Nice staff, but not willing to help find our site. Sites are too close! WiFi is nonexistent. If I pay for full hook up and WiFi, then provide it. If it is poor, then state that. The bath house was very nice!

Great park with nicely spaced, level pads. Lots of things for kids to do. Good sized dog run, Very competent, friendly staff. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra two days. Roads could be smoother.

Our stay was very good. If we were to point out one item it would be the concern of dog poop, I step in some one day and before I knew it I had brought it to our RV. Not good people have to be told to pick up after their cats and dogs, and more policing. Thank you

The park is in a good location whether you're touring the area like we did or just hopping off the highway for the night. Washrooms and showers are clean and bright but the laundry prices are the highest we've seen in the country (NS-BC). We were also disappointed in the ever changing weather, we are used to that down East but here we expected warmer temps and less wind. Still a good stay though.

A great stay with amazing customer service! Despite a few hiccups the entire staff was so kind, accommodating, quick to resolve any issues and maintain a truly beautiful (and clean!) campground! The amenities are amazing and our kids took full advantage of the pools, splash pad, jump zone and park. See you next year KOA Thunder Bay!

We have enjoyed everything about this campground from the owners to the workers.The staff bends over backwards to make you feel comfortable and satisfied with your stay.

Good sites friendly staff well maintained. I did not like that visitors had to pay $6. One of our guests was told not to park at our site and sent her to park near the driving range! For what we pay visitors should be free. If they want to use the pool etc then charge and give them a wrist band

Wonderful, helpful owners and staff. Can’t wait to go back! Had to cancel during Covid and called as soon as the boarder opened last year, they welcomed us with open arms and happily returned this year. Can’t wait to go back in 2024. Clean and relaxing!

had fun. lots of things for kids. kids work pretty hard there. Need to wear gloves when emptying the trash thou. Saw a few not wearing them. The washroom by our site was dirty in the stalls. Floor especially. But pretty darn clean for a camp site. SHower area had lots of sand. But again can't keep up with it 24-7 Over all good time. We requested a certain site which we stayed on before and they were able to accommodate us. The sites were very well maintained. The washrooms were well equipped and very clean. The laundry room was well equipped.

My husband and I visited mid October. We have never been to a KOA before this but our expectations for a private campsite was exceeded. There weren't many tent campers around which made it private for us. Their washroom facilities were SUPER CLEAN which is amazing for camping. They also had a camp kitchen which was nearby and that made it so easy for cleaning up after dinner. I would definitely stay here again.
