Hello, my name is David. I was with my family this past weekend. I recommend this place. The attention in the office and the place is incredible. Being able to swim in the river with my children was something that will remain in the memories.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Park was immaculate! Easy to get in and out of. They were helping all campers with any issues after a bad storm had rolled through. Super cool! River right there at the camp. Cool dog park. Kids playing all over the place. Bikes. Skates. Hoverboards. Was really nice. Walmart 2 miles down the road. Can’t wait to come back!!

The campground was very nice and clean. The campground had a number of grounds crew who were very attentive and do a good job with maintaining the grounds. All employees were very friendly and were willing to help with any questions or concerns. We are planning to visit this campground in the future.

We had a great time but after I checked out they tried to say i had to many people staying with me. My sister and her family whom stay with you yearly had broken down in their motor coach. They had to cancel reservation and get a cabin near by. They visited us at 1pm and had a bbq one day. They paid a day pass and were gone around 8:45pm. The office accused me of lying watched cameras. Staff was friendly. Bathhouses we’re very nice. Access to the Toccoa River was nice. Everything was very clean!

We loved how close everything was at the campsite so that we could walk anywhere easily! We also loved how clean everything was, even the bathrooms! It felt so safe there as well and that’s something life lacks these days! We will be back for sure!

Very nice park over all. Pool is really small. Not much todo there unless you like to kayak. Very strict on their rules. You can probably get fined for about anything. We left and apparently they was a rust spot on our site and they mentioned that so just beware if you do something wrong you will be fined.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are a bit confused on the fine that you mentioned as you were never charged for said rust spot. We do take pride in the campground and do not charge anyone unless maintenance staff has to spend excess time cleaning a site that was left in disarray.

Beautifully maintained grounds. Well staffed with very pleasant people. Campground is right on the Taccoa River. Sites were well placed and wide. Close to area amenities.

This was our first stay and we could not be happier with our visit! The park was extremely clean along with the bathhouse. The staff was friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. We had a wasp nest under our picnic table and they immediately came to the site and took care of it. We will definitely be back! Hoping to be able to bring a group of friends.

This was our second time staying here. And again we had a great experience. The staff is super friendly, the property is well maintained, the restrooms/ bathhouses are clean. For the short trip getaways, this will be our "go-to".

Clean with great space between the sites. Clean bathrooms and showers. Well stocked camp store. Beautiful river! Friendly and responsive staff. Larger pool would be nice, but certainly adequate. Highly recommend this KOA.

We had family that lived close by and wanted to come visit. Two of our family members came and was never charged to visit. Then we had 2 more that wanted to visit for a couple of hours and was told they would have to pay to visit. Then we were told if we did not like their policy we can leave. Sad that this very nice campground had conflicting policies and the attitudes of 2 ladies very disturbing

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

A manager was in the office all day and staff members did not log any visitors to your site. One of the two guests that appeared later in the day cussed at staff members(used the "f" word) for not letting him in. He also flicked off the manager. We cannot condone this behavior.

Management is dishonest and charged us for damage to our site. They claimed that there was an oil spill on our site. When we arrived, a portion of the gravel area immediately under where our water connections were appeared damp. It did not look oily or have any color or odor. We assumed that it was a wet spot from where the prior campers had disconnected their city water line.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

It is unfortunate when people damage our sites and don't step up to take responsibility. We refunded the charge to your card after speaking and emailing with you, so thanks for letting everyone know that. We are NOT dishonest and did not appreciate being threatened by phone.

This is one of the nicest KOAs we’ve ever stayed in. The sites are spacious and very well maintained. The staff is awesome and go out of their way to assist you. There was plenty for our 10 year old grandson to do. Would definitely stay here again.

The campground was very well maintained and the staff was amazing. The only negative, or more so suggestion would be to add one more laundry facility or increase number of machines. When the park is packed it is difficult to get access. Otherwise it is a great resort.

Very clean campground in a great location with very accommodating and professional staff, Extremely well kept facilities alongside a well stocked store that always seemed open when needed. Child and pet friendly with a parklike setting along the river and only a short drive to historic Blue Ridge.

This KOA was the best we have ever enjoyed. Red carpet / white glove experience..heated bathroom/ showers. Excellent service.. Ultra clean.

We just got home from a wonderful long weekend at the Blue Ridge KOA. This location is the best. The sites are big and the park is well maintained. The bath houses are the cleanest I have ever seen. The staff was all very friendly and helpful but a HUGE shout out to Jayne and Jim! They went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed and then some. We will definitely be back and fingers crossed Jayne and Jim are working when we are there!

We had such AMAZING service that I could not pass up the chance to review this place. It seems these days that good customer service is a thing of the past. My husband and two children went to KOA Holiday in Blue Ridge Ga last week-end. We parked our camper at the gate to check-in and for some reason our truck would not start. Jim pulled up his personal truck to charge my husband's battery. He took us to our campsite, helped my husband back in to our spot and went through the water, electric, sewer, and cable hook up. He personally delivered 3 loads of wood for our fire and a bag of ice. Then my son asked if we could watch the Braves. We didn't have a cable long enough. Jim went all the way to Walmart and bought us a cable...this is absolutely the truth. Him and his wife Jayne are two of the kindest people that I have met in a long time. Our spot was right on the Toccoa River. My husband was in fishing heaven. The facility has a pool, corn hole boards, horse shoes, basketball, tether ball, laundry facility, dog park, walking trails, and much more. Our site had a glider, chairs, and a grill. They have a stocked store with everything you need. I even bought all the stuff to make smores and my husband bought fishing essentials. The next most important thing for me though was the bathrooms were SPOTLESS. We have stayed at several campgrounds and the bathrooms were so filthy it made me cringe. My children said this was the best camping spot we have been to and they are already begging to go back. We will definitely be going back...next time with our kayaks! Jim and Jayne, you made our stay so enjoyable. THANK YOU!
