We have stayed in our camper before and loved it. The camper wasn't ready but the grandkids were so we got a cabin....big mistake, could never get it cooled off, was so hot inside, for what we paid for that it should have been comfortable. The bedroom door creaked very loud and could not close it to get the baby asleep. Everyone was miserable. Will never do it again.

We stayed in a deluxe cabn. All the aminities were there. Only thing I would say is that I very much dislike the smell of Fabuloso which when we first got there, there was a strong smell of it.

Our first stay at a KOA since being kids and we will be back! Beautifully maintained grounds, delightful staff and great location. We sprung for the Deluxe Cabin and it was worth every penny. Thanks to the crew at Springfield for such an excellent experience.

The camping cabin was fine for what it is. The beds aren’t particularly comfy, but that’s fine. It would have been nice to know there would be a train running right behind the cabin all night long when it was booked though. Stayed 2 separate nights on the way to and from our road trip destination, and got very little sleep either night.

Just a quick overnight in a one room cabin, but the staff really made us feel welcome. Their laundry facility was very clean and was open all night which was a real help for us.

It was only for one night, but was much better than a hotel since I travel to dog shows with more than one dog! There is a lot of green grass areas to walk and potty the dogs! Love being in nature than on concrete!!

My husband, my daughter, & her 3 kids all stayed in a cabin for 3 days to go to the Wonders of Wildlife Museum & Aquarium. We met my bestie & her 4 grandkids there. We all had a really great time swimming, playing the yard games the KOA provided, & all the grandkids sifted rocks in the mining area to find treasures. The staff was very friendly & always helpful. It’s a really great place to camp!

Our stay was amazing everyone was so nice and accommodating cabins were clean pool was very nice all the games that they said they had they're available they're social area inside the store was wonderful can't say enough things about this KOA!

Everything was clean and comfortable (particularly the shower and restrooms). The property was well maintained. The lady at check in wawas welcoming and instructive. A relaxing experience.

Wonderful experience, Highly recommend! One of the best KOA’s I have stayed at. Was very helpful and allowed me an upgrade when I called. Very helpful when I arrived! I was passing thru and on a motorcycle so was very hot, and they had the AC on and nice and cool in the cabin.

Springfield/Route 66 KOA is like an old friend that never disappoints. Have stayed there many times over the last several years and it is always great. My cabin was perfect. It has some age on it but was in great condition (with a good AC unit). People were friendly and helpful and the pizza was great. So nice to have pizza brought to my cabin after a long day of driving. I'll be back

Our stay is always great...me and my daughter always request cabin KO5, its our favorite cabin with all the amenities we need and location, location, location is where we feel comfy there. The pool was clean and awesome. Thanks again we will be back soon �

Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, well maintained. Pool was bit cold but it's early in season. Kids liked the playground, mining. Second time staying will stay again.

The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a cabin unfortunately a birds nest was above so the patio was littered with poop. Nice restrooms. Really like the camping kitchen equipped with a two-burner gas stove. Kids enjoyed the rec room with games, a tv, and foose ball table. It was too cool for the pool but we didnt hear any complaints from others.

Staff were friendly. Cabin were clean. Restrooms need to be level in the showers and need shelves to place bottles. PLEASE take out the light timer! Had to come out of the shower with shampoo in my eyes so many times since the motion detector doesn’t work unless stand right in front of it which is by the entrance door! This is a safety concern! I’m surprise no one has gotten hurt yet!

We came for dog sports and needed a nice place to stay, I'm so glad we chose the KOA, the staff was absolutely amazing. We had such a fun trip, core memories for sure came from this trip. We plan to revisit in September.

The ladies at the counter were so nice to us We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay at this KOA again. And the gentleman driving the golf cart was very friendly too.

STAFFWAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE CAMPGROUND WAS NICE AND CLEAN, WELL MAINTAINED. CABIN RENTAL IS A BIT PRICY, BUT VERY NICE AND CLEAN. SHOWER FAUCET COULD USE A TUNE UP. .I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN

I was in town for a half marathon that I had to run on minimal sleep due to the location of the campgrounds with the freight trains running and blowing their horns all night long. The campgrounds themselves were great. Very nice and clean and enjoyed the stay other than the lack of sleep.

Very clean.New outdoor kitchen with outdoor stove top Jen Air ,large workspace .under a huge pavilion .Marble showers,blow dryers .Great pool .Firewood for sale that does not burn

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this campground! The pool was a nice bonus, the shower and bath house were very clean, and our site had a raised tent platform that made setup easy. The only minor downside was the trains passing by a few times a day, but overall it was a great experience.
