we had a wonderful time ,we love comming to this koa campground ,and we really appreciate everthing T has done for us.She's a great person ,and an excellent supervisor Koa is lucky her.

We were really disappointed, as Strafford did not live up to the KOA standard we have come to expect. Bathrooms were not clean and trash in & near the bathrooms were not emptied until I called saying they were overflowing. The pool was dirty too - so much sand and hair. I have never been to a camp with so many flies and bees. The store opened late & closed so early. There's a lot more too...

We stayed at site 51, a trailer rental. When we first arrived there was no direction on how to get to our site. We had to ask where To go. The unit was a mess. There were blood stains on the bed. Clothes and dirt under the couch. The outside smelled like sewer. We spoke to someone in the office. It was very impersonal. We never saw an adult working in the office or yard for our entire visit.

Really beautiful , relaxing stay. Great bang for the buck. Grandkids enjoyed the Safari Tent and we were very fortunate to have one in the best area of the campground with a 1/2 bath! Bath houses were nice and clean and we commented on how busy the young staff was in keeping up the grounds. Only thing I can possibly think of is maybe putting a few extra trash liners in the Tents. Overall awsome v

We liked the campground and enjoyed our stay after we reported there was an issue with sewer 5 sites could not dump or the old faithful would erupt, hence the raw sewage on my sisters site. It took almost 24 hours to clean it up. Water slide was not open at first but towards the end of our trip it was open more. Store closed real early. Quiet campground great for families.

The campground was amazing, we had a deluxe pull through and loved it. Firewood delivered to our site, great nature trail, all in it was excellent!

It was our first time going there. It won't be our last. We stayed in a cabin that was less than a year old. With all the amenities of home. I especially loved the front porch and patio. It is very dog friendly and has a little dog park. There is an awesome playground. The pool is clean and my grandson and all the kids loved running back and forth from the splash pad. They also have boats to rent

Overall it was a nice stay. RV could be cleaner but not terrible. One staff member liked to say no to basically any request. Got to the point we would wait for her to leave and ask someone else and they would happily and easily help. Cart availability, check-in, help with air hockey. She truly seemed to just enjoy saying no…pretty odd.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The staff were all nice and accommodating. I understand that the KOA is under new management so I wanted to mention that the store should have consistent posted hours, and the cabins need a deeper clean before the season starts.( See cabin fans) I think you would have more involvement in activities if they were announced a bit more. We will be back we love it there !

The stay was awesome, the pool was clean, bathrooms were very clean and the campground support was top notch. We did not get the site we picked. That impacts the ratings here and on google. It is not done (according to KOA Stratford) by them, but by "Corporate. Check out my google review for details on lower ratings. Customer satisfaction is where its at! All in all....a 4 rating.

Girls working desk need more training-friendliness, helpfulness, willing to answer questions. Felt like we were making them work whenever we went in for anything.

We enjoyed our stay at the KOA. We had a nice location, pool was great and the lake. But due to this extreme heat it was somewhat not comfortable to do extra activities outside but other than we enjoyed our time there.

Vet clean on our campsite. The pool and pond were really fun for the kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the bathroom. The first day we were there, both bathrooms close to our site were unusable. One had a clogged toilet full of #2 and the other smelled strongly of urine. The second day we stayed they were cleaned. You should really clean them several times a day.

Booked 2 sites as a group and was never informed staff moved 1 site to the other end of the park. Staff told the other family we booked with to “take it or leave it and I’ll refund your money” after they arrived already. How about be courteous and call the group so they are not blindsided and have a rude comment from your staff. Bathrooms were gross pool was green all weekend.

Campground was very clean and well maintained. A lot of great services offered. Site was large. The only think I would like to see is maybe some more shaded options at the pool since everyone fills those up very quickly.

It’s over priced for the amenities. The pool is small, the water slide is only for small children (my 11 & 12 year old were too big for it). The fishing pond is tiny. Despite being a wooded area, it felt like you have no privacy between campsites. I definitely will not return. The site garbage pickup was nice. Also very far away from everything. 45 min to beaches, to Maine.

Space was large and level! Park is designed to give each site your own area. Plenty to do without leaving the KOA. Staff very responsive. Will be coming back!

Nice quiet campground. I liked the fact there were hardly any streetlights. I like to stargaze. Fire ring was a little close to a small tree. Bathrooms were clean. I was surprised to see several campers washing their motorhome. I did not see that it was not allowed in the rules. It was a little dusty with all the golf carts zipping around, no fault of the campground. No water bubbler.

The campground is not near or on Lake Winnipesaukee. The pond/lake is tiny. The pool is very small for the number of people trying to use it on a hot day. The RV we rented was nice. We could not eat outside because there was a bees nest near the site and they would attack us everytime we would eat. We left a day early and were charged full price. I would never reccomend this location to anyone.

There are not enough bathrooms to accommodate the amout of camp sites.The bathroom should be seperated from showers.Lot of trash in pool area.Trash barrels in glamping area not emptied.Young staff unknowledgeable.Rec room was dirty.

Our patio site was very nice, spacious and private feeling, bathhouses were clean, playground nice. But the pool and splash pad were closed for over a day when it was very hot, due to issues. Disappointingly the waterslide never opened during our week as it had a broken part. Ourselves and other cars waited multiple times at the gate, stuck behind campers checking in, please work on this.

Store needs ALOT more staff and registers. Shouldn’t be charged amenities when water park is down. Kids flying on golf carts ignored as well as super fast vehicles. Site was nothing but dirt dust flying at us. Clean big site nice staff and campers. Pond eh.. And don’t count on fishing and a catch. 3 days between us and many we talked to only 2 fish caught. Mosquitos crazy at night by pond.

Nice campground in general. Site was huge and very nice. Deluxe cabin was also perfect. The pool was crowded and the water was a cloudy during the weekends, but better during the week. The slide was sadly down for maintenance (totally understand). Do wish the field was bigger so we could actually use it for sports stuff.

We’ve stayed here before and it was AWFUL THIS TIME. Booked in Feb’22 side by side sites (30&31), showed up, don’t get the sites we confirmed and get sites on 2 different roads. Water slide broken, pool was brown, dirty, w/ hair clumps floating around for 3+ days, cars 20mph on road and while walking into the general store at 5:45p an empl. shut the door stating they are close, rude and dir

This particular stay was very unpleasant and if it wasn't for my children I would have shortened my vaca and went home! I rented out RV 83. Upon entering the RV you were hit with a horrible smell of feces along with 100's of flies, dirty towels from the previous campers were still in RV and no power to half the RV. Multiply staff notified and no real accommodations were made. SAD STAY FOR VACA!

We had a great time, fun activities and enjoyed the amenities. There were only a few concerns with the bathroom not being regularly serviced but that was rectified the next day. My kids had a blast!

Terrible. Will never return. Terrible service, dirty coffee pot, tried to make us pay a brand new "holding fee" after booking months in advance. The slide was broken the whole time we were there - you can imagine how the kids felt about that. Absolutely abhorrent treatment from the teen at the ropes course at Lebanon. So disrespectful. Will tell others not to go.

We absolutely loved our 7-day stay! There was so much to do for our kids. Although they were understaffed (like everywhere right now,) the employees worked tirelessly and handled their necessary tasks and issues. The overall campground was nice, clean and fun for kids however not having the water slide that was advertised and part of the reason we came was very disappointing. We also did not have wifi on our site as advertised. We would have appreciated a small discount to make up for these things. In addition I did not find the staff to be overly kind and caring. The customer service was fair.

Camp site is good but bathroom are very bad. You will see spiders and all kinds of insects and does not feel pleasant to take shower or go to bathroom. All the staff are good and courteous and helped us or answered all our questions/concerns.

Overall the campsite was nice, grounds were clean. The staff didn’t seem to be very organized - there was also lots of noise after 11pm.

We spent several days here at the end of September. Lovely site, very quiet (especially during the week). Incredibly friendly and helpful staff (including Caleb, Jay, Marvin, and Haley). Quick walk from our site to very clean bathrooms, easily accessible showers. I think you may be closer to the Seacoast than Lake Winnie but that's less relevant. This is a great spot for just relaxing if you're trying to escape the rest of the world for a while. (FYI, Door Dash delivered some Pizza Hut from Rochester. We met them at the front gate, but it definitely saves a ride into Rochester.)

This KOA is ideally situated and offers a variety of accommodations. The grounds are clean and well-appointed. There is a pool, playground, basketball courts and a pond. Paddle boats, kayaks, and canoes are available for a fee and in good condition. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. It was located within driving distance of Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We would have spent more time exploring and relaxing at the KOA if not for our travel itinerary. I recommend this place to anyone traveling through the Granite State. Check it out!
