This is a well run KOA. The sites are quite a bit tight but that is the norm for KOA. The people are all very nice here. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that they are just so expensive.

We discovered a safe, well-maintained KOA, minutes from local attractions, staffed with the most helpful people, and had vendors nearby for RV repairs and so much more. The BRTR-KOA is on our return, return, and many more returns list. Thanks so much for being such wonderful hosts...

We first stayed at the Blue Ridge KOA for a week this past June. We decided to return during the last week in October to see the fall leaves. The sites are spacious, especially the riverside patio sites. They provide a bit of privacy and a terrific view of the Taccoa River. The private shower/restrooms are spotlessly clean. Most importantly, the staff are friendly and anxious to please.

One of the top KOAs I've stayed in. The staff's customer service was stellar, the whole place was very clean and well kept, and the surroundings were beautiful.

Campground was clean and comfortable as usual. Also want to recognize camp maintenance staff for their assistance. As we were loading to leave, we noticed that one tire was low on air. They arrived quickly and helped us pump the tire to correct pressure so we could get on the road again. Thanks!

Staff is exceptionally friendly & helpful. Park & site were very clean. However, we arrived with a 76' HDT (called in advance & was VERY specific about our setup.) We were told we could fit on a pull thru site with no problem. Not thrilled on arrival when told we must leave our truck across the street in a secure lot. Beware these sites are NOT Big Rig friendly if you have anything over 65 ft

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We didn't know the HDT was an oversized 32' Peterbilt. We allow 1 camper sized vehicle per site (47 fifth wheel). We are big rig friendly; however, we are only 1' to ground water and the weight of the Peterbilt and camper could have damaged the concrete. We did provide free, secure storage.

One night while visiting the local area. This is a relatively new, and very clean, KOA. The sites are level and the bathrooms are very clean as well. We will stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful setting! Gorgeous River! A great campground if you like close together, no privacy and a lot of road noise. No view of the mountains, but nice, fairly new and clean. The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable, very friendly and welcoming.

This is a beautiful clean park with fun activities and a great location for local shopping, wine tastings, apple barn browsing, antiquing, etc. A must stop!

Friendly, helpful staff kept front office open 40 min later than usual waiting for our family’s arrival. They helped me back in my RV and pointed out a flat tire. The park was kept very clean and rules were enforced to keep all campers safe and happy. We’ll be back for sure.

We were there two nights in October 2023. Our stay was very pleasant. Very nice folks who keep a very clean campground. I recommend this KOA.

The staff is incredibly friendly. The place is spotless. The activities they had for Halloween were incredible. This place is fantastic. They're helpful without being annoying. It's a wonderful place to stay. I will be back for a 4th time soon.

Halloween weekend was great. An events calendar @ checkin would be a great benefit. Had no idea of live music in pavilion until almost over. It was empty so I assume no-one else knew either, along with food truck. A beautiful park all in all very well done. Patrolling of the grounds is excessive. Feels like you are driving around just looking for something to find....

Frustrated—we pd for an extra night so we cld leave later the day before. As we were loading up, we set our 1 trash bag on the curb (like we do at every other campground we’ve stayed at) and 3 emp were sitting across the way on their carts at an empty site and saw us set it there and one walked over to us and said they were done picking up trash at 11 and we wld need to take own trash to dumps

This is the second time we have stayed at Blue Ridge/Toccoa River KOA. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is outstanding. Overall the best KOA we have experienced. I have read the negative reviews and don't understand the issues. All of the park rules are clearly listed and explained. The rules are in place for the good of all.

This KOA was the best we have ever enjoyed. Red carpet / white glove experience..heated bathroom/ showers. Excellent service.. Ultra clean.

We just got home from a wonderful long weekend at the Blue Ridge KOA. This location is the best. The sites are big and the park is well maintained. The bath houses are the cleanest I have ever seen. The staff was all very friendly and helpful but a HUGE shout out to Jayne and Jim! They went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed and then some. We will definitely be back and fingers crossed Jayne and Jim are working when we are there!

We had such AMAZING service that I could not pass up the chance to review this place. It seems these days that good customer service is a thing of the past. My husband and two children went to KOA Holiday in Blue Ridge Ga last week-end. We parked our camper at the gate to check-in and for some reason our truck would not start. Jim pulled up his personal truck to charge my husband's battery. He took us to our campsite, helped my husband back in to our spot and went through the water, electric, sewer, and cable hook up. He personally delivered 3 loads of wood for our fire and a bag of ice. Then my son asked if we could watch the Braves. We didn't have a cable long enough. Jim went all the way to Walmart and bought us a cable...this is absolutely the truth. Him and his wife Jayne are two of the kindest people that I have met in a long time. Our spot was right on the Toccoa River. My husband was in fishing heaven. The facility has a pool, corn hole boards, horse shoes, basketball, tether ball, laundry facility, dog park, walking trails, and much more. Our site had a glider, chairs, and a grill. They have a stocked store with everything you need. I even bought all the stuff to make smores and my husband bought fishing essentials. The next most important thing for me though was the bathrooms were SPOTLESS. We have stayed at several campgrounds and the bathrooms were so filthy it made me cringe. My children said this was the best camping spot we have been to and they are already begging to go back. We will definitely be going back...next time with our kayaks! Jim and Jayne, you made our stay so enjoyable. THANK YOU!
