Large spacious camping lots. We stayed in April so no pool but the area looked well kept. Showers we clean and plenty of pressured Hot water. Would differently book a stay here again.

Park is very nice. Office staff very nice. Had an exceptional site. The only bad thing was majority of the class a motorhome needed blocks to get a correct level, which needed a additional step because front end was so high

So I’d stay for one overnight night, but signs throughout the campground planning to sites could be more clear and obvious, and some of the paving needs to be repaired and improved so that it’s smoother especially for a large rigs

Nice calm campground, the shop has all the conveniences you need. Bathrooms and Cabins are in excellent condition! Being so close to six flags and the state park is a fantastic benefit!

It was a very nice campground and the check in person was so nice. The only downside would be the trains, but it was minimal noise. Also, we were closer to where the train is. The space was large and it was quiet. We stayed in A10.lots of trees around and cabins looked nice. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice and clean koa. For families a lot of amenities. There is quite a bit of noise from railroad and highway but would still recommend staying here.

This KOA was well kept. Clean bathrooms and shower house.The staff was amazing and super helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and wish we would have stayed longer. My 4 kids had the time of their lives.We will be back for sure!

Very nice and clean. We did not stay for long, only one night to sleep. We were heading home from the Florida keys back to Stupid liberal Minnesota. We are planning our next vacation to Missouri to see some Jesse James historic sites. We were very happy with the campsite. It was nice and clean.

The staff was a mix of helpful and aloof. I had asked some staff members to blow up the jump pad because I was told at the time of booking that it would be turned on during our stay. However when I asked they refused to turn it on because it was supposed to rain in 1.5 hours. My kids and my visiting niece and nephew were very sad because this was one of the main reasons I booked with KOA.

Upon arrival our paperwork was ready and site easy to find. Unfortunately, the site didn't meet expectations for the price. It wasn't "near" level in any direction and needed gravel & grading because it seemed washed out by weather. Although I didn't see many level sites in the park. The proximity to the train & highway was an unwelcome surprise. It was easy in & out, and worked for 1 night

Don’t use the directions app or you’ll end up at the Route 66 park about 6 miles away. Type in the actual koa address in your confirmation. Park was big. We had an interesting little pull through next to graveyard.

It was one of the few KOAs not on top of a highway! Most like a campground you feel like putting your canopy out.

I had the best spring break with my nuggets! All of the staff were so very helpful, kind and accommodating for anything we could need. Made a solo parenting trip not only doable, but enjoyable!

We were disappointed that one day of our stay - the bounce pillow was not inflated at 9am. When I asked an employee they said it was because of the temperature and that it was inflating. It was clearly not. You could not hear any blower like normal. So don’t count on amenities being available as posted. Also went to use the pedal cars and tires were flat Also road and train noise is very high.

Unfortunately, the bathrooms at the back end of the campground were filthy. I let the staff know on our first night that they were very muddy, I know is not upon them, but by the third day, the mud was still there. I went in on day 3 to tell them there was no toilet paper in 1 of the bathrooms, 2 hrs later, still no toilet paper. The staff is very young and really needs to be trained.

We were all the way in the back of the campground and next to us was obviously someone who has been there for quite a while. Had wood piled up, for I don’t know why, he also had a tent on site along with a trailer full of more wood and a mini trike. We have stayed here often and will now always request to be put near the office as this is not a good look for a campground I paid $75 a night to st

Reserving the cabin, check-in, and check-out was simple. Friendly staff. Cabin was clean, with both air-conditioning and a space heater (both of which were needed). I will definitely consider returning next time I need a place to stay in the area.

Very beautiful KOA. Loved everything about this place. Granted, we only stayed one night in late March, but I look forward to spending some longer time when the weather gets nice. Beautiful grounds and some very nice people who make this place a nice vacation time. We will be back St. Louis West KOA, thank you for a great stay!

Friendly, helpful staff. We stayed an extra day as we felt comfortable there. While we were not traveling with children we noticed activities for those children who were there.

Easy access to this very nice KOA site. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a camping cabin which was simple and perfect for our needs.
