Nice clean bathrooms. Friendly staff always smiling. Internet is terrible. Can't access from camper also Web page states full hookup but very few are available. Deceptive advertising. And most expensive I have paid in my 2 months in Alaska

Fantastic campground. Even has a small playground and miniature golf. I would have preferred a dump station at each site. My only complaint is that WiFi was only available at the bath/laundry building. Not trying to watch netflix, but given that cell coverage is spotty, WiFi is the only option.

Spacious. No grass, just stone chip drives and sites. Up to date water, electric, and sewer hookups, but the sewer hookups are too high above ground for effective draining of lines (from a Grand Design Solitude).

Friendly and helpful staff in the office. The RV camping spots are very spacious! Bath/showers are new and very clean. The laundry room has everything you need, including laundry soap and quarters! Love the mini-golf on the hill. Easy location to get to and the campground was quiet the 4 nights we stayed there.

Very clean and well kept. Wifi is only available at laundry area and Verizon cell no good. ATT works well.

I would like to see the sewer hookups cut down a bit lower. I had a bit of a issue dumping tanks even with hose caddy. They almost need to be cut down level with the ground. It would also be nice for all sites to have the patch of turf grass as some had it and some didn’t. Overall the stay was great and the view was amazing! Will definitely come back!

I can't imagine a more beautiful setting for a KOA than this one! Billy, the manager is a great KOA ambassador and he was helpful in all regards. Quiet and clean - thats what I ask for in a campground and that is what we got here. There are few trees so if you want a shaded site consider staying at a KOA in Georgia. Ask for a site on the west side to avoid the private kennel/barking dog.

Loved the campground, we stayed for 4 days! We are KOA VIP's and have stayed at a lot of locations in the US and Canada. This one is the best and should be a Holiday not a Journey. Bathrooms were clean and showers very spacious. Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable of the area. Only downfall is the scarcity of internet service this is Alaska so it's to be expected.

* The KOA staff was outstanding. * We loved our site (#11) * The bathrooms were nice, but we had to wait in line several times. The Seward KOA would benefit by having more toilet facilities. * The WiFi was only available near the bathroom. To be a great, 5 star RV Park, decent wifi needs to be available at each site.

Love the owners! Very friendly. Lots to do there for my entire family! Only negative is very poor cell/internet service.

We booked the spectacular view site for 4th of July weekend. While we were happy to have a site at all there were a few things to mention. Advertising Wi-Fi when it doesn’t work is false advertising. Even in the laundry room it was sporadic. No antenna tv stations, no cell service (Verizon).The road noise being right next to the road was loud. If we came back I would want a site near the back.

HORRIBLE internet service. HORRIBLE dog park that is really just a poop park because so rocky dogs can't run, they poop and then they want out. Poop trash overflowing for 4 days, no poop bags. Not enough bathrooms, showers, washer and dryers, 3 REALLY? Beautiful park, convenient location. Step it up a bit, especially the internet and we'd of given you a better rating.

Nice staff clean quiet park. NOT ENOUGH SHOWERS OR ESPECIALLY TOILETS BY A LONG SHOT!! Couldn’t get a shower in evening or morning. Plus ad doesn’t mention next to barking dog sled business

Hosts were amazing. Answered questions regarding the area and what to see. Kept in touch with us through out our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Owners and staff were so wonderful! Views were amazing. Bathrooms/showers were very clean and laundry/community room was very nice.

Had a great stay. Everything was clean and easy to use. Kids enjoyed the playground, put put, and walking along the river .

The Wi-Fi signal needs to be upgraded so that it covers more of the park instead of just around the bathhouse.

Being an amenity incudes the ability to pump prior to departure we were very disappointed in our stay. We heard the announcement on Saturday stating we could not pump which we felt bad for people who trying to depart but the situation was not corrected Sunday when we departed.We carried the extra weight with us! I would like a response to the credit we will be receiving for your lack of amenities

The reason why I wouldn't recommend stay8ng at KOA campsite is because the dogs barking was too much, really annoying.

Poor judgement on internet only in common area. In this time should be available to all sites in there units. No monitoring of quite hours. Kid out at 11 pm kicking cans

Too much to pay for full hook ups No wifi except in bathroom/lounge Disputed charges on my bill Still not resolved Why would you close all the bathroom facilities from 7-8;00 pm!! Dumbest thing ever How about 11;00-12:00??? 9:00-10;00 pm? How about you just go clean 2 at a time 2x a day?? They should always be open since we have to pay the price of “full hook ups” Very dissapointed

Very spacious camp sites. Bathrooms very clean and not far from any of the campsites. Eassily accessible. Close to exit glacier. Loved the resident bald eagle.

This is a clean family friendly campground that never disappoints. It is always fun to watch the eagles and be close to the EXIT glacier. The owners are always helpful. We would highly recommend this campground!

Our GPS took us straight to this campground just before Seward on Glacier Road. Check-in was quick and easy, and we headed to Deluxe Patio FHU Site 14 with 50 AMP. From the Journey signage, it appeared this KOA had recently been upgraded to a Holiday. The campground was laid out nicely, with sites not squished together. The gravel pad was long enough for our 40' toy hauler, allowing us to drop the rear deck and still park our F450. Utilities were well-centered on the pad, and having two sewer hookups was especially convenient since we have two black tanks. Along with the usual deluxe patio amenities, we appreciated the astroturf lawn for our pups. Trees lined the side and back perimeters, but with none along the road side we had a clear Starlink shot. The campground also provided Starlink WiFi with download speeds around 22.8 Mbps. Water pressure was steady at 35–40 PSI. Verizon gave us 2 bars, while T-Mobile had none. Amenities included a tidy laundry with three front-load washers and three regular-sized dryers. A fun bonus was hearing sled dogs barking at Turning Heads Kennel next door, an Iditarod competitor offering kennel tours and sled dog rides both there and on the glacier. We also enjoyed watching eaglets in the nest right across from our site. The staff were very accommodating, even moving a grill for us and delivering a propane fill back to our site. Overall, this was a well-run campground with thoughtful upgrades and memorable surroundings.
