WIFI was almost unusable and a 3pm check-in is too late.

CAN NOT FIGURE THE WAY YOU SPOT YOUR CLIENTS. 6 MONTHS AGO WHEN I MADE RESERVATIONS I STATED A 38 FT. MH WITH A CARGO TRAILER. THINGS CHANGED AND I BROUGHT MY 25 FOOTER. YOU NEVER LOOKED TO SEE RIG SI?E AND YOU GAVE ME A SIGHT THAT HAS A 31 FT TO THE ROAD LENGTH. LOT ACROSS IS RAISED SO NO NORMAL WAY TO PARK THE CARGO TRAILER. VERY DISAPPOINTED THERE IS LOTS OF WAYS TO MAKE IT BETTER BUT IT SEEMS

Unnecessary entrance gate, wish there was grass or mulch ground cover for tent camp sites. Very nice staff.

Having travelled 11k plus with family this was the first KOA (out of approx 54 pre-reserved for our trip) that texted us stating there would be a non refunded $50+ lock in fee to park together. Upon arrival it was found they charged us $8+ for a resort fee. We had no kids nor pets. Our reservations made in February this being June. Nice area.

We booked a year in advance. With another camping couple. Was to told to write in the remarks section that we wanted to be side by side. A week before our arrival was told we didn’t “lock in” our campsites(for another fee) We were on opposite side of the campground. We were able to get a bit closer but still. Traveled 1900 miles only for our trip to be ruined. KOA Corporate will hear.

Clean area. Our site was huge and clean. Must have been a motorcycle event when we stayed for one night because tons of motorcycle campers there. Not a very friendly campground compared to what we are used too.

The sites are WAY to tight with a larger rv. Also many other campers as well as us pull thru sites. The baths clean and the sites are kept up. I MUST say that the landscapers NO for a campers property. With throwing grass and stones onto my $35000 motorcycle as well as a brand new camper. When I confronted them, I got a Orwell attitude.

This was my 1st time staying at a KOA my wife an myself had an awsome time there the staff was so friendly an helpful when we needed ice they delivered it right to my site as of now we will be there next year an will spend another week at the Strafford KOA thank you for the hospitality

Check in our site was changed. The site we we assigned after was unlevel and unsuitable for a toy hauler. We had to unload then park and level the trailer. The power stand was 10’ past the end of the site , so we had to back all the into the site , where the ground dropped off by 2, making leveling very difficult. Plus we paid a “resort” fee not sure for what . Showers had no heat on cold

One of our favorites! Shaded sites, lots of to do for everyone and very friendly staff. Kids love the lake and the adjacent pool. They can take a dip (or go down the slide) right after their paddle boat or canoe trip :-). The surrounding area has lots of opportunities for hikes and other activities too.

The front end manager did a fantastic job managing the endless needs of demanding guests during bike week. She was dealing with special requests, multi-tasking countless business as usual questions and taking phone calls, among other things. She was incredibly patient and understanding trying to accommodate everyone's needs (and with a lovely Boston accent!) Great KOA! We will be back!

I would recommend cutting off the dead tree branches and the low branches so as to not get caught in camper air conditioners and scratching roofs. I would recommend the office have a list of biking and hiking trails to give to campers if they ask. We had a good time and it was exceptionally quiet at night. So happy when others obey quiet hours.

Absolutely perfect. We only stayed one night passing through, but we hope to be back. Beautiful sites, beautiful woods, easy to get to. We did not use any of the attractions, but they looked great — the pond, the water park, the pool and the playground. Just great.

The Facility is very nice as are the RV Sites. The Staff was Very Friendly and Helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I believe the name is a bit misleading. I thought based on the name, that the site was on or very near to Lake Winnipesaukee but in fact its 45 minutes away so we were dissapointed about that, BUT we will certainly go back again!

Our first site, the camper would not fit in. We reached back out and we’re moved to another location. The pool was awesome! Looking forward to the gravel roads being paved as they were very dusty

I found the staff to be very nice and helpful. I found the prices for wood and anything else excessive. I attempted to book for next year but was unable to do so due to the "rates not being set". When the rates were set the sticker shock sent me searching for a new campground. Of course by the time we had the new rates many other campgrounds were booked up. Will not recommend.

Stay was great. The activities didn't seem to be organized and ready for the kids. But they were ok. Laurene was seriously the best part of our stay. She is an amazing asset to your campground. There is nothing better than a nice, courteous employee. Truly an amazing person. All day just helping people out. Loved her.

All employees were friendly and helpful which goes along way in this day and age. Our site was clean and shady which we loved. They had trash cans throughout the camp ground which is something I really loved. It kept the grounds cleaned without employees picking up after people. Pool and water slide were fun and clean on a busy holiday weekend. I wish they had more food in the store though.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Premium site was not level and the picnic table & adirondack chairs were not in the best repair. WIFI was weak and kept cutting out. It's a convenient location for exploring different areas of southern NH. It was our second stay at this campground, and we will probably look elsewhere next time we're in the area.

These most unbelievable employees! So friendly and caring. The campground and the pool are so clean. They were many options for activities! This was our third trip back and always the kid’s favorite place to camp.

First time at this location and we had a great time!! It was a very busy weekend at the campground, but all the staff was very nice and helpful!! We will be back for sure! I think the 10pm quiet time should be 11pm . 10 just seems a little early :-)

Fantastic campground. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! Will definitely be coming back. Plenty of activites for kids and adults alike. I even asked for directions to Lake Winnie and the manager(I think they call her "T") was so helpful and even printed me directions. We had a great time and really enjoyed our site.

We spent several days here at the end of September. Lovely site, very quiet (especially during the week). Incredibly friendly and helpful staff (including Caleb, Jay, Marvin, and Haley). Quick walk from our site to very clean bathrooms, easily accessible showers. I think you may be closer to the Seacoast than Lake Winnie but that's less relevant. This is a great spot for just relaxing if you're trying to escape the rest of the world for a while. (FYI, Door Dash delivered some Pizza Hut from Rochester. We met them at the front gate, but it definitely saves a ride into Rochester.)

This KOA is ideally situated and offers a variety of accommodations. The grounds are clean and well-appointed. There is a pool, playground, basketball courts and a pond. Paddle boats, kayaks, and canoes are available for a fee and in good condition. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. It was located within driving distance of Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We would have spent more time exploring and relaxing at the KOA if not for our travel itinerary. I recommend this place to anyone traveling through the Granite State. Check it out!

Although we only went for the last weekend of the season this year. We had a great time. We love coming here. The kids always look forward to it every year.
