The trains are obnoxious. For $70 to sleep for the night, it would have been nice to actually sleep.

Freight train tracks are very close to the campground, blowing their horns repeatedly throughout the night. If you can sleep through it, have at it. Otherwise, a nice campground.

This is one of the best KOAs we have been to. It is so clean and has cute decorations. The staff is so helpful and nice.

Great campground! This is an older KOA but very well kept. The staff here give amazing service, are genuinely friendly and go above and beyond to care for their customers. If it weren’t for the unpaved sites and the train tracks next to the campground I would give it 5 stars!

It's a great campground located very close to a lot of local attractions.. The Wi-Fi is terrible, though.

Shaded sites. Well kept and cared for. Gravel roads and parking sites. Bathrooms very clean and well kept but cold nights made them uncomfortable for showers. Location near highway is a plus when traveling!

We broke down on exit #72, we called KOA just happened to be 1.4@ miles from the exit. KIA staff very friendly and accommodating since they we're gonna be busy over Halloween weekend. We got our MH repaired and drove to OK.

Wonderful. Nice and helpful employees. Good places to walk the dog. The trains, planes and automobiles didn’t bother me at all. The spaces were generous, but get muddy when it rains. Having pull throughs was nice. The only thing I can think of that would be helpful, would be more lighting throughout the park.

This is our 3rd or 4th stay here in a 43' 5th wheel at a pull thru full hook up patio site. This time electrical work was being done at our assigned site and we were upgraded at no cost to a deluxe patio pull thru site. As always, the site was great, campground immaculate and staff friendly and helpful. The pizza & wings are very good, too! See you next time!!

Would have been nice if they had cleared the walnuts from the trees to prevent damage to the roof, ac units, vents, skylights, awnings, and tow vehicles.

We had a very pleasant visit, unfortunately the weather was rainy during most of our stay. We very much enjoyed the time we spent there and will try to stay there the next time we are in the area.

It is always wonderful. Sites are level rock sites. Lots of trees!! Bathrooms are modern and very clean!! Actually had the pizza and chicken wings and they were really delicious. And delivered. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We love this campground!

Very nice campground. Store, laundry and rec room were very clean along with the showers & restrooms. Only bad part is there is a train that runs right next to the campground and blows the horn prior to the railroad crossing.

We enjoyed our stay. The ladies at the desk were very nice and friendly. Check in was easy. We plan to come back. Next time we will walk around and buy a souvenir or two.

Such a beautiful clean property. I loved the cabins, the campground layout. The staff was professional, friendly and knew the property to assist us. I couldn’t say enough good about this property if this was closer I would camp every weekend here .

This was the noisiest KOA I have ever stayed at. Not from other campers but from a constant train traffic all night long. Blowing the horn constantly. Between the trains, airplanes and highway noise, it was terrible. The park is well taken care of and the people running it were very friendly.

Very nice but noisy. The campground is clean, well maintained and very quiet. Of course that means you can hear the interstate, the frequent train next to the property and the planes flying in to Springfield airport. Still, all in all, a very nice campground.

Very pleasant stay. This is an older park with mature trees having lots of shade. It’s very clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. It always amazes me how we can sleep well, even with blaring horns from the nearby railroad crossing and the sound of jets taking off from the nearby airport. It wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. Fantastic Caverns is worth the trip.

Beautiful peaceful wooded park, decorated nice for the season, complete with an occasional train and whistle! Easy in and out for big rigs and they escort you to your site which we appreciate so much! We had trouble getting one of our jacks up the morning of departure and a park caretaker jumped right in and helped to get it to rise and we were on our way! We will stay again for sure.

The only reason I am rating it a 3 is because of the train next to campground. The campground itself is very. Lean and maintained nicely. The train coming through and at night blowing the horns (which I know is the rules) but it is so loud and will wake you up. We had our fan and air conditioning going and still heard it.

Very clean.New outdoor kitchen with outdoor stove top Jen Air ,large workspace .under a huge pavilion .Marble showers,blow dryers .Great pool .Firewood for sale that does not burn

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this campground! The pool was a nice bonus, the shower and bath house were very clean, and our site had a raised tent platform that made setup easy. The only minor downside was the trains passing by a few times a day, but overall it was a great experience.
