We were pleasantly surprised at how amazing the KOA campground in Seward was. We thought we would miss being on the waterfront but we absolutely loved staying here and look forward to our next stay here.

Great campground. Great staff. Very clean and organized. Sites are wonderful. Ours had a turf area that was great. The only downside is wifi/internet. There is no cell signal at the campground, which is not their fault. However, the wifi, at least on site 19, was terrible, at best. The 2g cut out all the time and I never picked up the 5g. Would stay again, anyway.

Everything was great! Additional showers for peak times would have been nice to avoid long waits, but otherwise amazing. Great coffee, great facilities, very convenient check in and out.

The campsite was well laid out and the washrooms were clean and warm with very nice showers. The main frustration was the lack of reliable WiFi which was advertised as available, but in practice was non-existent. It would also have been good to have a source of potable water for those without a filter.

Views were awesome. Staff and site were great. Eagles nesting in campground was amazing. WiFi and cell service was abysmal but be so close to Seward.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Keeping our family dog with us is very important and we were thankful for the dog run. We also enjoyed the friendly staff and the clean bathroom/showers.

The campground was super clean. The members were very friendly and helpful. The owner was helpful in answering where they recommend to eat a great meal. Will go there again when I visit Seward.

The property is very well kept up, friendly staff and overall beautiful. The only issue were the dog team next door. Morning barking and howling at night (not sure if it was during tour time or not but.....). If that doesn't bother you, then you'll be just fine. Other than that, I love the location and isolation from the rat race by the Seward beach front camp area.

Girls in office super nice. Very close to everything you will want to explore. Bathrooms and showers were big and clean. Solo traveler and felt safe here

Nice spot Quiet park. Very friendly people. Awesome views, close access to town & to Exit Glacier. A bonus is a pair of nesting bald eagles also call this KOA home.

Sites are close to level. Utilities worked as expected. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location for seeing the area. Sites are easy to get in and out of. We had a back in site for 24' trailer pulled by F350. Plenty of room. Nice laundry area with game room. 3 washers and dryers.

We had a wonderful stay. I was surprised about the amount of noise coming from the dog sled business next door. Not the fault of the dogs or KOA but it was a nuisance. We will probably go back but the noise level is something to consider.

This campground was very clean. The staff/owner was very personable and polite and very helpful with any questions we had. I wished I had taken advantage of the laundry facility, but the showers were super clean and very accessible and warm! A great place to stay! Thank you!

It was so great! Lots for the family to do. The hosts abs staff were wonderful!! I would recommend they cover the horseshoe pit stakes with cones when not in use. Our toddler grandson was drawn to the sand pits and all I could envision was him tripping and losing an eye or getting impaled by one!

We had a great time despite the weather. The property having an Eagle’s nest was a nice added bonus. Only thing I would approve on would be adding the fake grass mats to each campsite. It really brightens up the areas that had them. Great job KOA. See you next time.

Staff do a good job, bathroom and shower very nice and clean, good size, camping sites all level and clean. The only downside is the "frustrating" wi-fi. The camping was almost empty and we could not even access any web page google, webmail or others. All it was doing is turn and turn and turn and going nowhere...... To the point that they should not mention they offer wi-fi or it hasto be fixed.

I booked my stay online, but did not originally notice that it was not for a full-hookup site. However, it was not a hardship with electric & water only - the site was beautifully level, with provided (NICE!) picnic table and fire ring. The bathhouse was wonderful, with plentiful hot water and very clean/well-maintained spaces.

Need to separate toilets and showers so you don't tie up both while using only one. Need to allow pulling camper closer to dump station so dump valve spills land on concrete apron, not on ground...we watched two hoses detach and sewage dump on ground.

This is a clean family friendly campground that never disappoints. It is always fun to watch the eagles and be close to the EXIT glacier. The owners are always helpful. We would highly recommend this campground!

Our GPS took us straight to this campground just before Seward on Glacier Road. Check-in was quick and easy, and we headed to Deluxe Patio FHU Site 14 with 50 AMP. From the Journey signage, it appeared this KOA had recently been upgraded to a Holiday. The campground was laid out nicely, with sites not squished together. The gravel pad was long enough for our 40' toy hauler, allowing us to drop the rear deck and still park our F450. Utilities were well-centered on the pad, and having two sewer hookups was especially convenient since we have two black tanks. Along with the usual deluxe patio amenities, we appreciated the astroturf lawn for our pups. Trees lined the side and back perimeters, but with none along the road side we had a clear Starlink shot. The campground also provided Starlink WiFi with download speeds around 22.8 Mbps. Water pressure was steady at 35–40 PSI. Verizon gave us 2 bars, while T-Mobile had none. Amenities included a tidy laundry with three front-load washers and three regular-sized dryers. A fun bonus was hearing sled dogs barking at Turning Heads Kennel next door, an Iditarod competitor offering kennel tours and sled dog rides both there and on the glacier. We also enjoyed watching eaglets in the nest right across from our site. The staff were very accommodating, even moving a grill for us and delivering a propane fill back to our site. Overall, this was a well-run campground with thoughtful upgrades and memorable surroundings.
