The good stuff- Large campground. Lots of mature trees. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice laundry&store Room for improvement- Cabin AC was mounted at the ceiling. No remote. Two other cabins offered smelled strongly of mildew, I got a remote from the third cabin to use in the one I had been assigned. I found the K9 pens to be subpar. Just a few things that would put it over the top is having the pool open earlier like 8a and a deli type area with pizza and sandwiches maybe 4-8. After check in it's nice to not have to leave or cook. These are a few amenities we enjoy at other KOAs we've stayed at. We love all your cabin options. We had a great family vacation here and your staff was wonderful!!! Definitely plan to be back!

We stayed over the weekend and had a wonderful visit. Clean cabin and no bugs of any sort! Only suggestion would be a thicker mattress. But for our stay, it was perfect as we travel with our dogs.

This place rocks! The pool, gem mine, and jumping pad are so fun! I highly recommend staying in the Caboose, it's next to all the fun stuff, and it has TRIPLE BUNK BEDS!! Also the Caboose is really cute and comfy on the inside. This is our second year staying there. The only thing wrong with this KOA is that some of the cabins come with a TV, but the TV does not work because Wifi doesn't work.

The main concern was the condition of the standard cabins. Beds had visible spider webs and hadn’t been cleaned underneath. Window screens were damaged, so we couldn’t open them without bugs getting in. There were also two active wasp nests outside and ants coming through spray foam indoors, which impacted comfort and cleanliness.

Koa was clean and convenient, staff was friendly and helpful but cabin did not have refrigerator or microwave. I have stayed at many koa in the same size cabin and they all had those amenities.

Great campground. Very clean and well maintained. All camp equipment was great. Bathouse was clean. Overall: This KOA is great to stay at. Special thanks to the staff for a fantastic stay.

The cabin was stayed in was OK. It would’ve been nice to at least have a stool or a bench in there. Bathrooms in the afternoon, evening and the next morning had no soap in either dispensers and look like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. For all the people that were saying there over the weekend, that was disappointing!

This was one of the best KOA’s we’ve ever stayed at, and we’ve stayed at many! The staff was friendly, the grounds were beautiful, so many amenities… Will definitely return!

I enjoyed everything about. The primary TV wasnt really connecting to the internet very well so I think there may have been an issue.

The location was good. The staff was very helpful. We checked in after 10pm without a reservation. The night worker, explained to us how to check in, got us a key to the cabin and made sure that we understood how to get to the cabin. He was so helpful. We left very early the next morning.

Our cabin was not ready for check-in due to a large group the night before. This same group occupied the common area so there were no kids programs for our grandchildren. The rain caused the creek to rise, and your staff was very accommodating to allow our grandchildren to move from tent camping to take over our cabin rental. The bathrooms were very nice, but too far apart, too few.

The best service by staff shout out to becca she was great and when i have a issue with are cabin she smiled and said she fix it and when she found me a a new cabin while I was still there meet the manger nice lady pool was open 930 am till 830 pm in full sun till after 6pm nice for a quick dip to cool down before bed Restrooms and shower are clean and has a family shower for family's

My grandchildren, my mom, and I set out for a glamo-camping experience. The grands were very excited. They found sticks to roast marshmallows, eat camp hot dogs, and walked around. We hit the mini market store, got goodies and souvenirs then they played on the jumping tub. Since they love trampolines, that was a hit. Watched Moana with their new friends. Ate junk all night. Didn't want to leave!

We arrived at the campground shortly after 6pm. We found our cabin floor with standing water, cleaning solution. Looking around, we were unable to locate where cabins were to get water for cooking, etc. Going to the office, they didn't know either, but said could use faucet there. Picnic table was in the hot sun all week. Our stay overall was fine. Pool was clean and refreshing!

Cabin I would rate 0 not clean, old, and terrible mattresses! Needs a deep clean, pet hair galore, rained and water on back wall, the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. We have stayed at many koa in camper cabins this was terrible. Pool was great, amenities good. I would stay again just not in a cabin! My husband is allergic to dogs not sure why we ended up in pet cabin.

The Cozy Caboose is adorable and comfortable. Loved using the fire pit and grill. Having the camp store so close was convenient. There are grocery stores fairly close by which was helpful since we didn't pack enough vegetables!

everything was fine, your staff is great, was upset that they closed the pool way too early, ticks were bad but that's not koa fault , cabins need a seal at bottom of door, we will be back in july still!

When I travel through Missouri I know that the KOA West will leave the light on in my deluxe cabin. I often travel with my RV but this yr the RV was damaged in a tornado! I am sad but knew I had a backup plan-with the deluxe cabins I could enjoy my stay with my pups! And we did!! Thank you to Kia and Sammie and the cleaning crew, we enjoyed our stay! Yes, check it out!!!!
