Love staying here for our mt. Bike events. Just a few problems this year with other guest in space 309 staying up past 10 pm cutting wood and others partying down by bathrooms til 4am

The issue I have is when there are clear rules for people to abide by regarding quiet times and noise level. I called the front security booth at night regarding the extreme noise level at night and to early hours in the morning, 11:00pm - 4:00am! So what is supposed to be a nice vacation is a miserable time! Also, why is it you can never put our group (GGR/Anne Yoel) together when we ask?

We love staying here! We love the campground and the staff! There’s only two issues and I know they’re going to start working on those this year. One issue is the no power spots in arroyo and the other is the no WiFi in arroyo. Maybe the fees for those spots could be a little less than what’s being charged. The middle pool was heated, but the kiddie pool wasn’t. We will be back as usual!

The bathrooms were disgusting and completely falling apart. The screen above the doorway was ripped open so there were constantly insects everywhere inside. The stall locks were broken and several people including myself got locked into one of the stalls... . The mini golf course is in major need of a repair. Very disappointing.

First stay there and at a KOA, better than I expected. Lots of improvements going on there and looks like it’s going to be very nice. It’s well maintained, we even saw them driving through with the water spraying truck to keep the dust down. There’s something here for everyone. They have pad sites and dirt sites (not my thing) they are putting in brand new cottages too. Highly recommend Vail

I have been going there alot of years . I have always enjoyed the campground. But we won’t be back. The prices are getting to high for just a regular 30 amp spot on a week day .

We had a great time. Was disappointed there were so few people camping this week and didn’t realize the cafe shuts down early as well however that is no reflection on Vail Lake KOA, must have been our timing. Still had a lot of fun, loved the new paved patio spots, those are great!

Bathrooms were far below the level expected for a “resort” KOA. In fact the bathrooms are worse than we have experienced in any state and national parks. The outside paint of the restroom buildings is peeling off. Some of the shower stall tile missing or stained. No mirrors in bathroom. It looks like owner is focused on establishing a “glamping” area and patio sites; and not on maintain

Lots to say. At the front of the campground it's great. The further you go in the worse it gets. All you need to do is show the showers and bathrooms a fresh coat of paint and a little TLC. Customer Service could be a nicer greeter. Please fix up section 400-600. I think it would make people feel like they aren't treated like the help. Just not sure what to say about this spot. Super conflicted.

The Vail Lake KOA in Temecula is so pretty, all the trees and a view of the green hills from the Chardonnay area, where we parked our travel trailer (We could see snow on a distance mountain.) It was very quiet during the week. The employees come around every once in a while, on carts, to check on the sites so there is a level of security. It's one of our favorite spots to camp.

The grounds are beautiful with many trees, shady spots, and grassy patches. It's a large campground so plenty to choose from. The walking and biking paths were also a plus. We were in the Chardonnay area up on a hilltop with beautiful views. I would suggest working on some of the roadways inside the park. The rains have caused potholes and cracks.

First time staying in Arroyo Seco full hook up section. Not to bad, sites are just closer together than some of the other sections.

Friendly staff, well maintained sites with lots of options on size and location. Easter activities are always great, they even tried to keep them going in spite of the torrential downpours all weekend long. Bands in the village area were very enjoyable to hang put and listen to. There was even a little dancing going on.

Not all bad, but construction noise the whole time we were there. Poor maintenance on the facilities. One staff member was rude. The check-in lady was very nice.

Couldn’t believe how clean and neat everything was from the campsites, the activities area, and the bathrooms. We stayed in the tent sites and they were large and not crowded at all. Had a great time.

Loved the amenities. Easy check in check out. Only draw back when we arrived around 2:00pm those in our spot had not moved out. We had to wait for them to leave way past the checkout time.

Facilities well kept, clean and beautiful. No one told us when we booked our stay in October for a specific camp site that you need to pay $25.00 extra to hold a specific spot. We had been booted out of our preferred spot but still got accommodations in the same area. All staff are extremely polite and helpful!

No playground for the kids. Was told mini golf ended at 5 PM when the printed activities paper and online said 7pm. Was also told on a Thursday there was a 2 day minimum for golf cart rentals, which again, online said M-Th had 1 day rentals. Just inconsistent with what was posted online vs. what staff said. Otherwise, campsite was great but very busy with cars constantly driving by. Bar was A+++.

We had a great time, enjoyed the premium features in the Oaks camping section of a stone fire pit and Trex furniture. Utilized multiple trails, the pool, mini golf and various stores, bar and store. All were great quality except 4 children had a case of pink eye after their time in the pool.

Great area and well managed. Amenities such as mini golf course are badly deteriorated. Lots of money being spent to expand the campground. Maybe some of that could be spent on maintaining it.

I have been several times to Vai Lake on daily trips to ride my moutain bike. This was the second time I camped with a travel trailer, and it was nothing but lots of fun. The staff is always nice, professional and easy to deal with (everyone is so cool). The facilities are super clean and smell so good and clean. The RV sites were 100% working condition and very well maintained. I recommend.

Our favorite local campground. Very well maintained, spaces are a good size for our fifth wheel, and it seems improvements are always being made. Restrooms are always very clean.

We love your campground and love all the improvements you are making. The young kids on the electric bikes were annoying and dangerous. They ride in front of cars and need parental supervision. I am sure you will be refurbishing the Mini golf course and adding more things for kids to do. A playground would be great. need senior discounts Please! We will be back with family soon!

nice to see the improvements made to the park. staff are friendly and helpful. only issue i had was…i needed to use the washing machine and all 3 in the Oaks were down had to go up and use other machine and was very busy.

This koa and dripping springs are our go to camp areas in southern cal.The staff is great,and the showers are hot.

I've been camping here about 5 times. From full hookup sites to partial. I have thoroughly loved every site we've had. The staff is always friendly, and the amenities are unbeatable.
