Awesome campground with the best staff. Easy access and close to downtown Blue Ridge. Grounds are clean, pads are level. One of my favorite campgrounds.

Sherry and Ray were excellent and very professional in their duties. The entire grounds crew & escorts were all extremely polite. Enjoyed the stay very much. The KOA was clean and peaceful throughout the park. Location was perfect and very close to downtown. Caught several trout and had a blast.

My wife and I came for a relaxing little getaway and this turned out to be a great place just for that. Nice clean campground and facilities. The staff that we encountered during our stay were very friendly and easy to talk with. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

From the booking to the departure, the staff was excellent. The facilities were kept clean. We had inclement weather while staying and they have a messaging service to provide those updates as well as updates for events that are happening while camping. We could not have been happier and have already booked our next stay.

The grounds are very clean. We were visiting friends and don’t have a camper so we stayed in a cabin. Super cute! Down side for us was cell service/wifi. Probably not a problem for most but due to responsibilities at home necessary.

Super friendly staff and very clean campground. Right on the river and nice heated salt water pool. River access for fishing is great. Nice dog walk paths and paved for bike rides for the kids. The sites were nice and spacious and even though the park was full for the holiday weekend, it never felt crowded. Loved it and planning on coming back with another trip back already booked.

Great location, close to both towns. There was severe weather that hit during our stay. I heard from residents that an F1 category tornado touchdown in the area which caused several businesses in the town of blue ridge to lose power. Overall we had a great time. The staff are including the girls in the gift shop were very very nice.

We had a beautiful site down along the river. The bad thing was everyone and their brother walked through our site. We had kids walking between our truck and fifth wheel, which is not right. I think there should be nice white fence along the road down there with signs indicating to use the walkway. Maybe even yellow chains you could hang across your site after you get parked.

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Ridge KOA. The campground and the shower/bathrooms are very clean. We had a river side site, and it was beautiful and quiet.

Other than my camp site flooding everytime it rained the the old man that was very rude and over the top with park rules it was good.

Thank you for coming back to visit our campground. While there is not much we can do about rain we definitely did try and regrade your site with gravel after the rain storms. To ensure the safety of everyone in the park. we do adhere to the campground rules on our website and our campground map.

We usually don’t stay in KOAs. We have been so disappointed in the past. But! This campground was exceptional!!!!!! Very clean. Level spots. Quiet. Comfort station was clean and new. Nice store. Even a food truck!!! And great activities. We will be back. ♥��♥��♥��♥��

This was our first time to Blue Ridge and the KOA was the perfect campground. We really enjoyed the family atmosphere and friendly staff. Our only slightly negative experience was the location of the dumpster (flies). We would suggest moving the dumpster away from the campsites and upfront as you leave (this is typically where the dumpsters are placed). Otherwise, we had a great time!

Toccoa KOA is one of the nicest campgrounds we have visited. Great spacing of campers. Well positioned to all Blueridge Ga. attractions and events. Very friendly team made us feel welcome.

The camp site was nice and clean. The people running it including the owner were very rude and not friendly. They rode their golf carts till late at night making noise. They acted like police when they were in the golf carts. I had a water leak coming from camper that I didn’t know. When they notified me they told me to fix it and was rude about it. I turned it off only when I was away.

We had to ask several kids this weekend to park bikes well after our 10pm quiet hour time. We did ask you to fix your water leak because Blue Ridge, GA has the highest water rate in the state and we have to pay for all of the water that leaked out of your camper while staying with us.

No one can control the rain but whoever did the grading and poured the concrete pads set them too low and my site held water on the pad and so did a lot of other sites…My only complaint. We loved the location and the layout.

We do apologize for the fact that your site flooded. We had several days of torrential rainfall and per Fannin County, campgrounds are only permitted to be built in a flood plain. We are only a foot and a half from the ground water table, so when we get this much rain, it does take longer to drain.

It was very rainy but we still had fun. It is a very well maintained campground . Cute store and the coffee and tea bar is a very nice touch . For the most part the staff was very nice and helpful . Love the saltwater pool. Only was able to use a couple of times due to weather but we had fun . We had 2 cabins and 1 RV site. All were very nice . I will come again . Love Blue Ridge.

Softball Tournament took us to Blue Ridge. Campground has more than we really needed. It is a wonderful space. Supervised, clean, Secure. We will be back for sure!! Estuvimos por un torneo de Softball en Blue Ridge. El campamento tiene mas de lo que en realidad necesitabamos. Es un espacio hermoso. Supervisado, limpio y muy seguro. Volveremos seguramente!!

Despite the rain all week - we had a great time visiting Blue Ridge. Our site backed up to the river. Staff was courteous and friendly even the last day when we needed service for a broken slide. Office staff referred us to local service company and we were on our way in no time. Campground is clean, activities for kids, food truck on Friday. We would definitely stay again.

We've stayed here in the past and have always enjoyed our stay. This visit was different. The WiFi was terrible and made any attempt to work impossible. While this normally isn't our concern when camping, this visit required it. We expected better given the cost paid for these sites. We'll be looking into other campgrounds in Blue Ridge next time we're in a similar situation.

We had several storms this past week/weekend and did notify campers that we were working with both ETC and our internet company to replace equipment that was damaged in the storm.We do hope you will give our park a second chance.

Will NOT be returning to this KOA, the manager was rude and rules are miss leading 1 unit 6 people 2 cars not true were told we had to pay for 3rd person and her car. Can't turn left when leaving camp ground turning is a problem when leaving. Very small but clean cameras everywhere So guessing their for security or watching the campground. Much better places to stay than here and cheaper.

I very nice new facility which the staff is awesome and restrooms, etc. are great. KOA store is updated with many options to choose, and staff is super friendly. The two issues I had was the internet is awful and with record rain my personal spot was flooded. I reported both to owner which was concern and I believe they will address. I stayed 4 nights, pricey for value but worth going.

We do apologize for the two issues that you incurred during your stay with us. Unfortunately, the rain storms damaged some of our internet equipment; however we have been working diligently to fix this. We are only 1.5 feet from the water table, so when we get heavy rains, the ground does stay wet.

We camped with our RV for four nights at the Holiday KOA Blue Ridge. The full-hookup sites are amazing and security is a priority. We had a riverside site with a concrete pad so we had a wonderful view. The campground is super clean and tidy. There are great helpers to ask questions and assist with parking your camper. I do wonder about the tearing down of trees, mulching, grading, and road work happening on the other side of the river from the campground . There was noise from this activity during the week so be aware. Hopefully whatever is being done will not take away from the tranquility of this hidden gem.
