We love this campground. It is clean, clean, clean and the managers are so very kind! There is some train and plane noise at first but, we don’t usually hear in our camper. This campground is near everything. I wish they offered a nutritional breakfast and not just sweets. My husband is diabetic so having options is important!

Great campground. Stayed here overnight on a trip from Michigan to Texas in September 2024 to visit family. Campground and facilities are very well kept and clean. Very easy access to and from I-44. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our pull-thru was very spacious and plenty long for our FW and truck. Will plan to stay here again on way home, it very conveniently located for the driving times.

We are impressed with the improvements over the past few years. The staff was very helpful when we called on the road with a blowout tire to direct us to a mobile tech.

Wr needed a last minute reservation and they were very accommodating. Saundra was very pleasant when I called ro make our reservation. Showers and restrooms were spotless! The laundry facility was awesome!

Friendly staff and very helpful. The grounds were clean well kept. Plenty of things for kids to do and play. Our site #16 was a level pull thru with plenty of room. The only drawback is a train track are next to the KOA gounds, but if you like trains a lot, it would have been great.

Beautiful campground. There are a lot of cool things to do in the local area. Staff were friendly and the site we had (69) was in a nice area of the park. We'll be back on our way thru the area again!

We just spent 1 night passing through Springfield. The people were friendly and helpful and the park was well maintained. The only negative is the park is next to an active train track and the trains blow their horns as they go by. Luckily, there were only 2 trains overnight.

Staff was great, some of the best ever encountered. Super friendly, very helpful. Grounds, showers, and restrooms are very very clean. The only negative is the roads and sites are dusty. The dust gets tracked in your RV and if wearing shower sandals, your feet need to be washed again upon returning to RV. Some blacktop paving of the internal roads would make this the perfect stay.

Thankful for their Level sites (a must), plenty of trees for shade and squirrels to watch, grounds were well kept, laundry room was clean, machines in good order, a place to hang shirts, a table to fold on, great staff and owners, they were understanding about our extra time needed on our departure day due to RV Repairs We needed to have done (LP related) used the RV Business they shared. This little KOA in Springfield is great. It is easy to get to from the highway, well maintained and the staff are friendly and have great hospitality. Our boys enjoyed the pool and especially the playground. We will definitely be back for another weekend visit!

While the facilities were very clean, it was very outdated and was not in line with other “holiday” KOA’s in fact, it was probably below some journey locations I’ve stayed at. But, that’s not the reason I’d not recommend this place to anyone. It was the blasting train horn every 45 minutes throughout the whole night, and the large aircraft on approach into the airport constantly. No r

Our cabin was super nice and roomy. It was very clean. The employees go out of there way to make you feel welcomed. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress. The side closest to the door always made you feel like you were going to fall out of bed.

Absolutely no complaints. There was a changing of the staff this year. It was immediately noticeable. The Park is very clean and monitored well. Internet reception was excellent. Very friendly.

The KOA was very clean, neat, and staff was very friendly. Sites are narrow but that's ok with us. Seems like the roads are narrow but we actually had no trouble navigating in our 36 motorhome with a tow. Negatives would be the train whistle as close as we've ever been to RR tracks and some planes overhead. If you can sleep through that with your doors closed and A/C on - no problem. The other negative is the pool. Very small, only two ladders - no steps - difficult for people with physical issues, and many of the lounge chairs were rippled. Too early in the season for that! But very nice and easy location.

This definitely one of the nicest KOAs I have been to. We stayed in a cabin but RV and camping sites looked very spacious and well maintained. Everything was very clean.

A medium size park with very nice grounds, plenty of tree cover, lush grass and two Kamp K9s. The is an additional small dog play area for the deluxe sites. The bathhouse is clean and private. Their pizza is tasty. Pool is nice and staff is very helpful. Not much road most but the is an occasional train. To me it doesn't feel like an RV trip without trains
