We visited a few times before and really enjoyed our stay. The one place we didn't like was the pavilion. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned for alo g time. Not swept, brokenen tables and BBQ grills were a mess We stayed there 2 years ago and it didn't look like that. I know the same excuse is trying to find help but the owners then to do it.

Staff was amazing! Front desk to cleaning lady were amazingly helpful and friendly! Area was clean with so much to do! Kids had a blast! Thank you!

We asked to be upgraded to a deluxe cabin with a bathroom and were told those were all booked. Of course we were willing to pay. However, when we got there none of those cabins were booked, they were even empty the next morning. We were very disappointed with this. Other than that, the campground was nice with nice facilities.

We opted for an additional day as a tent camper and they offered us due to the pending storms a camping cabin at no additional cost. As it turns out it was a terrible thunderstorm with a tornado warning as well. Thank you for going the extra mile to keep us safe and sound

Honestly my favorite KOA I've stayed at on the east side of the USA. Perfect mixture of development and natural to where I was able to be comfortable while also feeling connected to nature.

From the moment we arrived, Sammie and Kiaya made us feel welcome and valued! Through the stay they provided great assistance when needed and then at our early departure, Kiaya helped in setting up our next destination reservation.

My only issue was that the off leash pet area needed to be mowed. It was difficult to find the poop to pick it up.

We had both a cabin and an RV site. Both were relatively quiet, much more quiet than other KOA's we stayed at this trip.

We came in during a tornado watch after 8pm, the staff was very helpful. The camp ground was nice and the cabins were very nice, I love the deck. The campground was close enough to town we could run and get food in just a few minutes but felt like it was farther away from town.

Very nice and quiet campground, only issue I had was housekeeping didn't look in the cabinet under the sink from people who stayed there before I did, there was a banana peel and a empty pudding cup just laying under there not even in a trash bag.

Overall satisfied, bathhouse was clean and accessible, cabin was fine for my needs, location was convenient, some highway noise and lots of train noise were my only issues

I absolutely adore this place. I love the atmosphere, the people are great, and the cabins are spectacular. I have stayed in the normal cabin and the deluxe cabin and they were both great!

good stay The cabins were disappointing in the house keeping. Had to sweep the first thing lots of bugs on the floors, window sills. Screens had some holes. Cabins overall just needed some TLC given to them. Customer service was great.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin. It was very clean and the nearby bathrooms were also very clean. It was a great stay and we already booked a night for our return trip home.

I stayed in a deluxe cabin....the cabin was not as clean as I'm used to seeing the KOAs... Hair on the linens and bugs/dirt in the floors. While it was conveniently located, and the staff was friendly, I was disappointed given the price.

We came in for a COLD February weekend and decided to utilize a cabin instead of our tent. It was just the two of us, and a basic cabin was perfect. 2nd night, the power couldn't keep up with the heaters, and they gave us a deluxe cabin for our last night on them. That right there is amazing kindness. We got to experience something we probably won't be able to again. Thank you!

We froze….. the cabin was 56 when we arrived and 44 when we woke up. We stay every year and do appreciate the stay but the heaters you provide do not work well .

My family was passing through the St. Louis area on a cross-country road trip. This KOA was clean and in good repair. We had our small dog with us and stayed in a cabin on a cold New Year's Eve night. The clean, warm bathrooms were much appreciated. We will definitely stay again when passing through this area.

The lights in our cabin (Deluxe Csbin 3) would not shut off even though no lights were on. In the bunk room the lights were flickering so bad that it woke our son up and scared him. There was also a big wadded napkin or something stuck to the ceiling and bottle caps laying strong (severe cooking hazard for children). Overall the cabin was in a good location.

Stayed in deluxe cabin #3 the shower faucet was loose but it still worked the cabin was spacious and had everything we need. The staff were very helpful. Be aware that there is an active railroad that's behind the bridge so it can get loud. There are also a ton of bugs inside and outside of the cabin.

My stay was fabulous. The staff were all extremely nice to me and when I asked for assistance, I got all the help I needed and more! I brought my pup with me and loved our little Camping Cabin. The dog playground was right next door to our cabin, which was definitely a plus! I'll be booking again very soon, and I might even spring for the Deluxe Cabin next time!
