The Staff is absolutely incredible! Very Friendly and helpful! The ground are so nice and I LOVE the new dog pins! Best idea ever! It was clean, quiet, close to everything, and being on the river is a huge bonus. We been a few times and each time gets better. Thank you to the Groundskeeper, his wife that worked the front desk, and all the very nice guest.

It honestly a beautiful campground, Not many people at all where there for the holidays. The first lady, Jessica, who called me to verify stay and greeted us when we came in was amazing. We went up to ask about the little community room, apparently you are not allowed to us it without payment, my husband just wanted to wrap a couple of gifts and she wouldn't let him. That was a let down.

This is the best KOA we have ever stayed at. Bathrooms are spotless staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time. The spigot to our site froze despite us having the heated hose connected. The heated spigot was turned on but the breaker was not. Consequently, the water froze overnight. The staff resolved our issue along with a couple of other vacationers which had the same problem. The park is very well kept. I will certainly be visiting again.

We visited Blue Ridge area in 2023 without our RV. We saw the KOA and decided next trip we would book. We were not disappointed at all. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The campground is well maintained and at a beautiful location. We were notified of all rules and regulations beforehand. We received text messages as well. We will be back. Thank you for an outstanding stay!

Our family met with other family to visit and explore the Blue Ridge, GA area. We had a wonderful time, and so enjoyed the hospitality of the KOA staff. They enabled our family cabins to be close together, and had a pet-friendly option too! There is so much to do in the area, that we plan to return. The cabin was spotless, warm, and scenic with the river. Nice laundry, too. Thank you, KOA!

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It was nice and clean. It had plenty of room for the two of us and was in a good location.

This is the absolute cleanest campground I've ever visited. So convenient to all Blue Ridge has to offer. Nice blacktop roads and spacious sites. Couldn't ask for more in the cabins. A++++

Love this campground! Clean and well maintained. We visit during Christmas and its cold, but I bet they do really well in the summer! Had to use the laundry - love the APP!! The gift shop is so cute too! No complaints - everyone is very helpful!

Our stay was great. Blue Ridge has become one of our favorite campgrounds. Where else do you have a TJ Maxx, Blue Ridge Creamery, And Rum Lady Cuban food with a short drive. The campground is beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely return

This is a very clean and well run KOA. We loved the proximity to Blue Ridge and surrounding areas. The site was perfectly level and the location near the dog park was ideal. The bath house was immaculate. If there is a con, it’s that the WiFi was hit or miss, but this was Thanksgiving weekend and very cold so many may have been inside on their devices staying warm. I wish they had cable TV.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept us up to date on current temps so we could disconnect our water if needed. This is a very pretty campground, and it is convenient to downtown Blue Ridge . We enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving there.

No shade. They shut off my water and disconnected my hose while I was brushing my teeth. It was 40 degrees outside. It did not even go below freezing that night. When I spoke with the office about it, I suggested they wait until midnight if they wanted to shut off our water. "We can't do that", was the response. I won't ever stay here again.

We’re sorry for the frustration. All guests were notified and signed a winter water-disconnect waiver. A 9pm cutoff was given, and staff disconnected well after to prevent frozen lines and a repair fee of $500. Our goal is to protect guests and the park infrastructure.

We love this location and the staff! The only reason we don’t give the highest rating is because of the slow internet speed.

Beautiful Campground. Facilities are all perfectly taken care of. My only critique would be that it was a little odd that our site (9) had a fire pit directly by the road, especially as one of the sites by the front gate where there is a constant stream of trucks with bright headlights coming in. Couldn’t help but notice the other sites near us with normal campfires were vacant the whole time.

This was our 4th time staying at this campground. KOA Blue Ridge is one of our most favorite places to stay. The campground itself is superb and the staff is the best they come. We will be back next Thanksgiving!

Wonderful, welcoming and friendly hosts. Pristine campground, laundry and shower facilities. Some of our family stayed in a well appointed and clean cabin and were kept well supplied with all items. Beautiful and central setting to hiking, shopping, fishing and exploring. Definitely will return!

Beautiful campground. Even more activities/events than our last visit so still improving. By far the cleanest well kept bath houses we have seen at a campground. Customer service is great. Always liked being escorted to the site, and I appreciate having firewood delivered. I love the size of the sites as well. Easy to back into and not being jammed up into neighboring sites. Thank you all.

The bathrooms were a nice size and the KOA is only 5 years young. It lies next to the river which was low when visiting. There is a pool, didn't use. People friendly. Not much to do in the area and I couldn't find a bicycle or hiking trails during my short visit. It was a bit out of my way to visit this area, thought it would have more area activities or attractions. There were children during my stay who were loud until dark. Then when they left, it was more peaceful. It's gated and requires a code. Bathrooms & showers require a code also.

Beautiful campground and wonderful staff. Can't wait to come back. Site P3 is the bomb. Backs up to the Toccoa River and has a killer private dog park. The camp store has all kinds of RV items in case you forgot something or want something to make your life easier. It also has popsicles and cute souvenirs.

Great KOA! The campsites are large and maintained well. They have options to store items in a locked lot with surveillance, for a reasonable price. The staff are helpful and very nice.
