You guys really need to improve the roads on the Chardonnay Mesa!!! Sooo bad! I get it that you're putting a lot of money into capital improvements like wifi and the cottages, but please don't ignore those of us who like being up on the Mesa! Thanks.

We thoroughly enjoyed having a full hookup campground next to a mountain bike park. We need more of these! The stay was perfect �

We had an issue leveling our RV but the office was very nice to let us move to another spot. We really like the improvements being done at the park. Can't wait to stay in one of the new spots.

I was very impressed on how well-maintained and beautiful this campground was. They have done an excellent job with just about every amenity you would want along with spectacular views. The work they have done with pavers around the various camp spots was amazing, excellent job.

Very nice facilities and employees are friendly, helpful, and courtious. We loved it and look forward to visiting again in the future...

We really like the improvements with upgraded patios and fire pits. The camp is clean and well maintained. Very friendly employees. Hopefully these updates do not reflect giant price hikes! The internet connection did not work…we weren’t able to have enough signal strength to enter the code on the sign in screen. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay, beautiful weather, nice and quiet and super friendly staff! The only complaint I have is Wi-Fi was terrible. The ladies in the store did try to help me, but on a scale from 1-10, I’d have to give it a 2 at best.

Such a fun place to stay. The Live Music never disappoints, the staff are all fantastic in every position. Highly recommend.

I was disappointed to find out that we paid for a spot for the electrical hookups but come to find out they can’t guarantee that the electric works all the time. Left us scrambling to find a way to pump up our mattress and run our electric through someone else’s site. I would have paid for a non electrical spot. Don’t think we will be back if this is a recurring issue.

We appreciated the great service provided by the staff. Always friendly, and every amenity seemed to be well-staffed (which is a problem in many other campgrounds). We liked the wide open feel of this campground, with the spaces far apart. The only improvement might be to seal/fill the cracks in the roads for biking, it was a bit jarring at times. Overall it was a great time!

3/1-3/3/24 was my first time at this campground. I usually prefer “real” camping but this location was perfect for our purpose. We had two camp sites with 5 younger kids. They were able to run around in the flat sand areas, do activities at the little town center and still got the “real” camping feel looking at the toads and throwing rocks in the creek.

I had a good time. I didn't realize how close the lake was to the campground until I was leaving. So the next time I come, I will definitely ride my bike to the lake. The restroom I used was always clean. Thank you.

Disappointed that we had now wifi in our site. This should be clearly stated when booking. I dont mind being disconnected but thats not why I book at KOAs. Noise was a bit more than preferred with noisy golf carts, loud music and barking dogs. Quiet time policy needs better enforcement as it took me texting the night guard at 1:00 am to get a group to quiet down directly behind us.

Sadly, our trip experience was poor due to an inconsiderate group of campers in three of the spots near us. Very loud music, including some with explicit language, which continued after being asked to reduce volume after our first night, off leash dog, children on loud motorized toys continually going by our site. We informed a staff member and because it wasn’t “quiet” hours they were ok.

Very clean and I liked our stay in Arroyo very peaceful. Would like to come again but hard to get in

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
