I made reservation at this location with the complete understanding there was internet because I needed it for work. When I checked in I was giving the information to connect. That did not happen and when I called the information line was told some sites did not have it. I should have been told this at check in. Horrible customer service and communication.

Beautiful and clean setting with incredibly helpful staff.

Great stay again. Would like to see employees slow down in there carts.

The site that have been upgraded are spectacular, ours had an outdoor fireplace and a 3 sided hammock stand along with the large paver patio. The music was good, the bar was well staffed, and everything was clean and well maintained. Couldn't have asked for more!

We stayed in the Oaks area, way too expensive for what you get! Bad roads, unleveled camping spots dirt pads for $100.00 a night is a ripoff!

Reservation system sucks. Can’t pick your own campsite or even know which campsite has been assigned to you without paying an additional $25.

I have been to Vail Lake KOA many times for MTB riding, and this was the first time I took my family to camp there. The staff was great and welcoming, the facilities were all clean, specially the bathrooms, so many amenities, and things to do. The infrastructure (full hookups) for the trailers were all spot on, and the entire process from reservation, confirmation, check in/out were flawless. Tkx!

This is a wonderful campground. Our spot was level and had a paver patio area that was perfect for us.

Beautiful location. We were not told of the active construction in The Oaks. We were woken up every morning at 8 by construction noise. There were only a few rigs left on Monday and a 41 foot rig with 3 little kids and 2 dogs were parked right next to us (2 seniors). There was plenty of room to put them away from other rigs. K9 park garbage full and no bags all week.

The camp grounds were clean well spaced out and plenty of activities to do.

Camped for the SoCal youth cycling race. What an awesome event for junior high/high school racers! All of the staff at Vail Lake KOA were super helpful and had such a positive attitude! Love this place!
