A nice stay as always. Thank you for finally replacing the net in the pickleball court. It was long overdue

We had a great stay. We loved renting a golf cart at a special price. It made going to the lake & checking out other campsites so fun. The music on Saturday night was great. Our campsite was good & all our neighbors were considerate. Enjoyed our stay.

we stayed in the new area, but there was no access to Internet, which was a little disappointing, but the area was beautiful. Everything worked out well.

Great campground and wonderful facility. Some of the staff were pretty rude to us through the trip and even when we called in prior to confirm our trip.

Need to patrol the campground at night people driving around in their razor 10 o’clock at night 11 o’clock at night. People are riding around on the golf carts blasting music have somebody clean the pools at least once a day the pools were filthy.

Friendly and helpful staff, great amenities. Wish there was more tent camping

Great property and friendly faces. I didn’t see a kids playground, is there one? The activities were a little pricey. Overall, we had a great stay. The campsite was perfect, very spacious and level.

Site was very camping freindly, and staff was great.

We enjoyed our site, but the restroom/shower facilities at the Oaks needs an update. Also, there were not enough chairs at the outdoor courtyard area - there should be an additional supply for nights when there is a crowd.

Some of the bathrooms are in serious disrepair and need updating for those that need to use your facilities. Women’s bathrooms in the oaks has no mirrors or a place to put their shower bags or items. These make using facilities mich more comfortable and easy.

The KOA was great and we will definitely be returning. The access to bike/hiking trails were awesome to enjoy. Hand scooped ice cream at Twisted Cafe was a good midday snack. My only critique, and it’s really more for convenience, would be to better level the dirt spots in the Oaks section. After experiencing this KOA, I’m not sure why it’s listed as a Standard and not Resort KOA.

I thought the campground was very nice. The campsites in Chardonnay area were spaced nicely and had a nice view. You would probably want some type of electric transportation from that area. We had e-bikes, the kids loved all the riding area. It was very quiet at night no issues. I love the full hookups and the mini golf and pool. It was a little chilly to go in but nice area.

It was our first time going and I can honestly say we will be coming back. It feels like im young again, the kids want to be outside playing, riding their bikes, and exploring. It was last minute plans for us and the cabin we got was amazing fit my family of 6 super comfy I would recommend to anyone!

This was my first time tent camping at KOA and I was impressed with the campground, 100% loving the full service that the employees provided to us! From escorting us to our campsite to delivering our firewoods/ice to us. Now that's what our call full service! I would definitely becoming back

Great as always

We stayed in the newly upgraded site with patio and furniture and fire pit. It was lovely! Dirt spots not very level and small. Road in is good but very poor in the Oaks campground. Needs replacement.

We really enjoyed our stay in the KOA site. About the only improvement that would be nice to see would be upgrading the restroom/showers. Looking forward to scheduling our next stay at the Temecula KOA.

The only reason I didn’t rate a 5 star was when we got there, 1pm person in space prior had trailer, all their stuff out and truck on a jack. They even had spare underneath. Have had own issue where battery was dead or truck wouldn’t start & other campgrounds KOA, told us spot reserved & need to call tow. Guy got back at 4:30 we got into site around 5. Refunded $25 a little conflict w/offic

It’s nice there with plenty of room at the sites. I would like to see the cafe and bar open later on Fridays, Saturdays, and especially Sundays. I think they should invest in more water activities because if it is hot, there isn’t a lot to do to stay cool.

Enjoyed my stay. Stayed in the Chardonnay loop. Bathroom needs some work! Floor and walls need painting and the toilet was not bolted down.

Everything was great with the exception of the front guard shack. The older gentleman was extremely rude when my 17 year old son was coming to the campsite. We had a site available that had an extra spot for the second vehicle (his vehicle). My son called us to find out the site number which took less than one minute. He told my son that he needed to get out of his car and apologize to the other c

Was nice but wish pool was open due to that it was a hot weekend and can’t use lake to cool off either, also when booking a cabin we could have picked the spot like we did with campsite

Camp ground is well kept. And the recent upgrades are awesome! I stayed for a mountain bike race.

1st time out in the new area. Loved it! More quiet and peaceful. The bathrooms and showers were clean.

We love coming to the KOA and booked at the newly opened area in Arroyo Secco. My only issue was when checking in the associate did not inform me that the map was different even after I made a comment that we have never stayed over there and needed a map. My husband and I drove around for 45 minutes looking for the spot with no service. Luckily another camper came and showed us the new map.

The site we were at needs to be leveled very hard to stabilize the trailer due too the difference. Was very loud after quiet hours. Kids on e-bikes sitting in front of our site messing around. Love going to Vail lake just was not the best visit this time.

Great time - facility was great, entertainment was great, location was great, staff was great. Thanks!

You got History wrong! The adobe you have named Bunkhouse Bar is actually Mr., Vail's hunting cabin. The wood portion of the building, with the restrooms, was added my Kaiser when Butterfield Country RV Park was built. The larger adobe you use as a KOA-s office is the Bunkhouse that the cowboys staired in when Mr. Vail was on hunting trips.

The Lower Merlot is the tenement yard of the KOA franchise. It has an 18th century bathroom that Beethoven utilized.

Temecula KOA at Vail Lake is a massive RV resort with various campgrounds. The entire resort alone provides so much area to get a good walking, jogging and cycling workout. We got a good spot and, therefore, enjoyed the views, fresh air and clean atmosphere. There are lots of trees and grassy fields here, unlike RV parks that look like parking lots. It's also just a short drive away from the wineries. If you like to drink wine but don't have a designated driver, just hire an Uber or Lyft.
