The young lady who made my reservation over the phone and checked me in was so friendly and helpful! She went above and beyond to help me and it made my stay there very nice. I stayed in a deluxe cabin which was clean and roomy and great!

Roads were clear. They did the best they could with the sites given the snow. Friendly staff, we only stayed one night while on the road.

Great staff, it was very cold out but our cabin had to heaters that kept us cozy. Bathrooms were clean and warm. No unexpected charges that we experienced at another koa. Good job st louis koa.

2 years in a row we have had a site that unacceptable because of ice and snow. Site this year was still snow covered and treacherous. We ended up leaving and finding a hotel down the road. We will not be back.

For the amount of money that is spent during the winter season for camping you should expect there to be clean and stocked restrooms not to mention there is only one dumpster that has a huge hole in it. The area is nice it’s off the highway just enough that it can not be heard but yes close enough for easy access. Overall I don’t think I would be inclined to stay at this KOA again.

The manager was very nice and super helpful throughout our stay. They welcomed our dog in one of their cabins and even had a dog park for them. The room was clean, bedsheets were washed, and appropriate appliances worked accordingly. I would highly recommend this KOA to friends and family. I hope one day I can come back during the summer season and participate in all of their activities.

Staff have always been very friendly. Our site was long enough to remain hooked up. Only downside is the traffic & train noise but leave a radio on low & it drowns out the sound. We stayed in a 5th wheel.

There was no water in the park due to a broken main. The staff was super friendly & apologetic. We stayed anyway & they gave us a full refund. Would highly recommend this park if only for the great staff. Park was nice for a January iver-night.

After spending the holidays in a hotel with beds as hard as rocks and pillows that felt like lumpy socks, my entire family was SO GLAD to step into our cabin and the COMFY BEDS! We slept better than we had all week. Kayah (sorry for probably misspelling your name) was very friendly and helpful - both on the phone and in person. Great location, easy to navigate at night for our after-hours arrival.

We stayed in a six person camping cabin. It needed some TLC. It wasn’t freshly swept. Some of the mattresses’ coatings were crumbling off. And the heater seemed to short out when I moved it, turning back on when set down. It was a quiet place to rest our heads. We would stay there again.

love this campground. I stay here for a couple months over winter. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The campground is kept in very good condition. They heat-trace the water spigots for those who are staying for an extended period of time over winter. This campground is close to numerous great parks for walking and hiking.

Very nice kept park. Staff was very friendly at check in. Nice pull thru site. Only drawback was train noise at night.

Came in at 615pm. The campground is dark, which is good, but no lights at all on the posts or around any of the bends, since leaves covered all of the grounds hard to determine what was road and was a site or median. Hard to find site and office closed at 5pm on a Friday, after Christmas.

We've stayed at the St. Louis West / Historic Route 66 KOA several times. It's clean, the grounds are well kept, and the staff are super friendly. We used the meeting room for a family gathering. It was clean and ready for us. It was the perfect place to get together with the family. Thank you, as always, for a pleasant stay. We will return!

So Koa sucks everywhere. But this one earned 3 stars because of the friendly staff. The spots are not level. Everything is gravel. All overpriced. The sewer drain connection runs up hill from my camper. So it doesn’t drain. Overpriced again. But the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need aplace to stay for a few nights this may be your only option. WiFi was ok. Not perfect but

The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The grounds are in good shape and the sites are clean. The location is convenient to St Louis. We've stayed many times here and plan to do so in the future.

Great location with access to so many places! Bathrooms and Kozy Kabin were spotless! I can't thank the staff enough for having the heat already on in the Kabin prior to my arrival! Campground was well maintained and lots or area to walk any furry friends. Would definitely recommend this campground and can't wait to come back!

Great place to stay! Staff is very friendly and go above and beyond! Campground is clean sites are level. They upgraded us to a patio site which was a great site we even stayed an extra day!

We liked that there was a Kamp K9 for our dogs. The campground was clean and the little caboose cabin looks like a fun spot for families with young kids to stay. We got in later in the day and left early, so we didn’t get a chance to shop in the store or use many of the amenities, but we’d like to come back and stay at this KOA again for a trip to the nearby Six Flags.

Sweet and helpful staff! They take good care of the tiny houses and so nice to stay there and enjoy the park with pups when not hauling the rig!

We enjoyed it here. The room was nice and warm when we arrived and we had everything we needed. When I called the office earlier that day about late check in the employee on the phone was very polite and helpful and gave very clear information and directions.

We stayed in the caboose for the weekend with our kids and it was fantastic. It was clean it had everything you needed to enjoy time there or enjoy the city. The staff was very friendly. We will be back to stay again!
