Camp is very nice. Staff is wonderful. Showers and laundry are great BUT you need more just bathrooms w/o showers. People needing just a toilet are having to wait for the one bathroom while shower rooms are being used.

The dogs next door barked most of the night and we got very little sleep. I would not recommend this KOA.

HORRIBLE internet service. HORRIBLE dog park that is really just a poop park because so rocky dogs can't run, they poop and then they want out. Poop trash overflowing for 4 days, no poop bags. Not enough bathrooms, showers, washer and dryers, 3 REALLY? Beautiful park, convenient location. Step it up a bit, especially the internet and we'd of given you a better rating.

Nice staff clean quiet park. NOT ENOUGH SHOWERS OR ESPECIALLY TOILETS BY A LONG SHOT!! Couldn’t get a shower in evening or morning. Plus ad doesn’t mention next to barking dog sled business

Hosts were amazing. Answered questions regarding the area and what to see. Kept in touch with us through out our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Owners and staff were so wonderful! Views were amazing. Bathrooms/showers were very clean and laundry/community room was very nice.

Had a great stay. Everything was clean and easy to use. Kids enjoyed the playground, put put, and walking along the river .

The Wi-Fi signal needs to be upgraded so that it covers more of the park instead of just around the bathhouse.

Being an amenity incudes the ability to pump prior to departure we were very disappointed in our stay. We heard the announcement on Saturday stating we could not pump which we felt bad for people who trying to depart but the situation was not corrected Sunday when we departed.We carried the extra weight with us! I would like a response to the credit we will be receiving for your lack of amenities

The reason why I wouldn't recommend stay8ng at KOA campsite is because the dogs barking was too much, really annoying.

We had vehicle break down and they helped move us to a different location for a few extra days stay. Very friendly

Poor judgement on internet only in common area. In this time should be available to all sites in there units. No monitoring of quite hours. Kid out at 11 pm kicking cans

Too much to pay for full hook ups No wifi except in bathroom/lounge Disputed charges on my bill Still not resolved Why would you close all the bathroom facilities from 7-8;00 pm!! Dumbest thing ever How about 11;00-12:00??? 9:00-10;00 pm? How about you just go clean 2 at a time 2x a day?? They should always be open since we have to pay the price of “full hook ups” Very dissapointed

Very spacious camp sites. Bathrooms very clean and not far from any of the campsites. Eassily accessible. Close to exit glacier. Loved the resident bald eagle.

Love the proximity to Seward and exit glacier. Area was clean. Bathrooms were beautiful. Although I wish they had more bathrooms/ showers. There was always a huge line. Next to a kennel so you will constantly hear dogs barking.

KOA Seward campground was very accommodating ; we had a very good stay. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist (thank you, Ari). I would have appreciated some more greenery around the campsites and felt the daily rates were high. I wish KOA Seward would lobby hard with the town of Seward to be included on a free shuttle bus route to town and other sites. Good for town business.

It’s a bummer that part of the site is full hook ups while the other side is partial. I guess it’s just the luck of the draw but maybe the price should be lower if you get the partial hook up? Other than that we had a wonderful time. The front office was awesome and the showers/laundry were outstanding!

It was a great stay overall! A little over-priced considering it’s camping in a gravel pit and they try to add costs at every turn (extra people, requesting a specific site, etc.), but the park is well-maintained.

My review is only based on the tent camping spots. Worst tent spots I have ever experienced. We ended up not staying because of this. Paid for 3 nights not knowing what we were getting in to. Do not recommend for tent camping at all. If you want to see how a tent spot is supposed to be set up, go visit the KOA in Valdez. It was all about how many they could pack in and no quality in Seward.

Clean hot showers and plenty of them. Brie and the other workers made our stay pleasant. Our spot wasn’t ready when we arrived but we checked in within an hour.

Great amenities, very clean facility. The gift shop also had everything you could need and more, very nice staff as well. My only complaint is the location next to a dog shelter. At random times between 12am-9am a group of them will howl for 5-10 minutes straight. I noticed a lot of tent campers like ourselves wake up from it. More space for tent campers would be nice but everything else was great

Great showers, pretty scenery but the sites are bad- exposed, no trees and the kennel next door was crazy loud

We stayed in this campsite for three nights due to bad weather. We were most impressed . We had a full hook up . The space was roomy all the hook up equipment was in good order.The RV park is quite new ,it looks the owners have thought out the lay out well and have planted trees and flowers once established will be very nice giving more privacy between sites.We learnt from the receptionist that the shop/check in office was made from trees form the site when it was cleared its worth actually looking at it is most impressive.I understand no nails have been used to build the structure.The wash rooms,laundry and playroom games etc are provided are all kept to a very clean standard. If you are planning a boat trip out of seward they will help you with a booking and shuttle service to seward.Would I stay again yes definitley we are planning a trip next year and we will check in with KOA Seward

Overall good experience. Beautiful view with the river and mountains, even saw northern light the night we stayed. However like some other reviewers have mentioned, we didn't get the access code since we checked in late (not too late tho.. the sun hasn't set when we arrived..) so you can only hope to get lucky someone is also getting in/out of the bathroom. The bathrooms can be a bit crowded in the morning as well. The amenities are very new and clean.
