Campground was empty and they put someone right next to me that blared their music from 10am til 10 pm. No respect. They should have put them anywhere else since it was so empty. Activity area had all these activities planned on it but everytime I asked, they acted like they didn’t know anything about them.

We had a great time! Miniature golf and the live band was so much fun! One thing that we disliked was one of the employees at the main building, she was very crude and seemed to have no patience. We were a pretty large party and on multiple occasions when we would come in she would yell to shut the door before all of our party was entering or exiting the store. Just left a bad taste.

We love coming to Temecula KOA! It is a wonderful place to get together with family.. Plenty of things to do for everybody!

Chardonnay bathrooms ceiling falling in, paint peeling, needs to be redone. Pools are beautiful, sites are large.

Easy to make reservation, easy to check in, super ftiendly and helpfull staff, outstanding amenities very well maintained, and the MTB trails are the best in socal. Cant wait to go back.

We have been coming to Vail Lake for many years, and it never disappoints. Every visit brings great memories, beautiful scenery, and quality time with family and friends. It has become one of our favorite places. We always have an amazing time!

Loved all the improvements to Arroyo Seco and can’t wait to come back for a longer stay! Many thanks to the awesome staff too. Izzy was a great bartender at the Bunkhouse bar and the Travel Tavern.

Love this place, with that said I would like to see the following changes: 1) Bunk house needs to be open longer hours in general. Friday, Saturday and Sunday should be longer hours. Or base the hours off the occupancy. 2) Fix the common use bathroom / shower spaces. The holes in the ceiling near the overhead lights, combined with shower head spraying water upwards is a bad combination.

We have been coming here for years. The one thing that really needs a makeover is the restroom in the oaks. That is really the only negative I have. They haven’t been redone in the 30 plus years I’ve been coming here.

We love to stay here when we go out to go camping . The new side that opened looks great. The bathrooms are super clean and nice too. The only critique I have would be that the campground needs to have more dog stations with bags. I did notice that there is a lot of dog poop that people did not pick up. And I think the reason is is because they had nothing to pick it up with.

This is my all time favorite campground. One complaint is the pickle ball court fencing is full of holes and in disrepair and way to low. I always enjoy the pool area. It is so nice that there are 3 pools and a lot of chairs and space to lounge and swim. I will say there was a lot of small pieces of trash throughout our campsite. It would be nice if the campsites were cleaned of the trash.

I really enjoyed my stay. The grounds are beautiful. You guys have so much to offer so many things to do. The one negative is that I was able to smell the sewer. The fact that it was a nice breezy weekend was a blessing with respect to that. Lol.

The staff was wonderful everybody was extremely helpful. The food at the café is delicious the bar they serve excellent drinks. The music on the weekends was just so much fun. Everything is just a wonderful place to stay. There’s something for everybody that’s for darn sure.

Outstanding, we will be back! On your drink cantina golf cart you need some sort of horn or music playing to let people know it’s driving around the camp sites. Like a ice cream truck.

This place is huge. For so many people it could use another big swimming pool. The original area’s such as the Oaks/Patio and nearby sites could use newer repaved paved roads, its easy to get off balance when there are pieces of pavement missing while riding a bike or taking a jog.

Well the check in lady was very rude . Considering the price for a night. Lake is slug to even fish. Pools were packed to the brim . We thought this would be nicer than staying at near by fox raceway (primitive camping) and were mistaken . Full hookups were nice. Maybe better luck at another KOA .

Great RV camping with a great staff. We enjoyed camping there so much it has been our go to get away three time this month. The staff is outstanding! They are friendly and so helpful when we need firewood, ice and things we forget to bring. Best KOA I've ever stayed at. Jack

First time we've camped at Vail KOA and we really enjoyed our time spent there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and this campground has it all. There are plenty of sites to choose from, convenient store that had, recreation room, bar, outdoor stage area, live music, walking trials, etc. The best thing we liked was going to the swimming pools (3), well kept up and super clean. Awesome

Stayed in the Oaks pull thru. Hopefully the restrooms/showers will be upgraded like Arroyo. Maybe potholes be filled. Still a great place! Thanks

We can't understand, having a patio site, why you do not have camp worker hose off the concrete before a new camper arrives.. I don't want my dog licking what is left from previous campers. Also, nice patio seats with bird crap on them. We watched camp workers check vacant sites & by that I mean propane tanks. You made improvements but they need to be maintained especially charging more $ for them

Relaxing, pool was refreshing, bar was great, employees were cordial, attentive and friendly. On the down side, directional signage is poor, no maps at gate, at our site #6, fencing is falling down (looks like for a long time), connection to sewer for black dump is difficult, i.e., the level from to connection to pipe is to close to being the same and makes a smooth flow almost impossible.

the mini golf needs some attention as there are areas that require upkeep. the pool was large and clean. the sites were large and clean. it would have been nice to have a site between each camper especially because it was not busy and the people next to us kept smoking pot, so with kids in our site, it made it very uncomfortable. people were burning wood collected around the campground.

Sites were awesome and love all the activities and bands playing. Wish the restaurant was open a little later on Sundays. And would love to see another fenced in dog area near Arroyo seco area or more sites with their own dog area. Plus staff was very pleasant and restrooms were very clean.

I stayed in space 11 on the Chardonnay Mesa. The bathroom was rough in that it needs a serious cleaning and face lift. The store being where check in is the same space and causes the store hours to be less than ideal for campers. If you needed Ice or coffee etc. your out of luck until 9:00 am. and then closes at 4:00 pm. Heaven forbids someone have to work a shift that is customer beneficiary.

Loved that you had bands playing on the weekend. Upper camping lot needs a little more shade and maybe some pea gravel because there is no grass, the dirt/dust is not ideal.

We had a relaxing fun time. Saturday night was fun and we heard great live music. Sunday night was calm and we heard crickets! It was beautiful and we loved it.

Temecula KOA at Vail Lake is a massive RV resort with various campgrounds. The entire resort alone provides so much area to get a good walking, jogging and cycling workout. We got a good spot and, therefore, enjoyed the views, fresh air and clean atmosphere. There are lots of trees and grassy fields here, unlike RV parks that look like parking lots. It's also just a short drive away from the wineries. If you like to drink wine but don't have a designated driver, just hire an Uber or Lyft.

Great camp sites, great customer service. Your golf cart Cantina needs a horn, bell, music or something to let campers know the golf cart is driving through the camp sites.
