Beautiful park, spacious and great for kids. Staff is friendly and helpful. We have lots of family and friends that love the park as well.

We loved our stay. We rented a golf cart & enjoyed driving around and going to the lake. One campers music was way too loud, but that happens. It would have been nice if someone just mentioned it to them. They were far from us, but I’m sure others were bothered too. We liked our spacious campsite. It was also nice having a place to get ice cream & the bar. We will be back.

Without a notice that KOA weekends start on Thursday and site went from$52 to $72 with no added value.

Amazing time, wish we stayed longer to do more. The amenities were great- golf carts are a must unless you’re biking everywhere, and there was lots to see. Overall, property was clean, excellent relaxed vibe at the entire camp. Roxann at check in was so friendly and informative. Loved staying here and will certainly be back soon!

Went by myself and truly enjoyed my stay. Quiet, Beautiful. Spot #9 is awesome! This KOA offers lots to do. They deliver firewood to your spot if needed. Show up on time, leave on time everything Great! Will be back

We love this KOA… But with little money, time and effort the dog k-9 camp area needs some TLC. Out of doggy bags, fence needs repair and because of the wind most of the wood chips are at the far end? Can’t anyone just spread the chips throughout the dog run? Also mini golf needs desperate repair and or remodeling. As much as everyone spends camping at this KOA, it should be a no-brainer…

My husband and I rented the cabins they are clean and affordable for the two nights we stayed there. Plus we had our daughter and even was able to bring our dog, so thats a plus. Could have had more comfortable pillows. But we will definitely come back.

Its always a great time. This is my 4th year camping on a major holiday weekend. The park is kept clean, the staff is friendly and there is lots to do.

We stayed in the new tent sites which were wonderful. We had plenty of space and the permanent string light were amazing to use.

Love the improvements in the campground. Best Bloody Mary at the Bar!! The lake access was a very pleasant surprise! Great trip can't wait until next time!

I think the only way to make our stay better would be to rake up all the leafs by the fire pit and to clean the bird poop off the nicer campsite that come with chairs by the fire pit and chairs around the table

We have been camping here for many years and had a wonderful stay. The men’s restroom in the Oaks has had a huge hole in the ceiling for a few years. The restrooms are original to the campground and I am wondering if they will be remodeled anytime soon. Also the mini golf turf needs to be redone as it turf is in poor condition.

It was great. We’re actually going to come back again next year… But the only thing that I would suggest is that you all need to escort you into your site as other KOA’s across the country do this especially your site which is very large and very difficult to find the space on your own especially late in the evening… But we had a fantastic time thanks

Our Stay was Nice. The Staff was more friendly this year than previous years. I will say $20 for a additional car parking per day seems pretty steep. Over all this KOA seems to be making improvements yearly.

We had a great time! The newly renovated Arroyo section was awesome, with pull though spots, full hookups and clean new restrooms and showers. It's not the "ghetto" anymore! We'll be back, and looking forward to seeing what the lower arroyo looks like when completed. We didn't have a patio spot, but they look really nice - maybe next time!

Arroyo seco fire pits are not safe on the bark. The bark underneath the pit caught on fire and we had to use our fire extinguisher.

Stayed in a cabin over Memorial Day weekend. Cabin was clean, comfortable and had all the bare basics. Plenty to do, activities scheduled all weekend. Cafe and bar on site.

It’s always a good time here for our annual camp out. Loving the new improvements to everything. Our only suggestion would be please please fix the road in “The Oaks”, it’s a trip hazard to all and all the potholes make our kids crash on their bikes.

This was our first time at KOA Temecula. We enjoyed riding our bikes, swimming in the pools, visiting the lake and walking our dogs. The staff were kind and helpful. My husband and I will definitely book another site in the future.

I love going to your koa except for a couple of things number 1 very unprofessional check in procedures you should take all the money up front and check in at the first shack like every other camp ground.the bottleneck of check in is a joke with no place to park and having to stop and go in the store. 2 maybe refurbish the mini golf it’s in sad shape.

Staff called based on a note and accommodated my wants to upgrade. I really appreciated that. Pretty empty weekend, but we had a soccer tournament down the street which makes the site ideal for us. We always enjoy our stay. The Campground is always clean and well maintained with friendly staff to help.

We love this KOA! Our first trip with our travel trailer and we had a full hook up back in site. Everything worked great including the map to our site! The kids enjoyed the basketball court, swimming pool, and mini golf! We stopped by the market and the team was super helpful. The wood delivery is so handy! We only stayed a night so we didnt have enough time to do it all, but we will be back!

We liked almost everything except for the Sunday close early at bar and restaurant. I know it make sense to you based on people staying but we had to go into town to get something to eat. 30 amp on sites is ok but prefer 50 amp. Check-in guy was great and very friendly. We will be back.

Stayed here for my prop motocross race at Paula raceway and honestly no regrets. I heard fox shut off the water for privateers (I am a privateer) 🤣 so I am 100% glad I was smart enough to keep my main rig here. Temecula is beautiful and I'm glad I got a chance to explore. Temecula KOA at Vail Lake gave me and my team the opportunity to do this so thank you!!!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Vail Lake is one of my favorite places in the Temecula area to relax and unwind. The grounds are clean, well-maintained, and the overall environment is peaceful and welcoming. It always feels safe, making it a great place for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy some time outdoors. The property has a charming general store that is convenient and adds to the campground atmosphere. There is also a really cool ice cream shop that serves delicious treats along with a variety of food items, making it easy to grab a snack or meal without leaving the property. The bar is another great feature, offering a fun place to relax and enjoy a drink after a day of exploring. Whether you are camping, fishing, or simply looking for a quiet getaway, Vail Lake offers a clean, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice escape in the Temecula area.

Enjoy coming here with my family. For the pass 8 years we been coming. Looking forward in remodeling Oaks area. A little issue with 2 of the workers that is not a customer service friendly when checking in.
