We stayed with a large group! It was the perfect space for everyone. The spaces were roomy with lots of trees! We can't wait to go back when it is a bit warmer so we can use the pool area.

I had an outstanding stay at Temecula Vail Lake KOA! There’s so much to do - the views were fantastic (Chardonnay). I also thoroughly enjoyed the Vail-O City mountain bike trails - it was first class! The registration was quick and efficient, the sites were clean and the staff was welcoming and comforting! I will be returning - thank you!!

We had a wonderful time for the short visit we had. We will definitely be coming back very soon!! Everyone was so friendly and the campgrounds were clean and very very pretty.

Beautiful, clean campground. Lots of different types of camping areas. Interaction with all staff was great. Loved the selection of merchandise at the store. Got ice cream at the restaurant/snack bar and a drink at the bar. Fun to have such variety of things to do available.

Vail Lake KOA has everything. I come here every year for a mountain biking trip. The facilities are clean and the staff is very helpful

Clean bathrooms, looks like they are upgrading many of the campsites to have level gravel parking pad and adding pavers to some sites for a patio. Those look nice. Hopefully the price doesn’t rise too much

We always enjoy our stay at KOA Temecula/Vail Lake. We enjoy the Lower Arroyo Sites for the beautiful scenery, and secluded feel. Hopefully the expansion of the "Glamping Cabins" doesn't take away from the campground. We have a 40 Foot 5th Wheel, and we love the size, and secluded sites, of the Lower Arroyo.

We had an Amazing Weekend with our Camp Club Group (Happy Wanders) & Thank You to the Sweet Girl who runs the Travel Bar. Our Group Loved her and her Drinks.

Difficulty locating office upon arrival. Spent 2+ nights listening to a neighboring generator running 24/7, despite several complaints to staff members who failed to curb it at night. When office was confronted, we were compensated and appreciate the gesture.

When we checked in it was dark and there was no one to guide us to our spot. Disconcerting considering it was our first time there and we were unfamiliar with the campground.

Loved this KOA...especially the spacious sites. We had fun in the bar watching football. The staff was great. It fun to watch the wild turkeys roam around. My one and only complaint was the dog park was not well lighted. We are responsible dog owners and always pick up, however it was hard to do in the dark. We will definitely return.

Camped in #121 the oaks. Very nice, clean great fire pit hook ups very impressive. Will definitely be back. Staff was kind and answered all my questions. Thank you all!!

The camp ground itself is beautiful due its natural habitat surrounding it. The bathrooms in our camp area need to be updated and repaired. Also, they were not very clean. I’m sure the extra activities would be fun but we did not participate this time due to the rainy weather. It was not often clear that the store was open due to the lack lighting.

Even despite the rain we had a great time. This is a beautiful campground and everything is well kept. Bathrooms are immaculate! We'll be back. Just one question. Why didn't my membership discount kick in when I made my reservations? Thanks

The electrical connections are very difficult to use, requiring you to get on your knees to reach under the box to plug in.

We love Vail Lake KOA! The improvements have been amazing since KOA took over! Already booked our next stay! The staff is awesome! Mary and Tim are part of cleaning staff… so nice! So helpful and very welcoming! Whatever you’re paying them it isn’t enough!

We love Vail Lake! My kids were sad the train wasn’t working though! You guys should do some live music during the day , that’s when it’s crowded down there!

First time at this location and was impressed by the vastness of this property and the various opportunities/activities it provides for guests as well as the location itself which was beautiful and peaceful. It was strange we were not able to pick our own site but was given to us when we entered… are guests allowed to choose their own camp site? Sites were also very close to each other.

Overall we loved this campground, we were lucky to find a site same day and on a holiday weekend. The grounds were very clean restrooms were clean. The only downside was the restrooms were dated and slightly cramped.

Our stay was great. Campground was clean and orderly. Only problem was that our hookups ran up a small hill so our trailer did not drain without a ton of assistance from 3 of us manually lifting drains and snaking the “stuff” through it. But overall, it was amazing.

Best campground was beautifully designed to accommodate lots of campers in such a way that I never felt crowded. Its main draw is ebike mountain and track. The trails were furiously busy with all kinds of bikers who were courteous and safe in their behaviors. The park had a beautiful large pool it was near a scenic very pretty lake. They offered lots of activities for families including a tethered hot-air balloon. There is a camp store, Cafe and bar. Prices were reasonable and service was cheerful. Campgrounds were never noisy at night and there was ample room for children to play in various areas. Showers, laundry facilities and restrooms were ample and very clean. At night and various times through the day there was entertainment but never noisy or disruptive.
