We had a great experience! The only thing I will say is, the RV itself wasn’t really cleaned. Most of the dishes were left dirty for us when we got there, the toilet was dirty, i had to rewash everything before using… just makes me question how clean everything else was, such as the bedding etc. however, other than that it was awesome and we will return.

Love the fact that it's dog friendly, all the family friendly activities are great as well. Unfortunately, our cabin toilet was not cleaned, the cabin had to be swept when we arrived, and I needed to wipe down all the surfaces and clean out the fridge and coffee maker before unpacking. I was a bit disappointed for the amount it cost for a basic cabin that it was not clean when we arrived.

It was all we expected and more. The group thoroughly enjoyed their time and the employees were incredibly friendly, efficient and accommodating. We have decided to return for the same event next August.

Totally disappointed 1st you are not near lake Winnipesaukee which is why I booked it. 2 the camper was falsely advertised as having 2 brs very small for just 2 people 3 appliances 1 pot 1 fry pan 1 bowl. Seriously. I will give a million gold stars to Zach. Our TV wasn't working and he went above and beyond to get it working. I will not be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabins were spacious and clean, and we loved the screened in porch. The campground is smaller than we anticipated, but we only stayed for 2 nights, and everyone kept busy and had fun with the water activities. We would certainly come back!

Nice and relaxing and staff was nice. There were many fruit flies in the cabin but no big deal we were in the woods. There was some damage to the cabin we reported to the front office.

We had a great first time renting the lux RV!!! This was such a kid friendly place and we felt like one big family! The staff was amazing and helpful! We will be back and hope to make it a yearly tradition!

Great stay. Golf cart rentals are too expensive for the average family to afford. Should be around $50-60. Used to be $45. Very slow to drive also even when charged. Staff was great in the store. Parking lot person was aggressive. I had a foot injury & had to park way over behind the bld and walk to store. Entire purpose of renting cart was for injury. Overall a good stay.

We really, really enjoyed your campground. The only suggestion would be to have more store hours Monday-Wednesday as the 10 am opening and the 6 pm closing is a bit too brief, especially for families making day trips, for us the store wasn’t open before we left for the day and it was already closed when we returned.

We stayed with a large family group (16), rented three cabins and knew what to expect. All the kids had a blast in the pool, riding around in the golf cart and running around. The grownups enjoyed the shaded area of the cabins, the small nature trail, and the large amount of outdoor space the cabins had, compared to other campgrounds we've stayed at. We'll definitely be back!

I was very disappointed to discover that my particular cabin only had one bedroom because it was the “handicap accessible” cabin. This is absolutely something I should have been informed of when booking because I would have requested a different cabin for my family of 5. While it still provided space for my boys to sleep on the pullout couch, this was not what was advertised and was NOT ideal

The glamping tent and staff were great. A few issues we had - No toilet paper in the rest rooms but glamping site 105 - all bathrooms were empty of toilet paper. There was no kids activities - it was rodeo weekend with only 1 activity - the KOA staff member was not prepared. She was U tubing on how to rope a cow. I enjoy KOAs for their actives - but this one lacked activities for children

Really enjoyed the Tree Tent #38.My sister rented #39 and it was disappointing her deck didn't have the same string lights mine had.We booked via a travel agency because we were a large group (over 15 sites) and what was not told to us was that certain of the Deluxe Cabins did not have the same layouts. My cousin who did not need a handicap accessible cabin ended up with it and was displeased.

Cabin could have been alittle cleaner. We got the last cabin and it was pet friendly so there was alot of dog food that I found around the cabin. The rest of the stay was good. Our last day/night was disappointing. We went to the pool in the morning because it was the hottest day and left by 11is went back to the pool later and it was closed for the day and night! My child was not happy!!!

The RV rentals have been old for way too long Glad your finally doing something about it. Our weekend was ruined because the RV rental became unavailable the day of our trip. Rented an RV site and a RV camper rental for the same weekend.

We stayed in a waterfront glamping tent and it was amazing! Loved the whole site, and having our own boat to take out was fantastic. There were 4 of us in the tent and we didn't feel cramped at all. Love all the amenities st this campground as well! The only thing I would suggest is putting signs that the docks are for the tents, had so many people walking through our site throughout the day.

Great location. Glamper not a camper. No need to leave the campground. Plenty to keep kids busy at campground. Relaxing for adults. Cabins were great. Staff friendly and helpful.

Site was nice. Tent and furniture was good. Facilities were a little dated but the pool was a hit with the kids. Prices on wood and ice were a little over the top. I wish there were more toilet stalls and shower stalls available for use. Having to wait 20+ minutes to shower or use the bathroom - especially with a young child was not ideal.

We stayed in the Deluxe RV. It was very clean and very spacious. Having a baby, it was very convenient that cooking supplies (dishes, coffee maker, utensils, etc.) we’re all supplied. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! There was so much to do as a family at this camp! Thank you for making our stay special.

We love visiting, but it was a different experience this time around. The staff was GREAT. Amenities were not quite up to the standard they normally are. There was very little for activities beside the pool or playground, and it felt less like a family campground and more like a fraternity in some places. We will back - hopefully it was a one-off experience.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff were great. It shouldn’t have Winnipesauke in the name, it is misleading since it is over a half hour away. There were a few things that could have been better. The hot water switch in our cabin would not stay on, there was no wifi in the cabins as advertised which caused issues. The new general manager has turned this formerly wonderful place into a juvenile attempt at a money grab. The “daily” rental for golf carts is actually for overnight use! Who uses golf carts at night? When I read the fine print (after orally reserving a cart) I immediately tried to cancel my reservation but they would not let me. Our long standing golf cart rental policy goes hand in hand with our site rentals. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. You were issued a refund for the golf cart as a one-time courtesy. Ultimately, we had to ask you to leave due to your conduct and continued mistreatment of our staff. -T.

We spent several days here at the end of September. Lovely site, very quiet (especially during the week). Incredibly friendly and helpful staff (including Caleb, Jay, Marvin, and Haley). Quick walk from our site to very clean bathrooms, easily accessible showers. I think you may be closer to the Seacoast than Lake Winnie but that's less relevant. This is a great spot for just relaxing if you're trying to escape the rest of the world for a while. (FYI, Door Dash delivered some Pizza Hut from Rochester. We met them at the front gate, but it definitely saves a ride into Rochester.)

This KOA is ideally situated and offers a variety of accommodations. The grounds are clean and well-appointed. There is a pool, playground, basketball courts and a pond. Paddle boats, kayaks, and canoes are available for a fee and in good condition. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. It was located within driving distance of Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We would have spent more time exploring and relaxing at the KOA if not for our travel itinerary. I recommend this place to anyone traveling through the Granite State. Check it out!
