Had a great time, stayed in Kabin 10. Do wish the window screens weren’t torn but I realize people with children probably are the culprits. Also the tv reception was snowing but I really did not use it anyway. Other than those two things, everything was fine.

Wonderful stay, staff was friendly! The only issue was the unisex bathroom wasn't clean and the toilets were always full, like the automatic flush didn't work.

Great campground… always clean, friendly staff. My dog and me stayed here last year when we moved to Colorado and now on our return back to Ohio. Highly recommended!

Cabin could have been a little cleaner. There was no remote for AC...it got cold as the low was 49 degrees. Bathrooms were pretty good. Dog park grass was a little long, but nice size.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The accommodations were outstanding - we will be making this our favorite campground - and I am so glad they offered the membership program, as now we will be using KOA for our camping from now on! We rented the Delux Cabin and it was fabulous! I strongly recommend �ϋ�

We have been staying for many years in DC03. We were very disappointed to see the loveseat removed. There was no comfortable seating inside in the AC. Also, the cabin slept 6 people but only 2 of the outside seats were available besides the table and chairs. Also the outside outlet doesn’t work. We reported this at our last stay and it’s not repaired.

Grandma and grandpa stayed with our 3 youngest grandkids (8, 10 & 12) in the caboose. They had a GREAT time just doing that but also really enjoyed the GIANT bounce pillow, swimming, playground, scavenger hunts and outdoor movie. It was too hot for a fire to make s'mores but the fire ring with chairs looks to be another (future) adventure. The staff was polite, professional and informative.

Deluxe Cabins are overpriced. AC doesn’t work, toilet barely flushed, and most of the power outlets don’t work. We’ve been to this KOA 10 years and the quality of the camp site and amenities has declined each time. The front lobby staff was argumentative and the manager refused to give us a full refund, even though we checked out early. Our run of family reunions at this KOA ended this year.

This is our 4th year staying at this KOA. We had 12 people this year. We have always had such a great experience and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We love spending a weekend here and would highly recommend it.

Staff was so friendly! Pool was great! Our kids had a blast! My only complaint is the full bed in the caboose was very uncomfortable. It had lumps, bumps and dips in the mattress which made for an awful night sleep.

I didn't like that you took the futon couches out of the cabins. We were planning on using them for people to sleep on not to mention it was nice to have a couch to sit on as opposed to a hard chair or stool. Other than that the cabins were ok. Bring back the futons.

Our experience in DC4: not enough hot water for more than 1 person, grill filthy & starter button doesn't work, dirty countertops and floors, filthy blinds with old food and dead bugs on the kitchen window sill and blinds, reservation for 4 people but loft bed not made, bedding provided doesn't fit and has stains. For $300/night, we will VRBO or AirBnb next time.

It was annoying to continuously get text messages. When camping I want to detach and only get messages if its an emergency. Also had to sweep cabin before unpacking due to other dog food in the cabin and didnt want it to make my dogs sick.

Check-in was quick & pleasant. Didn't get to see much - checked in, left, got back late & then left early. Stayed in the caboose. The cleaning solution smell in the toilet was overwhelming. Running the AC helped, but it was a consistent smell throughout our stay. Felt the caboose could have been cleaner or more updated but I guess it added to the charm. Wish it was closer to downtown.

It was our first time at a KOA so we weren't sure what to expect. We especially enjoyed the pool and the movie night each night but also had fun playing ping pong. Everyone was friendly and the grounds were well kept.

This was our second year staying at this KOA, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The grounds are clean and well maintained, making it a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We all had a great time and look forward to coming back again!

We stayed in a 2 room cabin with our 4 grandkids ages 9-6. They love riding their bikes, and would go from the pool to their bikes and back to the pool, went to the evening movie, did the scavenger hunt. We enjoyed our stay here, this is our 3rd time visiting, first time with the Grandkids. My husband and I enjoy evening walks around the campground. Only wish cabins Mini fridge and microwav

We were there for a dog event at Purina event center, we appreciate the ability to bring our dogs to compete! You have a lovely campground, perfect location. Everyone was quiet and respectful even over the busy July 4th weekend. Bathrooms clean, v happy with our stay in your cabin.

I have stayed before and had no issues. This time restrooms were dirty, the TV was fuzzy, and we stayed in an old rundown cabin when other cabins were available. Plus the location of the cabin wasn't good. I'd understand if all cabins were being used. Very disappointed this time.

We stayed in a camping cabin without a bathroom but we did not have far to walk to get to the bathrooms or showers. The air in the cabin was nice and cold and all the staff we had contact with was very nice. The only thing I did not care for was the pool, I believe it had too much chlorine and was burning me eyes.

The staff were very friendly and gracious to talk with and ready to answer any questions, the pool was great and the deluxe cabin very well laid out and appointed, perfect for a family getaway. There were other activities available geared to families, as well. We would highly recommend this KOA!

We rented two cabins over the weekend. The front desk ladies were really helpful in getting us a shaded cabin when pretty much everything was booked up. Thank you for that help. The cabins and bathrooms were really clean, AC worked great. Pool was perfect for the kids. The only thing I would change is the squeaky doors in Cabin 5. Otherwise we will be back next year.

The staff was friendly, and helpful. The deluxe cabin was nice, but not as pictured in the floor plans. It was to have a fold-out couch, but had dining tables instead so there was no way to sit and watch tv. The supplies were random. One unit had no plates. The worst was we spent the week carefully sorting recycling. We put it in the cans marked recycling, but 30 min later found it in the dumpster

Easy access to this very nice KOA site. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a camping cabin which was simple and perfect for our needs.
