We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this campground. It absolutely rates at the top of favorite locations. The staff has always been helpful, pleasant, all those good adjectives!! The campground is always clean and well kept. Our best reason for returning time after time?? Our grandchildren, 4 and 7, absolutely love the place the call "Camp Snoopy".

Campground was nice but campers on both sides of us had two dogs each. They barked constantly. It was very annoying. Disappointed there was no cable tv.

2nd time here. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Our hot water heater was not working so it was the first time we had to use the bath house and the facilities were clean ans well maintained.

Another great stay! We arrived Friday afternoon to warm friendly faces and warm weather. We reserved a pull-thru site which was easy to get in and out. Our site was gravel with a paved patio. We enjoyed seeing the kids riding bikes and scooters throughout the day, people walking their dogs, and sitting by the river. And the staff made us feel welcomed and valued during our entire stay.

Highway noise and a lack of mature tree coverage are not ideal. This campground is more appropriate for old people from Florida that sit inside their motor homes all day with the HVAC on. Also, preventing guests from charging EVs because “the pedestals can’t handle it” is either a lie, or an admission that the electrical infrastructure is not up to code. RVs and trailers are plugged in 24/7

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We appreciate you staying with us and wish we had been asked about EV charging. EV charges require continuous flow pedestals, which are different from those required by campers. Campers do not require a continual electrical flow. All of our infrastructure meets the national electrical code.

While we enjoyed the campground, I think the cancellation notice should be reviewed. We were planning to tent camp and had to delay one night due to a severe storm, that night was not refunded. Then we booked an extra night to make up for it and the temperature dropped below freezing, so we had to get a local hotel. I likely will not book again due to the lack of flexibility with weather concerns.

Thank you for staying with us. We follow the KOA National Cancellation policy, which is followed by most other KOA campgrounds. We do understand your frustration; however, we cannot control the weather or when people choose to cancel because of said weather.

We had a great stay last week. Weather was beautiful although the impending storms cut short our trip. The campground is very clean and well maintained. Staff are constantly working on improvements. Staff are also helpful with any needs. We also love the proximity to Meciers Apple Orchard as well as Blue Ridge and the wonderful Ingalls near by. It’s about 2 hours travel for us so perfect.

Our first time RVing. This is wonderful place. Right by river. Safe, secure. Great store, playground,bath facilities. Staff is the friendliest - everyone ! We got in around 8 pm. Helped us connect up. KOA Blue Ridge Toccoa is just the best !!

There are a few things I wish this KOA wiuld change. Highly disappointed to learn the clubhouse was only accessible for use by renting- half day $75.00 full day $150.00. If you have a visitor stop by for a visit, they are charged $5.00 each. Also, propane refill is sold by the canister not by the gallon.

We appreciate you staying with us and we do value your feedback. In order to ensure the safety of all campers, we have always had a visitor policy. Our local propane supplier is who gives us our pricing. Our Adventure Lodge is new and is currently available by rental only.

We have stayed at this KOA 4 or 5 times now, which is always a pleasure. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful and the campground has always been very nice and very clean.

The front office was very rude and more interested in fee upcharges. The campground was empty for the most part except for maybe 10 campers. They charged my credit card fees that were not authorized. What was supposed to be a fun weekend celebrating my son's 20th Birthday was dampened by constant nosey questions.

We apologize that campground policies were an issue for you this stay. We did notify you several times that the extra vehicles/people, needed to be registered. We re-explained the additional vehicle/visitor charges and you gave us permission and unlocked your card for those charges to go through.

We regularly stay at KOAs and have stayed at Blue Ridge KOA many times. It is, without a doubt, the nicest and best run KOA we have visited.

Not my first visit or review here. Rented a cabin for the first time. It was excellent. A lot of small details are put into this Koa as always. Example is the gas grill. It’s a Weber. Small high end details for this camp ground from the bathrooms laundry room. Cabin and the camp sites. I recommend anyone reading this to check the place out. You won’t be disappointed. Well maintained campground. Kudos to management, owners and staff. Large sites and easy to maneuver big rigs. With the progress taking place you can tell funds are being directed back to the campground. Highly recommend this campground to everyone.

The bathrooms were a nice size and the KOA is only 5 years young. It lies next to the river which was low when visiting. There is a pool, didn't use. People friendly. Not much to do in the area and I couldn't find a bicycle or hiking trails during my short visit. It was a bit out of my way to visit this area, thought it would have more area activities or attractions. There were children during my stay who were loud until dark. Then when they left, it was more peaceful. It's gated and requires a code. Bathrooms & showers require a code also.

Beautiful campground and wonderful staff. Can't wait to come back. Site P3 is the bomb. Backs up to the Toccoa River and has a killer private dog park. The camp store has all kinds of RV items in case you forgot something or want something to make your life easier. It also has popsicles and cute souvenirs.

Great KOA! The campsites are large and maintained well. They have options to store items in a locked lot with surveillance, for a reasonable price. The staff are helpful and very nice.
