As usual, it was an amazing time. The staff of the entire park is amazing and helpful. Always will to take that extra step to make the stay even better. Love this place.

Great place for families lots to do very clean close to Temecula restaurants and wineries it would be cool if the could offer winery drop off and pick up

Bathrooms are so old and falling apart. 84.00 a night for a dirt parking spot is way overpriced with no hookups.

We celebrated our 8th annual Friendsgiving dinner, there were 13 of us with 5 sites. We hope to come Back next year as a group!

Staff always friendly. Campgrounds and restrooms always kept clean and maintained. Site we were originally assigned had issue with sewer broken and staff relocated us right away. When we checked back later-maintenance had fixed the sewer for the next campers which was impressive. Dog park could be bigger-pretty small for the size of campground but we appreciated that there was one.

Everything was as expected in a campground. The only negative experience was at check IN, the boys working were extremely rude, short mannered, and not helpful for a first time visitor. On the contrary, the gentlemen working Saturday made up for it with a great personality, extreme customer service, and very friendly!

Trails and KOA in general was great. However, our cabin was not cleaned very well prior to our stay and there were mouse droppings everywhere along with one waking us up rummaging through our stuff. I understand that we are in nature but surely some attention towards traps and a deeper clean in the unit would be worth it.

Stayed at the Chardony - very nice peaceful and quiet. Wasn't that impressed with the Lake View when the area was full but because we stayed until Tuesday - was great after everyone had left!

I was there for one of your Halloween weekends, you have no control of how many people show up that are not camping. We were harassed by teenagers that were parked over by the pool that clearly weren’t staying at the campground on Saturday night. You still allow teenagers to drive golf carts that drive to fast. You own employees drive to fast.

Miniature golf course is in desperate need of repair. Not sure why nothing is open on Mondays? Golf cart rental is way overpriced. The most expensive rental car rate is cheaper then a golf cart rental. Maybe consider running a golf cart shuttle due to the spacious campsite. Stricter enforcement of quiet time is needed. Overall cleanliness was nice. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Enjoyed the stay. Wished they would have texted us to warn of the closure on Monday 11-5-23 before we drove all the way there and arrived at 9:05 pm.

Great service fun times! I’m electrician and noticed in the oaks camp ground an unsafe electrical transformer next to the restroom is missing knock out cover on holes on the side of the transformer . This is unsafe do to kids may stick objects in the hole and get shocked it’s a very inexpensive fix. Thank you Raul Ramirez

All I can say is that the place is wonderful and the staff are so kind! We came to the area for a wedding, but may come back just to enjoy the beauty of the area. Thanks for a great stay!

My only complaint, I was only there for a day and a half, I rented a cabin, we wanted to rent a golf cart on Saturday they refused to rent one for the day, they only wanted a two day rental which is crazy because they had plenty of available, if there’s a bunch of golf carts available why would you not want my $135 bucks for the day, that’s my only complaint

It was a good time and our group is getting larger. The camping options with the Cabins make it a nice feature so those family members that don't have rv's still have an opportunity to camp with us. Only thing I heard was to run the kid train for more intervals and people are happy to pay a couple bucks for the ride. Staff was helpful and nice and patk was clean. See you next year.

We absolutely LOVE our Halloween weekend every year, and will continue to return. The staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond to ensure we have a great time. I know there were some issues, but hopefully those people can be weeded it. I will say, I was a little upset when I learned my children spend over $100 for the Halloween walk. But other than that, we are very happy!

you guys are charging so much for Halloween. It’s unbelievable. And now it’s going to be $440.00 for camping in October. Wow that’s so much. Everyone is talking about it. But besides the price, everything else we love. And the staff are very friendly.

We enjoy vail lake every time, the prices are rising and we hope they add more activities, trim the trees please for larger trailers and also fix the outlets/plugs and make the spaces level. We know you guys are working on adding things but we hope the prices don’t keep rising. Also some of your staff is very friendly but others seem upset with the busy weekend.

This koa and dripping springs are our go to camp areas in southern cal.The staff is great,and the showers are hot.
