I always enjoy staying at this site. We have an annual adventure with our friends that bring us here each March. I've always appreciated the text messages and information, but this year with the storms I was even more grateful. We were safe in the bathroom when the tornado fortunately missed us. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. The grounds are always clean and well maintained.

Was disappointed that our first spot was so sloping and we had a 37 foot rig. No way will be going to get a level. The whole park was basically empty and I would’ve thought they would put us in a more level spot.

The overnight stay met my needs on the way home from Arizona. I have stayed there the last two years also. Unfortunately, melting snow made the place a very muddy mess for managing my dogs.

I stay here for a couple of months each winter. The water hydrants are freeze protected and the staff are prepared to support the winter campers. Love the creek at the back of the campground! Plenty of space to walk with the pup.

The staff is very friendly. The shower house is a bit outdated, but very clean. The dog park is a nice size. My biggest complaint is that St. Louis had snow a couple of weeks ago and many of the sites are still a sheet of ice. I'm not sure why they weren't salted or plowed. Overall, I'd visit during the summer, but would avoid coming back in the winter.

St. Louis KOA is a pleasure to visit! The grounds were lovely with wooded views. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful! The location is perfect with only a 30 minute drive to the Gateway Arch National Park! We highly recommend a visit here!

We stayed in the winter (brrr) - for a quick overnight. The staff was extremely helpful and had our site plowed for us. The bath house was very clean with nice showers and toilets. We will stay again when we are in the area!

Nice helpful staff! Unfortunately, they took us to a pull thru sight that hadn’t been adequately cleared of snow and ice. We became stuck and spent four hours trying to get out. Finally, they towed us backwards with their skid loader. Made a long day!

I need to take a moment to leave a 5 star review for the wonderful employees of this KOA! We are seasoned campers and have been to many campsites and KOAs, and the customer service here stood out in a great way. We are an active duty military family traveling on orders and we have two large moving trucks with us. I had called and arranged parking accommodations ahead of time with a very nice employee. However when we got here, the rain foiled our plans. The employees who helped me were so patient and kind throughout the process, and ensured that we found a resolution. I'm so grateful that they were dedicated to making everything work for us and ensuring a smooth experience. Thank you, STL KOA! I'll be sure to always recommend you in the future!

Great location and easy to navigate even with bigger rigs. There are some tight turns but all are manageable. WiFi connection is spotty. The signal was not strong enough to penetrate our camper walls. An external repeater would eliminate this problem. Our internal repeater couldn't not acquire the signal. Cellular coverage for Verizon is very good. For ATT, it is just decent, though noticeably slow at peak times. The pool is heated to 82-84 degrees and is comfortable. The jumping pillow was great for the kids. Our dogs also enjoyed the dog park and it was clean. Doggie bags are available throughout to ensure we can clean up after our pets.
