The place and campsites are great lots of amenities and things for kids to do. But the only down side is there is no WIFI in the camp site we were in. The only location of WIFI is in the middle of the camp grounds. Very inconvenient for all of us as we need internet for our gadgets and devices. We were looking forward on this first trip but it was a little disappointing, everything else is great.

Great, quiet, scenic location. Wonderful, clean and spacious bath rooms/showers. Great office staff, helpful. Glad to have the coffee shop in the office.

My first time at a KOA. Probably my last. I visited this location to find out more about RV living and travel. No one was friendly or polite except the office/store people. I turned on the 20 amp to charge my phone and got charge $30.

We are very sorry for this experience. We are all here to make sure our customers are all happy, and we train all our staff on customer service. We do hope that you try staying at a KOA again.

The location is gorgeous. Its nestled in between the mountains and you just cant beat the view. The check-in process was super easy and all the sites were very clean and had multiple electrical hookups. The showers were clean and HOT! Especially nice after freezing on a boat all day! Highly Recommend!

The campground has pull in and out sites which made it very easy with a long trailer. It was one of the cleanest campgrounds I’ve been too which awesome views. There was family fun activities like mini golf and a great playground for our kids and a convenient bathhouse and store with a coffee shop.

Very nice, welcoming manager. Clean and convenient restroom/shower facility. Good to see the bald eagle nest remaining in the tree at the front of campground.

Such a fantastic and friendly staff! The bathrooms were great and those showers were amazing! My kids LOVED the playground and spent all the daylight hours outside.

Very nice facility and nice people running it. The campground is next door to dog kennels so at night the dogs are very loud howling.

The hosts were extremely helpful, professional, and personable. The campgrounds were clean. The bathrooms and showers were super clean and well stocked. The view from our RV site was spectacular with the mountains in the background. Next door to the campground is a musher with a lot of dogs ranging from puppies to full grown. My wife and I were never disturbed from barking or smells.

No mgt on site. Sign said running errands, back soon. No one showed. Called after hours number for code to bathroom & wifi at 6:20 pm. It was returned after noon, next day. We had already left. Check-in not easy. Motorcycle drag racing down road, possibly by guests of campground. Dog kennel noisy and never mentioned. Facility was clean.

Love this campground! The staff/owners are SUPER friendly and helpful. My kids love the scavenger hunt and the park! The facilities are super clean. And the amenities are top notch! This was our second time there this season and will definitely be returning many times in the future!

This is a clean family friendly campground that never disappoints. It is always fun to watch the eagles and be close to the EXIT glacier. The owners are always helpful. We would highly recommend this campground!

Our GPS took us straight to this campground just before Seward on Glacier Road. Check-in was quick and easy, and we headed to Deluxe Patio FHU Site 14 with 50 AMP. From the Journey signage, it appeared this KOA had recently been upgraded to a Holiday. The campground was laid out nicely, with sites not squished together. The gravel pad was long enough for our 40' toy hauler, allowing us to drop the rear deck and still park our F450. Utilities were well-centered on the pad, and having two sewer hookups was especially convenient since we have two black tanks. Along with the usual deluxe patio amenities, we appreciated the astroturf lawn for our pups. Trees lined the side and back perimeters, but with none along the road side we had a clear Starlink shot. The campground also provided Starlink WiFi with download speeds around 22.8 Mbps. Water pressure was steady at 35–40 PSI. Verizon gave us 2 bars, while T-Mobile had none. Amenities included a tidy laundry with three front-load washers and three regular-sized dryers. A fun bonus was hearing sled dogs barking at Turning Heads Kennel next door, an Iditarod competitor offering kennel tours and sled dog rides both there and on the glacier. We also enjoyed watching eaglets in the nest right across from our site. The staff were very accommodating, even moving a grill for us and delivering a propane fill back to our site. Overall, this was a well-run campground with thoughtful upgrades and memorable surroundings.
