Great place to stay in a cabin or RV, I don’t recommend tent camping because of the sled dog kennels next door. The constant howling is only bearable if you’re inside four walls. They are doing a lot of construction right now but I bet they’ll be done by the summer and the place will look much nicer.

My family rented the three largest cabins, and enjoyed the firepit each night, the dog park was nice to have, and our actual kids spent a lot of time playing the playground, ship, and yard games each evening. It was excellent fun, guests might want to know that it is next door to a dog mushing venture, and the dogs can get loud. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be for you. We enjoyed!

Friendly and amazing staff! The cabin was clean and ready when I arrived. I highly recommend this place and I definitely be staying there again!!!!

Sled dog kennel next door with lots of barking and howling sessions throughout the night and all hours. Cabins are backed up to that kennel next door. Rv sites on the far side of the campground may be spared the noise but I'd believe all windows would need to be closed to block out the sounds. Cabins were clean, spacious, and comfortable.

You WIN, this site has much beauty of any other KOA I've ever stayed at - love Eagles; and the new cabin was awesome much better than last years cabin. The new ones are great!! I would check the seal around the toilet , it seem like a small leak came out each day, but it trickled over towards the sink. Additionally, my wife said heater in bathroom wasn't working.

We would recommend this location for anyone seeking to get away from town and have a great view. The sounds of dog sled property was apparent but didn't bother us much. We enjoyed watching the eagle nest on the property, played putt-putt, food truck and view. We stayed in one of the cabins which were found to be clean. WIFI was really slow and timed out while watching shows.

Good cabin! Friendly workers, I appreciated being allowed to check in early! Two suggestions- microwave safe bowls like a medium Pyrex or Corelle bowl. A few extras like a can opener. consider insulation around pipes in the bathroom sink & toilet as they had condensation that made the floor wet and seal on the shower leaks . It’ll help keep the cabin nice for longer.! We enjoyed our stay

The deluxe cabins were conveniently located for our activities, clean and newer than we expected. We had an additional person in our party that I had neglected to inform you about. The bedding for him was cheerfully & promptly provided. We loved the spectacular scenery at your campground, "Cons"- top bunks had very low clearance to the ceiling, hard to turn over; needed another kitchen towel

The staff is/are extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. They went as far as booking my boat tour for me including a shuttle ride to the dock All I needed to do was show up on time and scan my ticket. They also have wildlife, I got to see a moose and her twin calves and a pair of nesting eagles.

Friendly staff. Clean campground and cabins! Beautiful mountain and forest views. Close to Exit Glacier! My husband loves the ice creams for sale at the store! Great gifts in the gift shop! The grandchildren loved the playground and mini-golf! We had 2 cabins and 1 RV! We all had a great time! Thank you!!!!

Definitely had a wonderful stay and would recommend though Deluxe Cabin dwellers should know there is a dog kennel (sled dog tours) behind the cabin and they can get excited from time to time. If you are out and about during the day, you won't hear them much.

Lots for cabin and tents were small. We had to park our car (tight) between the cabin and dog park gate/fencing. If we didn’t pull up our car just so, the gate couldn’t be open. Staff forgot to give us our pillows. At checkout, staff said wonder why they had so many pillows. Always lines for bathroom in the mornings.

Nice full hook up pull through sites. Very clean, the staff was courteous and polite, and the location was very convenient to get to the places we wanted to go.

We stayed in the small cabin with bunk bed and no bathroom but the cabin was otherwise very well appointed, clean and cozy. The weather was turning chilly and the space heater was very efficient. The fridge/microwave and other appliances made for a "glamping" experience. The wonderful bathroom/shower facility, just a short walk away was also very clean. Definitely recommend this KOA facility!

The duplex cabin would benefit from having extra toilet paper handy. Also adding a paper towel holder to the wall to free up counter space. It would be nice to have a roof over the grill for rainy days. The water heater was not sufficient for one person to shower, as it got cold before the shower was completed. The electric heater did well to keep us warm. Staff was helpful. Loved the dog park!

After a horrible experience at the last KOA I stayed at it was refreshing to see this KOA was what I expect at KOA campgrounds. Wonderful staff and accommodations!! Very friendly and helpful along with a wonderful facility.

My family stayed in the deluxe cabin for 2 nights and it perfect! The kids enjoyed the play area and the miniature golf! The cabin site had a BBQ grill, picnic table and a wood fire pit. Would have been nice to have chairs for the fire pit but we had our own just in case.

I would suggest that you provide restrooms closer to the tent site area. It was a LONG way to walk in the middle of the night through all the parked campers. Also your policy of QUIET at 10:00 did not seem to apply to the Dog Kennels next door!!!! They were HOWLING even in the middle of the night preventing sleep. The tent sites were very exposed & not private against your policy of enjoying natur

We enjoyed our stay! The location is good. The cabin was tight for four but worked. The kid area was a hit! The only draw backs is we often had to wait for restrooms and we did not know how close we would be to the sled dog area.

We stayed in a camper cabin (no bath) and we were disappointed in the lack of preparation that took place for new guests. There were dirty towels in the drawers, wet muddy spots all over the floor, dirty grilling supplies, dog food all over the floor, etc.. We attempted to communicate the above with the office but they were closed ahead of their listed hours.

The staff at the Seward KOA were very friendly and the grounds were very clean. The views from this site are amazing. The only down side is if you've stayed at other KOAs in the lower 48 you will find this one to he lacking in that KOA typical feel. For the most part the entire campsite is one large gravel parking lot. However we still enjoyed the clean amenities, very nice gift shop and staff.

I really like the campground, it’s very clean and the dog area and put out golf are great. The sled dogs howling about 4 times per night was not good.

Camp is very nice. Staff is wonderful. Showers and laundry are great BUT you need more just bathrooms w/o showers. People needing just a toilet are having to wait for the one bathroom while shower rooms are being used.

The dogs next door barked most of the night and we got very little sleep. I would not recommend this KOA.

This is a clean family friendly campground that never disappoints. It is always fun to watch the eagles and be close to the EXIT glacier. The owners are always helpful. We would highly recommend this campground!

Our GPS took us straight to this campground just before Seward on Glacier Road. Check-in was quick and easy, and we headed to Deluxe Patio FHU Site 14 with 50 AMP. From the Journey signage, it appeared this KOA had recently been upgraded to a Holiday. The campground was laid out nicely, with sites not squished together. The gravel pad was long enough for our 40' toy hauler, allowing us to drop the rear deck and still park our F450. Utilities were well-centered on the pad, and having two sewer hookups was especially convenient since we have two black tanks. Along with the usual deluxe patio amenities, we appreciated the astroturf lawn for our pups. Trees lined the side and back perimeters, but with none along the road side we had a clear Starlink shot. The campground also provided Starlink WiFi with download speeds around 22.8 Mbps. Water pressure was steady at 35–40 PSI. Verizon gave us 2 bars, while T-Mobile had none. Amenities included a tidy laundry with three front-load washers and three regular-sized dryers. A fun bonus was hearing sled dogs barking at Turning Heads Kennel next door, an Iditarod competitor offering kennel tours and sled dog rides both there and on the glacier. We also enjoyed watching eaglets in the nest right across from our site. The staff were very accommodating, even moving a grill for us and delivering a propane fill back to our site. Overall, this was a well-run campground with thoughtful upgrades and memorable surroundings.
