The park grounds and facilities are very well kept and maintained. You can tell that the employees take pride in keeping the campground and facilities in order and keeping them very clean. We appreciate the pool, the clean and welcoming bathroom facilities, rec room and store. The pizza was good too! Thank you.

We stay several times a year at the Springfield KOA. We always enjoy our stay. Friendly staff, good Hunt Brothers pizza, an all around great experience.

The pizza was great and nice they deliver to campsite with ice and wood. The pool and shower house were clean. Very nice campground! I enjoyed the train!

We stayed in a deluxe cabn. All the aminities were there. Only thing I would say is that I very much dislike the smell of Fabuloso which when we first got there, there was a strong smell of it.

The site and pool where great, with lots of shade. The problem with this KIA is it's proximity to the railroad with trains run every couple of hours during the night.

Live in Kansas City and camp at the Springfield, MO KOA every summer for easy access to all the fun in the Ozark area. Already have next summer booked for a week and added a cabin trip in December for Christmas time this year too! Our entire family loves this KOA’s welcome, friendly staff, clean site and lots of fun things for our grandchildren.

Very nice set up. Pool very nice. Grounds well maintained. Too bad the train and its whistle is so loud in the middle of the night and 5 times per day.

The staff was very pleasant. The sites were level and easy to get into. The amenities at the site were not clean. The chairs and table had quite a bit of bird “stuff” on the and the concrete patio needed a deep clean. The pizza delivery was great. The rest of the amenities were nice.

Always a great stay while we're in Springfield. This is our third stay. My wife was in town for a conference and we were able to bring the dogs along and I was able to work from the campground. Great staff. Clean facilities. Easy access.

This was our 2nd time here and we love it! All of the staff are friendly and take their time with you. They were so nice when our daughter took her mining haul in to show them! We love that most of the site are shaded and the playground is shaded for a large part of the day. The pool is awesome and super clean. We will be back again for sure!

We pulled in after hours and found a camp site. I went to the office the next morning and were met with a very warm welcome from the team. I would definitely recommend this location as very clean and a great place to stay.

Our first stay at a KOA since being kids and we will be back! Beautifully maintained grounds, delightful staff and great location. We sprung for the Deluxe Cabin and it was worth every penny. Thanks to the crew at Springfield for such an excellent experience.

It's a very nice and well-organized facility... it feels comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Steve who went out of his way to help sort out the problem with my RV water pump. Would visit again if we ever make back that way.

The camping cabin was fine for what it is. The beds aren’t particularly comfy, but that’s fine. It would have been nice to know there would be a train running right behind the cabin all night long when it was booked though. Stayed 2 separate nights on the way to and from our road trip destination, and got very little sleep either night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were very clean and nice, and the pool was great for me and my granddaughter. It was very quiet and I will be staying there again.

This KOA was great. Tons of trees a lot of shade. Spent 4 nites here. Showers/restrooms were spotless. Chicken wings were great. Wi-Fi was great. Staff was great. There is a train every day but it was ok. Everything else was perfect. Would definitely go back.

Just a quick overnight in a one room cabin, but the staff really made us feel welcome. Their laundry facility was very clean and was open all night which was a real help for us.

We so enjoyed our stay at your campground. We all enjoyed the mining experience and now we look for them at every KOA. The staff was so friendly and kind to keep the mine open longer for me and my grandkind's.

It was only for one night, but was much better than a hotel since I travel to dog shows with more than one dog! There is a lot of green grass areas to walk and potty the dogs! Love being in nature than on concrete!!

We just got our travel trailer and decided to do a maiden run to a local RV park. This KOA was beautiful. We walked in and were instantly assaulted by the smell of fresh baked pizza. Ohhh my gosh! Drool. The pool was being worked on and wasn't open because of cold weather. There were nice, clean restrooms and showers. There was a camping kitchen available for campers. They pay homage to Route 66 with some fun picture opts. The people who run/own the park were wonderful. Dan, the helper was so helpful in hints about how to hook up and unhook the Trailer. He perused the property stopping and chatting with people, helping deliver pizza, giving directions to here and there. Overall this KOA is going to be hard to beat.

I was visiting family that rolled in with their motorhome. The park was nice--It was clean 👍. It was quiet. I'd go back there. 👍🙌
