We just left today after staying 10 days. We hated to leave but will certainly be back. Staff are great and very helpful. Sites are well kept as is the entire campground. Definitely one of our favorite KOA’s. Lots to do in this area. Thank you to all of the staff for a great stay.

TV cable is no longer available. The WIFI cannot keep up with demand which results in frequent buffering. A bit disappointing.

Website descriptions are vague as to exactly Riverside or riverside/poolside with Patio. After booking was called by agent and confirmed riverside as they stated web reservation was not working to arrive and be put on a poolside site. Wasn’t bad but not my expectation or what was discussed by phone. Second stay here and stayed riverside the time before as acknowledged by agent. All else good.

Thank you staying with us again. When you booked your reservation online, you did select one of our new KOA Patio Poolside sites and not a KOA Patio Riverside. There is a description of the site type and specifies it is Poolside, not riverside. Our Riverside sites book months in advance.

We totally enjoyed our 20-day stay at this KOA! The staff was helpful and friendly; our site was large enough for our big rig; the property was clean; the shower facilities were modern & clean; we enjoyed the saltwater pool; they had several fun events planned over the Labor Day weekend; and we totally enjoyed being on the Toccoa River.

Beautiful campground. Very clean with friendly staff. Our tent site had everything we needed. Our chihuahua had a wonderful time as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful campground & well maintained - the only issue we had was Wi-Fi (it was Labor Day weekend & packed so I’m sure that’s why I couldn’t watch my football team but they played terrible so I guess it was ok hahaha)!!

The staff was amazing, specifically Beth and Cassandra. The campground was pristine with beautiful river access. Our site was perfect and we loved everything about the surrounding area.

Grounds were nice and well maintained. Staff was always friendly. The paw sites are amazing and allowed us to enjoy camping with our pups without getting tangled up in leashes.

We visited for the first time with friends who had been to your campground before. We were so impressed. It's clean, well staffed, maintained beautifully. Everyone was so helpful. The pool is on par with any great hotel pool - LOVED the pool area. Our campsite was fantastic, with a new concrete pad, adirondack furniture, fire ring, plus a charcoal grill! LOVED it. Great location. We'll be back

The campground was very nice. The employees were all wonderful. The facilities was nice but the pool is too small for as many campsites there is. There was several little kids staying around us and they were outside after dark and before curfew playing in the street where there is not outside lighting. The campground is located within minutes and allowed us to visit a few new places.

We absolutely love this KOA. We started camping there the first Labor Day weekend after their opening. The staff does a fantastic job making the stay there the absolute best. The only negative I can say is the WIFI service was terrible. We couldn’t even watch videos on our phone without turning off the WiFi. Hopefully y’all have plans to remedy this problem. Thank you

Thanks for staying with us. Earlier this year, we did a full WiFi upgrade with new fiber lines and now offer 2GB speeds. WIFI speed will slow when over 16 devices are connected per sits; however, overall performance is much better. Hope to see you again soon!

Absolutely the best KOA. This park has all the amenities and staff to support it. The sites are spacious and super clean. Not one bad site in the entire park. This was our 3rd visit in 4 months and I have already booked 2 visits for 2026. Life long fan.

A very nice stay the week prior to Labor day. It wasn't too crowded for the WiFi until the Friday - even then, it just slowed it down a little and we could still stream a tv show. This park is kept immaculately clean and well-maintained. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin. Very nicely done. Was plenty if room for the 3 adults n 2 grandchildren. Everyone was very personable and kind. Quick to help. Thanks Toccoa River KOA

We were only there 1 night but, the campground was very clean and well tended. The bathrooms were very clean. We have stayed there on 2 different occasions and will stay there again when we are back in the area.

The campground was clean, well laid out, and had lots of fun activities for kids to enjoy. The river was beautiful and had great fishing spots. On top of all that, the staff was amazing! Very kind, engaging, and thoughtful. Will come back.

The staff were incredible. Friendly and competent to do the best job they could do. This includes keeping the site and all bathrooms and facilities spotless. The office personal and the entire staff were always willing to assist us in anyway they could. We are looking forward to staying there again. The ten hour drive from Florida was definely worth it!

Only complaint was the stupid App I had to down load, put money into it. Didn’t use all the money, probably never will do laundry there again so the App will just have my money. Probably ok for people who stay few weeks or months. However coin or credit card laundering works fine. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it!

Very well maintained facility. We enjoyed our stay alongside the river. Staff were very friendly, worked to assure our stay was restful. The only negative was the road noise, which could be o heard occasionally…not much they can do about that.

The bathrooms were a nice size and the KOA is only 5 years young. It lies next to the river which was low when visiting. There is a pool, didn't use. People friendly. Not much to do in the area and I couldn't find a bicycle or hiking trails during my short visit. It was a bit out of my way to visit this area, thought it would have more area activities or attractions. There were children during my stay who were loud until dark. Then when they left, it was more peaceful. It's gated and requires a code. Bathrooms & showers require a code also.

Beautiful campground and wonderful staff. Can't wait to come back. Site P3 is the bomb. Backs up to the Toccoa River and has a killer private dog park. The camp store has all kinds of RV items in case you forgot something or want something to make your life easier. It also has popsicles and cute souvenirs.

Great KOA! The campsites are large and maintained well. They have options to store items in a locked lot with surveillance, for a reasonable price. The staff are helpful and very nice.
