Grass wasn’t really cut when we arrived and the price of 156$ a night is outrageous. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The campground was nice, staff friendly. The campground was nice and clean. The pool was dirty and should be cleaned regularly- lots of hair, bugs, and some bandaids

The first 2 days was good but the next 2 days this popup camper came in next to us And they were taking the camper apart and was rebuilding it so for 2 days all we heard was sawing and drilling all day long and And stopped around 9:00 at night They told us they had permission to do it and workers were driving by and they said nothing We usually liked the place but after all that happened

The campground was great! Everyone of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. It rained Saturday night and they had fun activities the kids inside the lodge. Highly recommend!

We always enjoy our stay at this campground. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The patio sites are clean and spacious. Bathrooms are spotless. It is very quiet and peaceful. When we bring our grandchildren there is lots to keep them entertained. We stay here at least once a year, sometimes more.

We had a great time! Staff was absolutely wonderful and super friendly. Our camp site was also great, well set up with chairs and the fire pit. The pool could use some attention and when we wanted to go fishing no worms in the refrigerator in the store. Overall a great place, most likely will return

Pros - Grounds were very nice, bathhouse very clean, lots to do for families there. Cons - staff seemed confused but I’m guessing it was because they just recently opened. Biggest complaint was the dogs running around without leashes. There was a pair of dogs staying at one site that constantly barked at anyone they saw and the owner never had them on a leash. WE are/were liked the site sizes and the overall layout. Everyone was very friendly. Sadly, the daily "resort fee" and the cost of firewood at $9.00 for a bundle of 4 or 5 sticks, is too costly for us to schedule more frequent visits. 1 complaint - would be nice if effort would be made to place campers with dogs in a separate area so that "non pet" campers don't have to listen to the barking!

Gave a 3 star rating only in part by staff. They need to be a bit more organized. Paid online and gave me a bill at check in and we paid in advance for visitors which they were also charged when they arrived. I did call and we were refunded but....get your stuff together.

This was by far the most wonderful campground we have been too. It was clean, quiet and the staff are the most friendliest people. We loved everything about our stay!

I loved this KOA last year staying Columbus Day weekend and quickly rebooked. However, this year was disappointing compared to last year. All the amenities were closed even tho the website said they were open & no communication was sent out. The office closed too early and the majority of the arcade games were broken and ate our money. It was disappointing to pay a resort fee for nothing. Bummer

Really a 5 star but no wifi at my site. Staff is great- they tried to solve wifi issue but a "building" was in the way- lol. I got locked out by a faulty door. 5hrs waiting for the road service. Jay was amazing- he did many things to keep us warm and even loaned me his personal cell phone charge keeping my phone running as road service was pretty non user friendly and we had to wait til 1230am.

Our site was moved from the original reservation. We had originally booked closer to our group of friends. Booked for next year, but feel the $60 “lock in” fee is ridiculous.

Poor management, rude/unknowledgeable staff, pool was closed- very disappointing this was one of the perks that we returned because they pool was heated and open late season and we later found out it was closed because they aloud dogs to swim in it the weekend before for pet weekend, ordered wood to be delivered waited 4 hours, called and it was forgotten. Office closed @ 4pm on a holiday weekend

Lack of staff makes some things more challenging. Checking in with no one at the office at 4pm on a Friday before a holiday weekend was not ideal. I had rented a golf cart for the weekend and there was no key in the envelope left for self check-in. I had to find a maintenance person to help me get my key and cart. 20 mins to wait in line because one person at the desk on Saturday, not ideal

The camp site are well placed, you don't feel like your on top of anyone else. Very picturesque pond , great staff. The direct sewer hook ups are a plus.

We’ve been coming for years and always love it. This years check in was not so good. One person working in the office, a line of campers up the road, phone ringing like crazy, people needing ice etc. She was overwhelmed and rightfully so

Check In was understaff. The person working did a great job but could have used more help. Store closed at 4 each day. The store ran out of bundled wood on Sunday. What's the $9.99 each day for Resort Amenity Fee? Pool was closed, not heat in the bathrooms etc so what's the fee go to. This is a Holiday KOA. Extremely low water pressure Monday when trying to back wash black water tanks.

We enjoyed our visit, it was our first trip with our new travel trailer. The campground was welcoming and comfortable with activities for the fall time of year. The amenities were as promised, the cable package was inpressive as we retreated inside on the cool evenings.

Loved staying here. The staff were super friendly and the place was very clean. The manager was so nice and had lots of great advice for local sightseeing. We are already planning a returning trip.

Very friendly and accommodating as we were checking in. We made the reservation late so we had a site that was a little small and uneven. No water pressure was a bit disappointing.

We spent several days here at the end of September. Lovely site, very quiet (especially during the week). Incredibly friendly and helpful staff (including Caleb, Jay, Marvin, and Haley). Quick walk from our site to very clean bathrooms, easily accessible showers. I think you may be closer to the Seacoast than Lake Winnie but that's less relevant. This is a great spot for just relaxing if you're trying to escape the rest of the world for a while. (FYI, Door Dash delivered some Pizza Hut from Rochester. We met them at the front gate, but it definitely saves a ride into Rochester.)

This KOA is ideally situated and offers a variety of accommodations. The grounds are clean and well-appointed. There is a pool, playground, basketball courts and a pond. Paddle boats, kayaks, and canoes are available for a fee and in good condition. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. It was located within driving distance of Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We would have spent more time exploring and relaxing at the KOA if not for our travel itinerary. I recommend this place to anyone traveling through the Granite State. Check it out!
