This is no where close to Lake Winnipesauke, 45 minute drive away. Not sure why it’s even named it. Bathrooms were dirty, trash overflowed in many bins. Rec room so dusty & filthy, looked like no one has cleaned this all summer. Plus the games ate kids money often.The main reason we stayed there was for the water slide for the kids, it was broken our entire stay. Better stays at other KOA’s.

Staff were great, sites were huge and well maintained. Pond water is not the best for swimming and turned the kids bathing suites brown. Pool was closed for an entire day so they offered us to go to their sister location to use the amenities and reimburse the resort fee ($9.99/day) but sister location was $5pp ($20 total for our family) so it would have cost more money, a poor alternative.

Steve, Bob and nice married couple from San Diego ( sorry I missed your names) went above and beyond for our stay. Stunning site on gorgeous lake. Beautiful koa gardens and very clean campground. Highly recommend!

Many dead trees in the camp ground. During a rain storm one night a large branch came down. Thankfully it landing in the road and not on my trailer. Pond was a joke! Very few campers used it other than fishing. Didn't see anyone use the beach, just the pool area. The young staff was VERY friendly and always willing to help anyway they could. Trash was always picked up and staff always hello

It was a good time but when I made my To reservations they said call a week before arrival and we will make sure that both sides are together which I did we show up the day of arrival and we have two sites on opposite ends of the campground and they would not accommodate us when I mean the reservations at the exact same time other than that it was a good time

Nice campground with one exception, the mosquitos and flies. For the cost of site, it should be expected that some effort be put into place to reduce the bad insects. Mosquito spraying is quite common and necessary in New England. There is no reason the campground cannot spray. We also had a huge amount of flies that come from the yellow trash cans. Please dump them more frequently & clean them

Not accommodating to site requests, even when sites were vacant at check-in and the elderly lady at the check in counter was rude. She didn't care that the site you were putting my daughter and 1 1/2 yr old granddaughter on was unsafe, even after another campground staff told her there was a cliff as a border on the site. She could have cared less.

WiFi Needs an upgrade. Your rules not enforced. Paid a resort fee and couldn’t even enjoy the resort.. Huge floats in pool. Young children steering golf carts on parents laps (almost ran over twice). Management needs to be engaged more or why have the rules. Very disappointed this time here. We love the area but this was unacceptable. Most expensive sites in NH and not enjoyable.

We had a great time. Staff was friendly and site was very nice. Only disappointment was the next day check out is by 11, and that’s when the water slide opens, the grandkids were sad they couldn’t go down again before we had to leave!

First time at Strafford KOA and it didn't disappoint. Kids loved the pool and water park and we really enjoyed our trip. Only booked 2 nights the first time around but will be going for a full week next month. Staff was very friendly and helpful

We had a Very enjoyable stay. The staff ( although young) was very friendly and approachable. When there was a concern about a light in tge bathroom ceiling vent that freaked my granddaughters out. The staff member on duty because it was after hours. Not only opened tge locked door but came right up to the bathroom with us and check it out. My husband and nine year old daughter and I stayed here for three days and LOVED it. Could have easily done a week. Pool was great, fun waterside, and great opportunity to take boats and SUP out on the lake. We stayed in a spot near the playground and my daughter had a great time playing with other kids there for hours. 30 minute pleasant drive to Lake Winnipesaukee if you want to explore beyond!

We had a wonderful stay and will be back with more family members. I was a little disappointed with the WiFi as it was hard to connect at times. I was wondering if you have videos of the tree tent, safari tents and cabins as my daughter would be interested but wants to know what each are like inside first. Your staff is great. We stayed 5 days in our RV. The staff are always around, cleaning sites and starting activities. The atmosphere is great for families and also peaceful during the day.

Poorly managed, or no management still. All the staff there to help with adult problems were children with no answers. The septic was so full on the site that it teamed in our camper and the grounds, the pool was dirty, hardly any activities for the kids. It’s sad to see this location still hasn’t found good help. No longer going to Lebanon, this may also be another spot we won’t return.

The place is very nice. It is extremely clean, the cleaning crew does a spectacular job! The place is not run very well. Seams like nobody in the office really knows what they are doing.

A great KOA campground! Lots for the kids to do; water park, pool, playground, paddleboards, canoes, etc. All of the sites were wooden and unique (no RV camper fields). They do have golf cart rentals, so watch out for speeders and people just driving laps around the campground.

We love it here, bathrooms are clean, pool and pond are awesome. The nightly prices are verging on too expensive for what they offer, compared to other campgrounds. The splash pad could use some attention, some of the features have been broken for two years.

Everything was wonderful!! The only thing they forgot give us was a gate key to get in an out the main gate. It was really relaxing and our kids had an amazing time. The staff was very nice an professional!! They really did an amazing job!! I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. I can’t wait to come again for a future visit!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The entire campground was clean and well taken care of. The only thing I didn't care for was that the store closed so early at 8pm! Before we checked out we booked about visit for this summer!!!

It pains me because this was our favorite KOA and welove the staff. Park has just grown too large for its infrastructure. Multiple times unable to get seat @ pool. Kids driving golf cart recklessly. Rental trailers were filthy - dog food in rocks, septic pipes not in sidewinder = horrible smell, animal fur clogging A/C intake + heat vents. I was embarrassed for recommending them to our family.

A pleasant stay for four nights. Printed receipts are not available for nightly charges and purchases. Email only. How can I review the charges when the Wi-Fi is so poor? Actually, non exisistant! I was told the best Wi-Fi hotspot was the playground. A playground with loud, screaming kids playing? This is a poor location. I was not able to connect to the Wi-Fi at all. Camper, be aware!

The campground was very noisy. Young kids were driving golf carts around recklessly, the pool and pool area was dirty and overcrowded, and the staff didn't seem to have any idea what was going on. The dirt roads with frequent golf cart and car traffic made for very dusty conditions. Campground was also very far from area attractions.

Great site with lots to do! The staff was top notch, very friendly and helpful. We’re more quiet campers but the other tenants were very respectful. Gorgeous spot in the woods too. Definitely would stay again.

All employees were so fantastic! Helpful and friendly. The campground was clean and our site was so spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back again!

We went here last year, and absolutely loved it. The location is beautiful and we like the park. The staff and especially the activities went way down from the previous year. There were very limited activities and the ones that were there were not very good. Last year my daughter was going from activity to activity and loved it. This may deter us from returning to this KOA in the future

Koa Strafford is our favorite campground! We love the pool, waterslide and pond. The grounds are clean and well maintained. It’s the perfect size for families!

The above ratings are insufficient. On our trip we stayed at SIX KOA's and 7 nights total at 4 private campgrounds. YOUR LOCATION was by far the best of all. We were not feeling well healthwise but still very much enjoyed our night with you. The kids running around having fun was very encouraging ... obviously they enjoyed your facility very much, as did we.

Overall a nice campground however, we stay at a lot of KOA Campgrounds that are just as nice or even nicer and they aren't nearly as expensive for the same type of site. Plus to be charged a daily resort fee on top of the expensive site charge for services we didn't use isn't right.

Plan on eating dust while you are there. No way to bypass people checking in. Plan on eating dust. No way to get back in, if someone is checking in. Deep ditch in front of site 133. Asked for gravel. Didn't get any. Asked twice for handle for water faucet to no avail. They need some adults in maintenance Lake Winnipesaukee is 30 minutes away. Shouldn't be in the name

Stay mostly good after getting into site. Entrance to our sit #133 was washed out and trees across from our entrance made almost impossible to get in. Once in the site was great except there was no handle on the water faucet. (Was reported but not fixed during our stay. Had to use visegrips to operate. Not good on the faucet). Our traveling partners were on 134. Same issue getting in. Patios nice

The stay was very nice. Lots of great amenities. Only two things I could suggest that needs improving is… 1) The game room could use some updating and cleaning. 2) We saw a lot of trash around the grounds. It was a busy holiday weekend but the trash around the pool and common areas were there for our whole entire stay. This may be because of how busy it was. Overall great experience!

We spent several days here at the end of September. Lovely site, very quiet (especially during the week). Incredibly friendly and helpful staff (including Caleb, Jay, Marvin, and Haley). Quick walk from our site to very clean bathrooms, easily accessible showers. I think you may be closer to the Seacoast than Lake Winnie but that's less relevant. This is a great spot for just relaxing if you're trying to escape the rest of the world for a while. (FYI, Door Dash delivered some Pizza Hut from Rochester. We met them at the front gate, but it definitely saves a ride into Rochester.)

This KOA is ideally situated and offers a variety of accommodations. The grounds are clean and well-appointed. There is a pool, playground, basketball courts and a pond. Paddle boats, kayaks, and canoes are available for a fee and in good condition. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. It was located within driving distance of Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We would have spent more time exploring and relaxing at the KOA if not for our travel itinerary. I recommend this place to anyone traveling through the Granite State. Check it out!
