When checking in staff said, if you need anything at all call just call us.. I called as soon as checking in to ask for a light bulb be replaced in the bathroom, nobody answered the phone so I left a message and never heard a word. The sheets on the queen bed were not queen size, very small and paper thin. I visited your campground last year and felt that upkeep had declined tremendously.

We rented an RV and the kitchen faucet had a leak which sprayed the wall behind the sink. The kitchen window leaked when it rained. The bathroom and outside of the RV smelled awful like sewage. The store was only open from 11-4. Many of the games in the arcade took money but didn’t work or didn’t give out tickets when it said we won tickets. The staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable.

Well we arrived and the girl took my card and never charged me fully. She claims she did. Then 3 days later I got charged on another card. So that was not a way to start. The RV rentals smell so terrible we went and got anything we could for the smells ( we rented 3) the Waterpark didn't run when it said it was going to. Very upset kids! One older lady was absolutely rude in the office. Not recomm

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was great overall! Could be cleaned more thoroughly but I get that staffing is tough right now. My only real complaint is that there was no can opener and in my opinion there really should be one, or at least provide a list to guests of what is/is not included so they know what to pack.

Overall was a good time with my family. The kids had fun and we enjoyed ourselves as well. The RV rental was nice we had almost no issues on our stay. The minor issues we did have were addressed pretty quickly despite the staffing issues. The slide hours need to be addressed and the insane amount of bees as well. I would recommend this place though, just need to fix a few things.

The only issue was lack of staffing. The staff did their best to keep up with everything, were very friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate everyone - but it was obvious that there was not enough. The slide only opened for a couple hours 1 of the days we were there, the store closed early, and there was only 1 person in the store one of the days. I felt really bad for them.

Staff was super nice and responsive, very impressed. Rental trailer could be cleaned more thoroughly. Main bed very comfortable but bunk beds barely any mattress on top of hard plywood. Child had fun especially at mining and arcade. Would be helpful to have guide book or similar at trailer to show event schedule, store hours, etc.

We enjoy this campground however this time we had a very poor experience. Office/store closed too early, the deluxe cabin was super dirty and poorly equipped, and the sewer smell when using sinks was bad.

We stay every year, and this was absolutely awful. The was an infestation of bees, our kids got stung multiple times. The pool was out of order, the change machine was out of quarters, the dryers weren’t working, they had an efficiency fridge instead of a full size one in our “delux” cabin, they cancelled pirate week that they had advertised and our kids were really disappointed. So awful

We paid a whole lot of money to stay in a disgusting RV where 90 percent of the stuff in the RV didn’t work. The bathroom smelled so bad and I had toiletries what so ever. We also called and booked as a group, but we’re completely separated from each other after being told we would all be together. Paid so much money for absolutely nothing.

We rented a glamping tent wit half bath and loved it. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. You still very much have the camping feel but with a comfortable bed and flushing toilet. It was perfect! The campground was also very clean with lots of fun activities for the kids.

Whole campground had a sewage smell, camper we rented was absolutely filthy and destroyed. Could never reach front desk with questions always to busy with inadequate staff. Overall just a run down insufficient staffed facility. Definitely would never go back.

The staff is amazing, and we had a great time overall. However the condition and cleanliness of the RVs were absolutely atrocious. Broken stove, no outside lights, leaking ac, hair all over the fridge, blood and other mis stains all over the mattress protector. I brought this to the attention of the GM who said they would send my concerns elsewhere. No compensation of any sort was given to me.

It was absolutely awful. My family stayed there this past weekend checking in on Friday in RV rental we rented. It was absolutely disgusting as if it’s never been cleaned. There was hair in the shower from A previous guest, there was blood stains on the mattress, there was grime around the sink in the bathroom, there was leftover food all in the stove, I want my money back! We went home to sleep

Me and my friends booked a while ago and kept checking back to get sites together and we kept getting told different things. Upon check in a lady in front of me asked to move next to her friend and the guy did it right away. I had to wait for my site, it was dirty, half the activities didn’t start or open on time. The store closes early without anyone letting us know. The stove didn’t work.

We loved the amenities! We had no reason to leave the campsite. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Loved our stay so much we booked next year after our first night!

We had to clean our rental unit . It was not rdy when we arrived . Supposed to be pirate week there were no activities. Water slide isn’t open long enough . Bees all over our site . Would be nice if store was open later .

Although staff were very nice when available, I was not pleased with the condition of the bathrooms nor the trailer that I rented. The prowler didn't seem to be clean, like it felt like sheets and towels were added only. There was soap hardened on the bathroom soap dish. The shower tank was full after first use. Check in is only for one hour a day. The mattress protectors were dirty. Sewer smell

Had to wait 1/2 - 1 hr after check in time (3pm) to get into the RV. Office closed at 4 pm, couldn’t even ask questions. Found empty beer bottle in a cabinet. Shower had a funky smell if on for 5+ minutes. 2nd night while cooking, foul smelling water poured from underneath the RV. Toilet was clogged the next day. Had to call TWICE to get it fixed. There are more issues, but not enough space her

We stayed in the 3 water front safari tents and went with two other families. The tents were great, beds were comfortable, linens were provided! The campground had a nice in ground pool and water slide (when they were able to have it open) that the kids enjoyed. They also loved playing on the waterfront and paddle boarding & kayaking.

Have stayed here for over 10 years in a row and this campground has a lot of deep memories for me and my family so I will probably always stay here, however with the lack of help they had this year I would not recommend this to anyone. Getting wood or trash pickup or anything for that matter was a chore and made for a bit of an unpleasant stay. I do understand understaffing is an issue lately

KOA is great but I was a little disappointed with this location due to the lack of staffing although the staff they did have were all very friendly. Bathhouses were nasty and our cabin wasn't properly cleaned but we made do with it all and regardless had a great time.

Very disappointed. Expectations not met. Floors extremely dirty. Charcoal grill should have been cleaned before next guest. Reservation issues with golf cart and stated cancelation with out notification. Guest services need more time for check in and hour is to limited. Dog friendly k9 area unsafe with holes in fence and on a busy road.dogs not allowed in pond. Wont return or recommend.

We stayed in one of the cabins and were blown away by how nice they were. All the staff were amazingly nice and helpful. The campgrounds were well maintained with plenty of fun things to do. My absolute favorite part was overhearing staff communication on their walkies and how positive and supportive they were as a team.

Our stay was less than idea. We rented an RV and as soon as we entered the vehicle, it had a very strong sewage smell. The slide was closed almost our entire stay. On our last day, the pool was closed and there were no coffee cups. The store had very limited hours and even those were cut short a few times. The bathrooms were dirty and often did not have basic things like soap or toilet paper.

The website makes it seem like it on lake Winnipesaukee and it is not all there is a small pond. Check in is at 3 and the office closes at 4 so you have a one hour window. With the store being closed you cannot purchase wood and your not supposed to bring outside wood. The ac in the Rv did not work told the office person nothing was done. Emailed a week ago about kayaks no response.

The campground was quiet and nice enough but there is a bee problem, the bathrooms need more upkeep and the office is never open. We arrived without any idea on how to check in. The RV we rented was trashed and falling apart. The smell inside of the rv was horrid, we were unable to ever use the bathroom because it was putrid, the maintenance staff attempted to fix the smell several times.

There was no notice that I saw that check in was between 3-4pm so I was disappointed to not be able to check in with someone and buy firewood, etc. At 920am I went to the store to provide the paperwork and rent a golf cart and the store was closed (was supposed to open at 9) went back at 1030 and the store was still closed. Could not do paddleboats, waterside, golf cart etc. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

I had a lot of things wrong with the camper we rented. And every time we called or went to the desk and asked for help we had two young kids show up who couldn’t fix it. Then we would be told someone else would come after 4pm and NO ONE EVER CAME AND WE WOULD WAIT AROUND AND MISS TIME ON CAMPING AS A FAIMLY. I even left a note saying I needed to talk to a manager and I have not received a call.

The office closed early every day. waterside was closed 3 of the 4 days we were there. The "lake" was a very small pond which was not suitable for paddleboarding or swimming. What was advertised to us was nit what we got. The bathrooms were disgusting. They were not cleaned once in the 4 days we were there. Plus: the safari tent was awesome. The staff there worked so hard and was very polite.

We arrive to a non cleaned rental RV, which was cleaned only after I flagged down a staff member. The office line was not answered after 4 pm. We had a back up because they never pumped at night as posted. The bathroom closest to out RV was never cleaned during the 4 nights we stayed with no toilet paper.

We stayed in a half bath Tree Top Tent. It was easy to relax right away with no set up required. The Half bath is convenient, we used the fire pit and the chiminea,both! The beds and the pullout sofa were comfy. We forgot to reserve a golf cart, all were taken, must remember to reserve in advance, and bring an extra extension cord, outlets are along the walls and do not reach any seats.

Beautiful stay at this KOA - very well maintained and several great options for lodging. There is a great pond for swimming and plenty of fun for the kids.The store opens on the later side (9 am) and closes on the earlier side (4 pm) than most KOAs I’ve been to, but that would be my only critique - otherwise, it is wonderful.

We've been here many times and it's not the same. Accommodations were not as clean as usual. No activities during the week. They forgot to deliver ice & firewood bought at check in so we had to call. The water stopped working 3 times during our stay. The pool water looked milky, not clear like it used to be. The tables at the pool were dirty so we cleaned them daily. Staff was very friendly.

Got no response when trying to call or email for additional info. The cabin was not clean when I checked in. The bath house shower was gross and the other shower was out of order along with one of the sinks. The pool is in need of repair as many of the tiles were missing around the top. The arcade was filthy and some the gaming items need replacement.

I didn't like that the store closed so early this year (4pm). Also that some stuff (like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, etc) that was offered previous years... was less stocked, or had to be asked for.

We spent several days here at the end of September. Lovely site, very quiet (especially during the week). Incredibly friendly and helpful staff (including Caleb, Jay, Marvin, and Haley). Quick walk from our site to very clean bathrooms, easily accessible showers. I think you may be closer to the Seacoast than Lake Winnie but that's less relevant. This is a great spot for just relaxing if you're trying to escape the rest of the world for a while. (FYI, Door Dash delivered some Pizza Hut from Rochester. We met them at the front gate, but it definitely saves a ride into Rochester.)

This KOA is ideally situated and offers a variety of accommodations. The grounds are clean and well-appointed. There is a pool, playground, basketball courts and a pond. Paddle boats, kayaks, and canoes are available for a fee and in good condition. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. It was located within driving distance of Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We would have spent more time exploring and relaxing at the KOA if not for our travel itinerary. I recommend this place to anyone traveling through the Granite State. Check it out!
