The staff was very friendly, especially the night watchman who made extra effort to help us feel welcome. The sites are clean. We loved our view of the moon each night. The electrical hook ups and bathrooms could use updates. The flooring and ceiling were in need of repairs. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

Vail Lake Halloween was fun! Many of our friends will be returning. People are making statements that they would like a "DJ Night" on SATURDAY instead of a band so we can have a dance night. (i.e. Magician night, band night, and DJ night). Another suggestion is to notify customers ahead of time for golf cart contest so they can prepare. Thumbs up for golf cart and scavenger hunt Prize! Thanks

Vail lake is an amazing place for Halloween. We have been going for 10+ years now. We recommend staying there to anyone who will listen. Amazing place with all there is to do. everyone puts in so much time and effort into the camp grounds and all the personal trailers. Our concern os the moving of weekends. We have had the first weekend in Oct. for years and now we have been moved. Please explain.

Stop putting in cabins, you’re ruining a good campground for camping (in an rv, trailer or tent). We like vail lake the way it is. We’ve been coming 15 years now. Please open the road to the lake we miss the lake days.

Sad to see many spots empty and many not participating in the Halloween decorating. Especially in the oaks area. There should be a spot designated for those not participating. Mini golf , bathrooms, train, were run down. Teenagers playing in restrooms and kids in stores unattended. We pay more each year but the experience does not better. On a good note, the staff was great.

The Halloween Weekends get worse every year despite the price being raised. Why is there only one ticketed event now? Why is the hayride only 1 1/2 hours? There is nothing going on at the pool. The haunted trail was ridiculous and people were mad they spent $20/person on it. The bar closes at 9:30 and last call was 9:05! The cafe has zero food options now. Year 22 for us and it was terrible.

Trash bins were over full from Friday. Roads still need major repairs. Halloween festivities were great as always!

Great place. Lots of fun for the kids. Way to expensive and price increased again this year for October. Will not be retuning during this month next year.

Didn't seem like they had as much for the kids this year.i didn't see the jumpers an stuff for the smaller ones that aren't into getting scared. but overall we had a good time just prices are getting insane for staying in dirt.

This year was great ! I had a great time . But we stopped by at the store at 11am on Sunday to fill out the form to come back next year but they didn’t have extra . So I’ll be waiting for an email so o can come back next year ;)

Front desk staff was not nice. I believe her name was Linda basically laughed at us for asking about golf cart rental. It was our 1st time here. How were we supposed to know it would be “sold out over a year ago” And the staff/ teenagers taking care of the activities/jumpers didn’t regulate anything. Instead were horseplaying and teaching my little ones how to punch the jumpers. Need bette

Everything was so clean and nice. We love the updated pull thru sites #3 and we also rented a cabin for our kids those are very nice also. The staff were all so nice! Especially Anita! Can't wait to come back!

Enjoyed or stay at Vail Lake KOA. Love all the bike paths. Snuck over to the lake, Nice 4-mile round trip bike ride. Nice concert as well Sat Night. Stayed until Tuesday night, really quieted down after Saturday. Well be back soon...

Always a good time at Koa Temecula! We have now stayed 14 times since April 2022! There is so much to do while your there! swimming, hiking, bike riding, mini golf & fishing if you want to make the hike back to the lake just to name a few ! Anita and Miranda in the office & Ricky in the bar are always so good to us and very helpful! Cannot wait to go back for our first Halloween this weekend

Love the music and activities for the kids. Great place for the whole family. Only suggestion is canopy’s or umbrellas by the pool. No shade on the hot days!

Recently spent some time there, loved it. Well kept up, nice staff, was nice to be able to visit the on-site cafe and have a drink with some new friends. The only negative thing I'd mention, some people drove too fast, lrg aggressive dog breeds, a person brought a dog to the pool. Pools were nice and the on-site cabins looked good. Rules weren't followed.
