Highly impressed with the cleanliness of facilities and how well the grounds were up kept. All staff we interacted with greeted us with a smile and were very helpful. One of the team members on a golf cart (not sure of official title) even lent me a tool to fix my daughter’s bike. Great customer service all around. Despite the rain we had a great first time at BR/TR KOA.

We wanted a short 3 day get away and came back to Blue Ridge/Toccoa River KOA. The campground is clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and available to help if needed. We will be back.

We have stayed we you multiple time. It’s beautiful, neat and clean. The staff is very helpful. More hooks in the shower stalls would be helpful. Thank you.

Great place friendly staff. Good variety of level spots to pick from. Also have a secure fenced storage lot if you need to store your rig.

What an amazing place, staff were great and thw Park was immaculate. The team assisted in the parking of my coach and ensured us that they were there to help if needing anything. Strong WiFi was greatly appreciated. Awesome experience and wish all KOA resorts were the same.

We had a wonderful week riding our motorcycles through the mountains. In the evenings we took advantage of the pool to relax. The showers were always clean, park was mowed and staff friendly!

Myself and my family have stayed many times at this KOA. It has always been a great place to stay and very quiet. The river access and amenities that surround the camp ground are awesome. This will be a place we will continue to come for years to come God willing!

this RV KOA campground is a great place to stay. It is right on the Toccoa river with great fishing. The park is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly. I’ll be back there again soon.

Stayed for 1 week. The sights are level(yea!) and all the utilities were like new. Great bathhouse with a nice bench in each of the shower stalls. Pool was refreshing on those hot days. Campground looks relatively new so there wasn’t any tree shade since the trees were still small. Very level paved roads in campground which were easy to navigate by even the biggest rigs.

The park is VERY well maintained.I did not appreciate the young man mowing the lawn (our door was open..yes we ended up closing) the other maintenance guys skipped us (thank you). Folks in the office were friendly, pleasant and made you feel welcomed..except for one. Mickey (I believe) who was condescending, forceful and just not pleasant. A limit on telling you about our stay should be unlimited

In order to ensure our campground stays maintained, and since you were here for 14-days, we did have to mow around your campsite. We are a bit taken aback about the front office comment as no staff member recalls this type of interaction between guest and staff. Please feel free to reach out to us.

We enjoyed our stay! I would like to give recognition to Troy! He was so helpful! Upon check in our motor coach literally shut down and Troy got his meter and diagnosed our problem and helped us to get to our site! We so appreciate what he did! Above & Beyond!

Clean, very helpful staff. Daniel was most helpful targeting the cause of electrical problems at hook up. Would have appreciated another option for laundry other than using digital pay.

Nice place with great staff. The facilities were mostly great, but don't expect to stream anything with the WiFi. It was quite substandard for a premium rate campground.

We always enjoy staying here. Everyone is so friendly and nice. The facilities are clean and great. Food truck Fridays and live music from Trevor is perfect. I wish the pool was bigger and they had more cabins back (for our non-RV family) but that’s my only minor suggestions.

Our cabin was ok but we told them we didn’t have bedding for the sofa and they kept saying it was there even though I was in the cabin telling them this. They charged us for extra people but we had the allowed amount. Very miserly attitude at check in. Impossible to reach anyone after hours. Sorry we will not be back.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy.The base rate is 2adults and 2children, so add'l people would have to pay. We have spoken with all staff and are not aware of the other issues mentioned, so we would like to follow-up with you on this. We do pride ourselves on showing world-class guest service.

This is a beautiful KOA, it’s clean, well maintained, great pool and the sites are level. We had a KOA patio site it was the nicest site! We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Beautiful campground and fantastic location. Very clean and sites were very nice. Dog park, laundry room and bathhouse clean and maintained. Overall a great experience and we will come back.

Wonderful place to camp. Extremely clean and maintained. Staff was awesome. Our grandkids loved playing in the stream and also enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be back in the fall.

The bathrooms were a nice size and the KOA is only 5 years young. It lies next to the river which was low when visiting. There is a pool, didn't use. People friendly. Not much to do in the area and I couldn't find a bicycle or hiking trails during my short visit. It was a bit out of my way to visit this area, thought it would have more area activities or attractions. There were children during my stay who were loud until dark. Then when they left, it was more peaceful. It's gated and requires a code. Bathrooms & showers require a code also.

Beautiful campground and wonderful staff. Can't wait to come back. Site P3 is the bomb. Backs up to the Toccoa River and has a killer private dog park. The camp store has all kinds of RV items in case you forgot something or want something to make your life easier. It also has popsicles and cute souvenirs.

Great KOA! The campsites are large and maintained well. They have options to store items in a locked lot with surveillance, for a reasonable price. The staff are helpful and very nice.
