We absolutely LOVE our Halloween weekend every year, and will continue to return. The staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond to ensure we have a great time. I know there were some issues, but hopefully those people can be weeded it. I will say, I was a little upset when I learned my children spend over $100 for the Halloween walk. But other than that, we are very happy!

you guys are charging so much for Halloween. It’s unbelievable. And now it’s going to be $440.00 for camping in October. Wow that’s so much. Everyone is talking about it. But besides the price, everything else we love. And the staff are very friendly.

We enjoy vail lake every time, the prices are rising and we hope they add more activities, trim the trees please for larger trailers and also fix the outlets/plugs and make the spaces level. We know you guys are working on adding things but we hope the prices don’t keep rising. Also some of your staff is very friendly but others seem upset with the busy weekend.

We were the last weekend of the Halloween activities month and the staff was so great. After what I’m sure was a long month they still maintained excellent attitudes. Thank you for all you guys do, it’s truly magical.

Vail has always been a beautiful place to camp or visit for the day. Since it became a KOA ran campground, Vail has gotten eve better each year. The staff is easily found in yellow shirts and lots of them. The staff is frie and looks like they have fun working. The management has done a great job and the Campsites continue to be upgraded. I would love it if they brought back the Haunted Hay ride.

The campground the people that work there are great I would highly recommend KOA Vail Lake. What I wouldn’t do is ever rent a golf cart from them, I’m handicapped and can’t walk very well so I have always rented a golf cart when camping there fortunately it wasn’t from KOA it was from another company but this time I rented from KOA our car proceeded to die we were refused help or refund

This is my fourth year coming to the Halloween event at Vail and it's always a great time. I will say that this year we were a little disappointed in the haunted trail as it is usually scarier and decorated more. We would have liked to see something similar to last year, which was probably the best in the last 4 years.

It's always a great time! Especially for kids! They always love it when we go! I just wish there was more Halloween attractions. The haunted house in year 2022 were super cool and a few years before that the headless horseman haunt was great too! Bring that one back! Last years haunted walk through was better than this year. I think you guys should have a few attractions each year!

Great atmosphere, however, the rates keep going up every year. It feels like you get nickeled and dime, bouncers/jumpers used to be free. Now you have to pay $25 for the weekend for three small bouncers, rip off!

We absolutely love staying at Vail Lake during Halloween time. We’ve been doing it for years now. The only issues I have had is with the staff. I had talked over the phone about 4 different times throughout the year leading up to our stay, and every time the staff has been very rude. I had simple questions that I wanted to know and always got attitude back with a response. Very disappointing.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Restrooms clean, pool was clean , campsite was great and we had an awesome view. I highly recommend staying, here . Great location if you plan on going to the local wineries and downtown temecula is not far. They set the bar for campgrounds.

Park was beautiful and well maintained. Easy in and out. Came during the week so our stay was quiet and we loved it.

Stay was great. The part that is really a negative for me is all of the underage golf cart drivers and ebikes. Their speeds and reckless driving made me fear for my grandkids when we were just trying to walk around the campgrounds. I saw one employee actually stop an underage driver and make a licensed driver drive. Also NO MORE GOLF CARTS in the OAKS during Trick or Treating they cause congestion

You really need to crack down on the kids riding dangerously on e-bikes and golf carts. This is the second year we have had issues with kids racing through on their e-bikes and almost crashing into our campsites with their golf carts. Over the Halloween festival there needs to be more security and less tolerance of drunk parents protecting their kids rights to illegally drive golf carts.

Our family stays here every Oct. for Halloween festivities, even before it was a KOA. Since KOA took over however, the campsite prices have skyrocketed but amenities have not! IE: KOA, put a little money into the Putt-Putt we all use!The turf is ripped and bunched up and holes are broken. Please fix with all the extra $ you are getting! We love Vail Lake but the prices are getting harder to handle

Always a fun weekend, Saturdays are super exciting handing out candy to all the kids in costume.. I do wish the band would play longer on Saturday so we could hand out candy and see the band! Thank you for a great weekend!!!

This is my 8th year staying for Halloween and this by far was the most dangerous. Underage kids driving golf carts everywhere. I do not understand why there isn’t any enforcement of the rules because it was everyday from Thursday till Sunday morning. I myself own a cart and was almost hit several times both in the cart, as a pedestrian and while walking with granddaughter. Something has to be d

We absolutely LOVE Vail Lake KOA and come here multiple times a year. Especially the Halloween weekends. A few suggestions, the main roadways need to be repaired. Walking at night with kids can be dangerous w/the big holes in the road. We really missed the way the scavenger hunt used to be and the camp shadow lake trail was super cool but could have used more monsters etc throughout the trail.

Recently spent some time there, loved it. Well kept up, nice staff, was nice to be able to visit the on-site cafe and have a drink with some new friends. The only negative thing I'd mention, some people drove too fast, lrg aggressive dog breeds, a person brought a dog to the pool. Pools were nice and the on-site cabins looked good. Rules weren't followed.
