When I got to the Bungalow, the door deadbolts didn't work, there was no stove working, no hot water, no heat, the Propane guy showed up and burped the stove, but still no hot water or heat, he said he called it in, but the first night was nothing, the second night we got Hot water, but no heat, finally on the third and final night we got heat! Yea! Pretty disapointing for $1000

I love the bike park and the events. I was a bit disappointed in the cabin we stayed in though. First of all, all the TV’s in the cabin and the one outside were not working and could not be fixed. The cabin was quit dirty, dust on the floors, top of the fridge, the hot water and cold water were mixed backward, plastic was still on the couch bed, and only 2 towels in the cabin. Price to much!

We stayed in a cabin it was very nice but the couch cushion was disgusting!!! So dirty, and neither tv worked for the grand kids to watch and we called the 800 number and they said the tv weren't working either. The bedroom one kept turning off when talking to the lady to try and get it to work. I realize it's camping but it would of been nice when you want them to rest for a few.

Absolutely no WiFi which also disabled the 2 TVs. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with the IT department and they said nothing could be done. It’s called Vail LAKE. The Lake is not available and we had wanted to teach our grandkids to fish. Very misleading. Tried to minigolf at 4:10 pm. We were told it’s too late to start a game. There was NO ONE playing at the time.

The Temecula koa area is beautiful. The bike trails and access to the lake are top notch. However much of the amenities in the koa are run down. The mini golf course is in laughably bad shape. The pickle ball court it beat up. We stayed in the cabins. For 390 a night, quite a steep rate for its condition. Our cabin AC went out. There were ants in the cabin and it definitely could have been cleaner

The quality of the cabins has quickly gone down hill unfortunately. Linens and towels are always clean ��� but there is not routine deep cleaning done. Fan blades are disgusting, high cob webs, filthy floors and couch & trash left on the balconies between guests. The WiFi access is also spotty, more than half of our stay we had no access to our phones or tvs.

Customer service was very unacceptable from a few of the woman who work at the front. Very rude. Everyone else was very friendly.

unfortunately the place was not met our expectations. The vertical blind was broken while we stayed at the lodge, and I did mention to the staff but they didn't do anything even they changed us to a different cabin since the first one was with the same issue and the heater was not working. The park was beautiful though and we stayed here before on RV park section, so no more lodge staying here!!

Great stay! Staff friendly and accommodating. We had a big rain the day of the football playoffs and they let us bring our dinner inside the bunkhouse. only negative was we were staying in the cabins - Unit #4. 6 of the slats on the blinds for the slider door were missing and then two fell off as we used them. TV didn't work nor the Keurig coffee maker. but other than that great!

Cabin number one had a dirty floor in the loft. The bedside table next to the bed in the loft was torn off and missing. The TV did not get a consistent signal, so we could not even watch live TV. Bugs were also in the corners throughout the cabin. Definitely not worth $350 a night. We won’t be renting again.

The campground is beautiful and the cabins are very nice and clean. My kids and I had a blast with the large group of people we went with. However, the front desk staff was not friendly. No acknowledgment when you entered the building, no friendly smile. No “thank you for staying with us” at checkout. Customer service needs improvement.

Nice location with nice views . However experienced some rude staff at check in . Bathroom smelled musty ( shower curtain ) . I would return.

Vail Lake in Temecula is the ultimate campground! Immaculate, friendly staff, endless amenities like cafe and bar, plus top-notch entertainment. Every visit feels like a magical holiday. The store is a cute haven, and the proximity to wineries and Pechanga Casino is a bonus. Perfection in every way—never a bad experience. My all-time favorite campground! ����������

Loved the holidays in the park. Need more snow at the dance party. Bring back better music like the previous band , dagget trio? First night Cj played more dance music which was great. Second night wasn’t as good for family dance party. Breakfast with Santa well organized this year. Need more snow, less mud

Stayed in cabin MC06, bath tub drains very slow, vertical blinds need repair, screen door was difficult to open, and like last stay the water heater runs out of hot water extremely fast. We still had a wonderful time just thought you’d like to know about these things.

Checking in we got off to a rough start , but they did their best to make the situation right. I have to say the employees are on top of problems, and friendly . Grounds are a little rough, but overall they seem to be improving as we saw lots of workers being busy . We would definitely visit again

We love the location and all the activities. The Customer Service in the gift shop was horrible! They were beyond rude on multiple occasions.

Beautiful scenery. Love that they decorate and have activities for holidays. Our cabin was nice. A few things not working which was unfortunate for sure. Wish they would update the golf course and add more opportunities for things to do but overall it is a nice stay.

Overall very nice stay for a big family get together. I do wish the pool was heated and there were more kid’s activities. My biggest complaints however are with the cabin. Overall the cabin was great but the upstairs loft had not been cleaned well prior to our arrival as there were food wrappers and food crumbs under the bed. The ADA compliant shower was awful to use.

Nice place, but the floors where sticky and dirty. All of out feet were black from walking. We weren’t given a password for the wifi and not able to watch TV or connect the stereo. When i called the office, they would not give me the password. The sent an employee to connect to connect the TV. It later went down again. Two days with no wifi. Trails and KOA in general was great. However, our cabin was not cleaned very well prior to our stay and there were mouse droppings everywhere along with one waking us up rummaging through our stuff. I understand that we are in nature but surely some attention towards traps and a deeper clean in the unit would be worth it.

My only complaint, I was only there for a day and a half, I rented a cabin, we wanted to rent a golf cart on Saturday they refused to rent one for the day, they only wanted a two day rental which is crazy because they had plenty of available, if there’s a bunch of golf carts available why would you not want my $135 bucks for the day, that’s my only complaint

This past weekend I was very disappointed in the condition of our cabin. The exterior lights were not working and it was very dark and dangerous to go up and down the entry stairs at night. The cabin was missing many necessary items, including a can opener, pairing knife, pot holder, and spatula. This made cooking very difficult. The floor was filthy and trash found under the couch.

2 older ladies in the front were rude on Thursdays check in. Cabin Room floors were dirty. Especially the little room and under the beds. Cups we’re missing, can opener was broken, bathroom sink handle kept falling off. Need more trash bags, and dishwasher pods Other than that… everything was amazing!

We stayed in cabin number 2 .when you walked screen door smashed dented,the base on the mattress was dirty and gross.did not make good impression at 400.00 a night.the tvs did not work

Everything was so clean and nice. We love the updated pull thru sites #3 and we also rented a cabin for our kids those are very nice also. The staff were all so nice! Especially Anita! Can't wait to come back!

I stayed in a cabin for the first time. It would have been perfect, but it was 93 degrees outside and the air wasn't working. I called maintenance who responded within 10 minutes but unfortunately could not fix the problem. Miserable sleeping. Otherwise, fun as usual at Vail Lake.
