Had a great time! Overall the deluxe cabin was great, some items to work on: more than 1 washcloth/towel per person, warmer blankets, two pillows per person, enough dishes to actually cook, we had one small pan. Provide bathroom hand soap

We had a wonderful stay but were not too pleased there was WIFI advertised but then were told it did not reach our cabin. Also, the cabin was very dirty on the walls.

Everything was great except for the housekeeping. We got a deluxe cabin for the weekend. The door upon entry was covered in black handprints. The walls were so dirty. Smeared dead bugs on the walls. The pullout couch mattress had a giant blood stain in the middle and they didn’t provide a sheet for that mattress, only for the actual beds. Place was clean beds were made. Easy place to check in and staff was very friendly and helped direct me to my site. Easy to get to everything from koa. Would stay here again in the future.

Overall it was good. The water smelled and tasted terrible! Our deluxe cabin had dog hair that did not belong to my dog.

The only disappointing part was having the water fair closed due to weather. However there was a hurricane warning, so understandable. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed in one of the glamping tent and it was beautiful. There was a weird smell in that area but we assumed it was coming from the lake. It was unfortunate that they shut the pool down for wind on Saturday. We also had some rude neighbors who allowed their children to be yelling during quiet hours and running around other people's campsite. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

It was a nice stay. Our cabin was comfortable. There were a couple small issues 1. The bedrooms on site don’t get dark. The ac unit lights up room all night and room with bunk stays light even with blinds down 2. Tons and tons of sap from the rain storm Friday night. Like seriously huge mess on our vehicle and very hard to remove. Other than those things everything else was wonderful.

There was no explanation of activities and what they were and some didn't start at time posted. And the staff kept yelling at my daughters driving the golf cart you had to be 18 and she is 19. They should not just yell at people driving the carts, just because they think they look young. They should do the research first. I then ask them to stop and let all the other staff that she was of age.

We requested over a month earlier to be near another camper. That request was ignored. Also we brought attention to maintenance an issue and it was disregarded.

We had a wonderful stay. This was our second year staying here and will be a Labor Day Camping Weekend Tradition for myself, my adult son and two grandchildren.

Cabin looked great but the downside was the water had an awful smell the entire time where we only took one shower each, the shower curtain either leaked water all over the floor or covered the entire shower floor. We went because it's advertised as a LAKE and it is a man made POND that is only 4 ft deep. There were no fish and we had to leave the camp to go fishing. We will not be back.

My dog Sammy and cat Ruthy had the most amazing time at the Strafford KOA! The staff treated them like family, the sites were perfect, and the activities were endless. Clean facilities and friendly faces made their stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for a memorable camping experience! We have even booked our 2024 stay.

It was my son’s first time “camping” ie glamping and he loved the RV that we stayed in. Great pool, splash bad and water slide. Had a blast on the paddle boats . Overall great stay unfortunately we had to leave a day early because my son got sick. Entire staff was very friendly and helpful Highly recommend.

We had a great time. We were definitely surprised to be charged for the bedding that was left in our cabin. We were never told there was a charge for bedding that was left out for us. Very odd but other that that we no issues at all.

We have visited this campground countless times and actually held a family reunion there a couple of years ago. They have always been very helpful and go out of their way to provide a great camping experience. We always had a Motorhome but sold it this year and had our first experience in a deluxe cabin. Super accommodations.

Our stay was relaxing and fun! My only concerns was the camper we rented smelled like a bathroom the entire time to the point we could not use the bathroom due to the smell, I tried to clean it and it didn’t help, I think it has something to do with being piped into the septic. Also the table in the unit was not usable, when attempting to use it would just tip over, had to use the one outside.

There were a lot of problems with the camper we stayed in. It had broken furniture, mini blinds, etc. & wasn't properly cleaned. However the staff was very friendly & helpful.

This site was the perfect location for our 2023 Family Vacation. We had a blast, the site was clean, and staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The pool and splash pad were great for the family, the lake was perfect for our older girls whether it was paddle boarding or floating around in a tube. We normally plan day trips while on the KOA sites however no need here, plenty to enjoy.

When we arrived at our cabin there was an empty bottle of water in the parking space, a toy from another family in the top bunk, and in the rented golf cart, a cigarette butt and key card. We did inform the manager and she was extremely apologetic and offered us some wood. There were so many flies around and inside the cabin which really made it difficult to sit outside and gross inside.

We loved our stayed. The one thing that we had a minor issue with was the hot water and the very strong smell the water had. This was not our 1st stay here but it was the 1st time we had this issue. We do plan to come next summer. Our girls love the pool and paddel boats.

It was fun, a lot of amenities and the pool and water slide were great! Also happened to catch a karaoke night and had a blast! Sites are definitely a little too close together but all and all we had a good time!

Was given wrong information when we called about our cabin so we didn’t bring anything to cook with because we were told we had a stove, lie. We were told we had linens & then when we get there we had to pay $6 for linens. camp store is only open until 6pm, the water slide is only open from 1pm-6pm. Pool is open until 9pm every day with no lifeguard on duty. Manager T did try to accommodate.

The tv did not work in the room. There was a fan on the wall but no plug to plug it in. The staff was incredibly rude. I went to the counter multiple times to check items out or ask a question and the staff at the counter would just stare blank at me and eventually say what do you want, it doesn’t seem like anyone is running the place. We came here because we had a great experience previously.

The team was incredibly accommodating and happy to serve you and your family. No one on this team would speak to our guests in any such manner. The tree tent reserved has an outlet plug directly underneath the wall fan.

We spent several days here at the end of September. Lovely site, very quiet (especially during the week). Incredibly friendly and helpful staff (including Caleb, Jay, Marvin, and Haley). Quick walk from our site to very clean bathrooms, easily accessible showers. I think you may be closer to the Seacoast than Lake Winnie but that's less relevant. This is a great spot for just relaxing if you're trying to escape the rest of the world for a while. (FYI, Door Dash delivered some Pizza Hut from Rochester. We met them at the front gate, but it definitely saves a ride into Rochester.)

This KOA is ideally situated and offers a variety of accommodations. The grounds are clean and well-appointed. There is a pool, playground, basketball courts and a pond. Paddle boats, kayaks, and canoes are available for a fee and in good condition. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. It was located within driving distance of Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We would have spent more time exploring and relaxing at the KOA if not for our travel itinerary. I recommend this place to anyone traveling through the Granite State. Check it out!
