blue Ridge KOA. The hosts were awesome and very helpful. We will be setting up another trip to visit here.

Lezette and Dave were absolutely amazing! Wonderful hospitality. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. The facilities are top notch. If we return to Blue Ridge, we will definitely camp here again. Beautiful area with lots to do.
