Dogs barking most of the time. The whole lot full of potholes. Hard to walk on rocks everywhere. WI-FI was bad. One tree in the place.

Great location close to Seward. Gravel sites but watch which site you book. NOT ALL sites have sewage connections. 50 amp service and water was great, but we had no sewer. We were not able to use or own washer and dryer because we were not able to dump until we pulled to the front and used the dump station. The wifi was very weak and extremely slow, also our Verizon service was terrible.

Enjoyed our stay, good location, clean park. We were however disappointed when we showed up a couple hours before check in and we’re told there would be a $20 early check in fee. That is not disclosed on any of their literature or website. We understand there are reasons for checking and out times however the park wasn’t that full and all sites are the same size. Not great customer service.

Seward KOA was a great. It was extremely clean, the owner and staff professional, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Everything worked, and the owners worked on improvements during our stay. We would definitely stay again. We usually avoid KOA’s because they often are run down and staff indifferent. Inspect your locations. Hold them to a Seward-like standard. Nice job Seward KOA.

Great campground with lots of space. So enjoyed the eagles and watching several eagles. Sure wish we could use wifi without having to go to the laundry room.

This park is what a park is supposed to be. Post pandemic, parks are charging high rates & giving less. This park is expensive but not for the value you get for your money. Thank you for running such a great facility.

Beautiful view and clean campgrounds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only, issue was lack of bathrooms. We had 5 RV’s and 15 people. All but one bathroom is shower/bathroom combined and very hard to get into.

The space we stayed in along with the 2 on each side became walk through paths for people going to/from the showers. It was really frustrating and rude. I recommend your team put in 2 or 3 designated foot paths and signage through that entire row to help prevent people walking through others campsites.

A beautiful and pleasant experience. Everything was clean and enjoyable. Great location to both the town and mountains. All the staff (and owners) we met were friendly and helpful. Be aware that there are sled dogs next door to the park that occasionally will howl, but it was nothing that diminished our stay. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

From the beginning the staff was so friendly and helpful. Best Koa I have stayed in . The cleanliness was superb! I’m not a koa member. But I’m sure thinking about it . Thanks for a great stay !!

We didn’t have a tow vehicle, so getting into town was a hassle to unhook and drive motorhome down, but that was my fault for not looking at map.

Wonderful stay at the Seward KOA. We were right below and eagles nest and the amenities were clean and new. Great store with beyond helpful employees! Only thing missing was a pool or hot tub. We would definitely go back!

We stayed for 2 nights, and really enjoyed the huge restroom/showers! Some of the largest we've encountered at RV parks!! The Office/Gift Shop was nice, and had quite a variety of items. The bonuses were the Bald Eagle nest in the tree in the park! And the park's proximity to the Kenai Fjord's Exit Glacier!!! Just 10 min. up the road, and an amazing experience!! We would stay here again!

The KOA has a very clean facility, very nice staff. An eagle's nest in a tree in the middle of the KOA lot.

I really enjoyed it. Thanks for booking the Kenai-Fjord-Tour for me and organizing a shuttle! Only thing that disappointed me: WIFI!

Our favorite rv park in all of Alaska. So much thought is put into the guests’ experience here, from the clean bathrooms, nice landscaping, playground for the kids, to the coffee shop and lovely store with all kind of wonderful things. There is so much pride in ownership and it shows.

There is a sled dog kennel next dog and the dogs all bark and howl in unison at any time day or night. it is something to hear once they all start barking. They show two different wifi connections in the park. When ours did not work they told us "your site never has wifi, just go watch TV in the laundry room-HUH?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are a couple of things I would recommend. For people who do not have children or grandchildren, it would be helpful if those of us were not located near the playground area. Children and adults constantly walking through our campsite to get to the area instead of using the road. It was very concerning as we were leaving, a small child walked to close to us

The facility is brand new and excellently set up, so you are paying a premium. There is an eagles nest at the edge of the campsite as well. If you request spots next to eachother there will be a $20 fee for each when you arrive.

Very expensive, like parking in a parking lot on sharp stones. All amenities you need including laundry. Sled dogs next door wake you up when they are hungry... Terrible eerie sound. There is an active eagles best in the only large tree on the lot. Fun to watch the eagles and get some great photos and videos.

Truly a big rig friendly campground. The widest sites we have had in Alaska so far. Great location to Seward and the National Park. Plus there is an eagle’s nest at the campground!

The campground and all facilities were wonderful… clean and extremely well maintained… and the setting along the edge of the river is perfect… quiet and scenic and so conveniently located… can’t say enough good things about this campground!!!

Very nice campground, bathrooms very clean. The grounds were always looked after. The only downside was the price, I felt it was a bit too much.

This is a clean family friendly campground that never disappoints. It is always fun to watch the eagles and be close to the EXIT glacier. The owners are always helpful. We would highly recommend this campground!

Our GPS took us straight to this campground just before Seward on Glacier Road. Check-in was quick and easy, and we headed to Deluxe Patio FHU Site 14 with 50 AMP. From the Journey signage, it appeared this KOA had recently been upgraded to a Holiday. The campground was laid out nicely, with sites not squished together. The gravel pad was long enough for our 40' toy hauler, allowing us to drop the rear deck and still park our F450. Utilities were well-centered on the pad, and having two sewer hookups was especially convenient since we have two black tanks. Along with the usual deluxe patio amenities, we appreciated the astroturf lawn for our pups. Trees lined the side and back perimeters, but with none along the road side we had a clear Starlink shot. The campground also provided Starlink WiFi with download speeds around 22.8 Mbps. Water pressure was steady at 35–40 PSI. Verizon gave us 2 bars, while T-Mobile had none. Amenities included a tidy laundry with three front-load washers and three regular-sized dryers. A fun bonus was hearing sled dogs barking at Turning Heads Kennel next door, an Iditarod competitor offering kennel tours and sled dog rides both there and on the glacier. We also enjoyed watching eaglets in the nest right across from our site. The staff were very accommodating, even moving a grill for us and delivering a propane fill back to our site. Overall, this was a well-run campground with thoughtful upgrades and memorable surroundings.
