We had a nice three night stay at BR TR KOA. The park was very clean and quiet. There were only 8 rigs in the park including ours so it was pretty spread out. Staff was very friendly.

Always a lovely stay. We visit yearly during December and love how quaint, quiet and open it is at the park. Loads to do nearby. Clean bathhouse and bathrooms. Heated water spigots are a bonus. 8 dog waste stations throughout the park. Trash is picked up quickly and efficiently. Office staff is always friendly, kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

We are regulars, usually every 6 months. I like the trees that were planted. I would really like more filtered at night. I usually walk to the bathroom facilities at night and am afraid of falling since it is hard to see!

I was told to move my car because it was parked on the grass. I understand that, but with the burn ban, there was people across from me with a campfire going for 3 nights. I guess parking on the grass is more important than campfire during a burn ban.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This guest was using a gas firepit, which was acceptable. We wish we would have been notified of your upset while you were here so that we could have spoken to you. It took us 1 1/2 years to grow grass and we do have signage throughout the park stating that cars are not allowed to park on the grass.

The place is nice just not much to do couldn’t have a fire the cabin is nice but when my wife plugged in a curling iron and flat iron at the same time it would kick the power out in the front of the cabin and was over priced per night for what’s there in our opinion the cable tv was not right the whole time the employees helpful and nice no extra blankets if you we’re just sitting watching

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Prior to your stay, we did notify you that our county was under a burn ban. Management did come in and fix the cable. The cabins are park model RV's and when multiple items are plugged in, this does trip breakers. The bunk room did have spare blankets.

Campground and supporting facilities are very well maintained, clean and up to date. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location next to four lane highway made it noisy from traffic. Sites were close together - not much privacy.

Thank you for staying with us. We do apologize for the road noise; however, this is not something we can control. When we built the park we did take into consideration spacing of sites and do have more space between sites than most campgrounds.

Your campsite was adorable. Although there was an open fire banned we have a lovely experience. The staff was amazing, the bath facilities were above average, and your camp sites were fine. Thanks for the live music and scavenger hunt with prizes.

The campground has no character or charm and is very expensive! It's basically a pasture next to a busy highway. The river is nice but that's it.

We apologize you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We take a lot of pride in our KOA and have received, four years in a row, the President's and Founder's award from KOA for being one of the top KOA campgrounds in the country. We do hope you will give our KOA a second chance.

Great campground. Staff was friendly and the grounds are well “manicured “ and neat. Below freezing while there so had to disconnect water at night but no problem at all. Bathroom have always been clean and well maintained. Showers good.

What a wonderful park it was clean. It was quiet the staff in the office people friendly beautiful place to go. Fission love walks around the park we don't live far so we'll be back. It's a great little getaway for 2 to 3 days or 2 to 3 weeks can't wait to go back.

Stayed 4 nights in cabin while son & family camped in their trailer. The cabin was nice but needed more hooks here and there to hang jackets, clothes etc. The bathroom needed a small shelf under the sink area to hold extra towels and also more wall hooks for towels to hang. Other than that, it was great.

Super friendly staff, grounds are always immaculately kept, bath houses are superb…couldn’t ask for more! My wife and I have been several times and will return again and again and again and again and again!!!

We had a wonderful stay. It’s a lovely campground. The area by the river is fantastic for walking with or without our dog. The pet stations with bags and trash cans are great!!

Very friendly staff, campground is clean and well maintained, beautiful views. We felt it was the perfect choice for our stay. We look forward to our next trip to Blue Ridge/ Toccoa River KOA

We are "first timers", both in staying at a KOA, and pulling a camper. So...We were very pleased with the KOA facility, itself, and the very helpful and friendly staff. We had several "issues", and the staff were able to help us all of them. We would highly recommend anyone check out the KOA, and book a stay!

We were there a week. The staff was very helpful. This was our fourth time to visit this KOA and the cleanliness and organization of the campground is top notch. We always enjoy our visits. We can highly recommend The Blue Ridge/Toccoa River KOA.

Great staff and great stay. Love that there were lots of doggie waste stations around the creek and not just in the camp K9 area. Very clean. My only problem was on my end of camp the road noise was loud from the main highway. But I will go back again.

This is a well run KOA. The sites are quite a bit tight but that is the norm for KOA. The people are all very nice here. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that they are just so expensive.

This KOA was the best we have ever enjoyed. Red carpet / white glove experience..heated bathroom/ showers. Excellent service.. Ultra clean.

We just got home from a wonderful long weekend at the Blue Ridge KOA. This location is the best. The sites are big and the park is well maintained. The bath houses are the cleanest I have ever seen. The staff was all very friendly and helpful but a HUGE shout out to Jayne and Jim! They went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed and then some. We will definitely be back and fingers crossed Jayne and Jim are working when we are there!

We had such AMAZING service that I could not pass up the chance to review this place. It seems these days that good customer service is a thing of the past. My husband and two children went to KOA Holiday in Blue Ridge Ga last week-end. We parked our camper at the gate to check-in and for some reason our truck would not start. Jim pulled up his personal truck to charge my husband's battery. He took us to our campsite, helped my husband back in to our spot and went through the water, electric, sewer, and cable hook up. He personally delivered 3 loads of wood for our fire and a bag of ice. Then my son asked if we could watch the Braves. We didn't have a cable long enough. Jim went all the way to Walmart and bought us a cable...this is absolutely the truth. Him and his wife Jayne are two of the kindest people that I have met in a long time. Our spot was right on the Toccoa River. My husband was in fishing heaven. The facility has a pool, corn hole boards, horse shoes, basketball, tether ball, laundry facility, dog park, walking trails, and much more. Our site had a glider, chairs, and a grill. They have a stocked store with everything you need. I even bought all the stuff to make smores and my husband bought fishing essentials. The next most important thing for me though was the bathrooms were SPOTLESS. We have stayed at several campgrounds and the bathrooms were so filthy it made me cringe. My children said this was the best camping spot we have been to and they are already begging to go back. We will definitely be going back...next time with our kayaks! Jim and Jayne, you made our stay so enjoyable. THANK YOU!
