Love the proximity to Seward and exit glacier. Area was clean. Bathrooms were beautiful. Although I wish they had more bathrooms/ showers. There was always a huge line. Next to a kennel so you will constantly hear dogs barking.

KOA Seward campground was very accommodating ; we had a very good stay. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist (thank you, Ari). I would have appreciated some more greenery around the campsites and felt the daily rates were high. I wish KOA Seward would lobby hard with the town of Seward to be included on a free shuttle bus route to town and other sites. Good for town business.

It’s a bummer that part of the site is full hook ups while the other side is partial. I guess it’s just the luck of the draw but maybe the price should be lower if you get the partial hook up? Other than that we had a wonderful time. The front office was awesome and the showers/laundry were outstanding!

It was a great stay overall! A little over-priced considering it’s camping in a gravel pit and they try to add costs at every turn (extra people, requesting a specific site, etc.), but the park is well-maintained.

Clean hot showers and plenty of them. Brie and the other workers made our stay pleasant. Our spot wasn’t ready when we arrived but we checked in within an hour.

Great showers, pretty scenery but the sites are bad- exposed, no trees and the kennel next door was crazy loud

We tried to reserve site with sewer, was supposed not available yet several sites had sewer connection. Wifi connection was next to impossible and cell service was one bar. Employees were great, helpful and friendly - just very short staffed. Town shuttle needs the be extended. New place but organization needs some effort.

Nice, new campground with friendly, helpful staff. Well set up for all sized rigs. They are working hard to make this a special place to stay. . . . even planted a community garden where the campers can "borrow" fresh produce.

Nice sites but the 30 dogs next door bark most of the day and at times at night. The wi-fi you claim you have is non-existent which makes it tough when you have to get online.

Very enjoyable. Could use more "green" areas for the spaces. Mama moose and calf walking through the park was a pleasant surprise. Folks did need to keep more distance between them and the wildlife.

We have special circumstances related to disable family members that were accommodated by the host beyond my expectations. This is the RV campground facility we compare all others against.

Bathroom is great! Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Office is build of Logs; very unique. Moose mother with baby was crossing the park while we‘ve been there! S&L from Germany

The hosts of Seward KOA were fabulous and the facilities were top notch. We had plenty of room for our 45ft 5th wheel and felt secure and private. The artificial grass between our sights were an extra bonus that we really liked! Thank you to Bill and Bre!

We had a good stay but very disappointed that we had to pay an extra $25 just to pick our spot :-( We'll probably look into a different campground the next time we camp in Seward.

We had a large group and were able to park together. The location makes it easy to get to the harbor, downtown and other attractions easily. I would definitely stay again. The hosts were very responsive to keeping the bathhouse stocked and cleaned on a busy holiday weekend. They were very gracious and friendly. Thank you! Carrie

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Seward KOA. The spaces are large and the entire campground is always well kept. It is also very pet friendly. I recommend Seward KOA to all my friends.

I loved the long, wide sites. Very easy to get in and out and plenty of room for big rigs. The campsites were clean and well maintained. The picnic tables and firepits were in good shape. Dog park was a definite plus. The WiFi was spotty when the campground was full. Lovely mountain views and right across the road from the Resurrection River.

This is a clean family friendly campground that never disappoints. It is always fun to watch the eagles and be close to the EXIT glacier. The owners are always helpful. We would highly recommend this campground!

Our GPS took us straight to this campground just before Seward on Glacier Road. Check-in was quick and easy, and we headed to Deluxe Patio FHU Site 14 with 50 AMP. From the Journey signage, it appeared this KOA had recently been upgraded to a Holiday. The campground was laid out nicely, with sites not squished together. The gravel pad was long enough for our 40' toy hauler, allowing us to drop the rear deck and still park our F450. Utilities were well-centered on the pad, and having two sewer hookups was especially convenient since we have two black tanks. Along with the usual deluxe patio amenities, we appreciated the astroturf lawn for our pups. Trees lined the side and back perimeters, but with none along the road side we had a clear Starlink shot. The campground also provided Starlink WiFi with download speeds around 22.8 Mbps. Water pressure was steady at 35–40 PSI. Verizon gave us 2 bars, while T-Mobile had none. Amenities included a tidy laundry with three front-load washers and three regular-sized dryers. A fun bonus was hearing sled dogs barking at Turning Heads Kennel next door, an Iditarod competitor offering kennel tours and sled dog rides both there and on the glacier. We also enjoyed watching eaglets in the nest right across from our site. The staff were very accommodating, even moving a grill for us and delivering a propane fill back to our site. Overall, this was a well-run campground with thoughtful upgrades and memorable surroundings.
