We had a great weekend celebrating my youngest daughter’s birthday weekend. This was our 8 or 10 time camping here. In all our stays we’ve never had a problem with anything. This is our favorite place to camp. It takes us about an hour to and from. Close enough to home to get away for the weekend. Highly impressed with the staff working there also.

My new favorite campground. Facilities and grounds are clean. Good size lots. Recommend camping on the river side. Saw a bear, beavers and deer all from my picnic table. Short drive from anything you may have forgotten to pack or to plenty or restaurants.

It was so Wonderfully relaxing. We loved it so much that we’re coming back for Fourth of July. I recommend this campground to anyone looking for friendly professional service, clean accommodations and quiet. The Campers here were so respectful of each other.

Beautifully maintained, with the usual very close parking spots. This time, the internet was very spotty, which caused difficulties in trying to work remotely. The camp hosts are always very nice at this location.

Nice open campground, sites were appropriately spaced, office staff was nice and helpful, restrooms were clean. The highlight goes to the river, it is quite beautiful. The biggest con is the WiFi and poor cellar service in the area. Wi-Fi drops you all the time and it is very slow.

Great spacious sites, friendly staff, and beautiful river access. The bathroom was immaculate. My only complaint would be that the pool is very small, so we opted not to visit it. However, there is plenty in the area to keep you busy!

Modern, newer and very clean. Site 62 patio with fire pit & furniture very large and private. Open grass space and near the river. So nice! Plenty of space for 39ft Class A, tow and two motorcycles. Perfect location for riding on & off road rides to the north and south. Groceries a mile away. We also used the fenced storage lot for a visiting friends truck/trailer. This KOA literally has it all.

Very odd that there were a few surveillance cameras at the pool, playground and at the bath houses. Inconvenient to have to punch in a code every time to use the laundry room or bathrooms. Not many shaded sites. A staff member turned the water spigot off to our site without any notification as to why until we noticed we had no water and walked up to the store to ask. Not A simple note left!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are sorry your stay was not as expected. As explained at check-in and on our camp map, water handles must be left fully on, or fully off. If they are left halfway, they leak water and flood sites. We did attempt to call the number on file; however, voicemail was full. Safety is a priority.

We loved our stay right on the river. The campground was clean and well maintained. The staff was across the board lovely! We came in on a Friday and there was live music and a food truck plus they had grab and go activities for the kids. Our only complaint is the pool is a little small but atleast they have one when others do not. We plan to go back soon!

Our 8 days at BR/TR KOA was amazing!!!! We've been to Blue Ridge many times for vacation, but this was our first time staying at the KOA. We hiked many trails in the area that were great, but we also enjoyed just staying at the campground!!! We loved sitting down at the river, it was so relaxing!! We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful piece of heaven!!!

This was our first time staying at Koa and it was great! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. It was great sitting on the porch watching the river go by.

We enjoyed our stay, the only changes we would make is to add a path in the middle to access the river instead of only having the two at either end and the pool is extremely small, would be nice if it was bigger especially when the campground is packed.

The facility was immaculate. We had not visited this location before but were immediately impressed with the superb customer service. Besides being extremely helpful and efficient, they were just plain nice! We would highly recommend this location!

It was a wonderful KOA. The only downside is that the internet was not good and since there is little to no cell service, this was a bit aggravating.

We stayed six nights and enjoyed the campsite. Everything was well-maintained. The area is beautiful. There are stores and shopping were close by. We will definitely come back to this location.

One of our favorite weeks on a 3 month cross country trip. Great restaurants in town. Great hiking in the area. Used the KOA pool multiple evenings. Went on a 6 mile kayaking with a group across the river.

Blue Ridge/ Toccoa River KOA is now our favorite. The spots are all nice and the campground is well kept and beautiful. The staff at this KOA are the kindest people we have ever met and enjoyed talking and laughing with them. They were always around to help when needed. We loved fishing the river everyday. It is for sure on our list to come back.

This campground was absolutely amazing, from the wonderful staff to the beautiful view on the river. I highly recommend this campground to anyone looking to camp in Blue Ridge. We will definitely be returning to this campground in the future.

We always stay at Toccoa River KOA and it never disappoints. The staff is helpful and friendly. The campground and cabins are extremely clean. Staying on the river is so peaceful.

We were in the Toccoa River area to visit kids and grandkids, and we had the grands stay with us in our camper. Staff were awesome and very accommodating. Place was very clean and well kept. If you were going to run and staff a campground, this is the way you would do it! Kids loved the pool and playground. I think we have found our "go-to" spot for visiting them!

The grounds are very well maintained and the staff are extremely friendly. There's not a long term section like in a lot of koa locations which we like. Wifi is very fast. The river was a nice area to unwind and cool off in the summer. We extended our stay because we liked it so much.

This is a very clean and great place to RV camp. On the Toccoa River with river side sites. Bath houses stay super clean.

Very new, very clean and very friendly staff. Camping sites were nice and each dpot had its own fire ring. Of course campsites are in close proximity to one another and I wish there was more space but that is not a reflection on this place. Great neighbors and the staff even picks up your trash if you put it at the end of your campsite each morning.

Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Blue ridge, shopping, hiking, and the lake. The campground borders a beautiful river and has a walkway to the river where you can fish. With a cute pool and playground and other amenities such as horseshoes etc, and a nice dog park. The bathhouses are clean and well maintained. Laundry is also available. Camping sites are mostly very level and come with a picnic table and fire ring. Upgraded sites even have lounge chairs around the fire pit. Cute little cabins are available as well with the fire ring etc.
