Didn’t respect the assigned slots, the system to show the other that the slot is book is very bad and create conflict between tenants. Very disappointment with the management of the park

My grandkids had a blast. Lots of amenities and well stocked office. Only criticism would be the road along the campground is busy during tour season so there is some traffic noise at night.

Enjoyed our stay. The camping spots are great and apart enough that you aren't on top of your neighbors like so many other RV parks here in AK.

Your facility is clean & spaces were well distanced. The camp market is well stocked & diverse. Nice to see not just “touristy” items but essentials & groceries. The convenience of a coffee bar is great too! The showers & bathrooms were usually clean. Only suggestions I have: 1-Squeegee available to push water to drains for safety. 2-Make sure faucets work & paper towels stocked.

Clean bathroom and showers. Easy to get things in the office/gift shop. Nice location nestled in the mountains by a river.

We found this park to be a really nice to stay. Sites were level and plenty long enough for our 41 foot 5th wheel. It was quiet and the views are beautiful.

Super clean - easy to maneuver - friendly staff - well stocked general store and an amazing setting. 10/10 would recommend this site to anyone traveling with an RV or camper in this area

Amazing campground, big spaces, nice and clean amenities, shower with laundry and lounge area. Wifi is not that good though but overall…love it

KOA campground was clean and organized but advertising that there is WI-FI is misleading. The only WI_FI available is in the laundry room which is busy and hot from the dryers. There is very limited cell reception at the campground because it is too far from the town.

Not enough bathrooms for such a large number of campsites. Also, they wouldn’t let me check in early, even though our site was vacant. Seriously?

Nice amenities and setting. The bathroom was out of toilet paper for two days and it didn't seem like the bathrooms were cleaned per the posted schedule. Otherwise, really great.

Very clean and new! There are 4 rooms with toilets and showers and 1 room with just a toilet. With a full campground there was always a wait to use a toilet and there was always a wait to use a shower. I would suggest separate toilets and more showers. There is no cell service in this area so wifi is important and it only worked in the bath house, which makes it tough for travel planning.

Way too pricey. Was second site from bathhouse where the wifi was. If a rig pulled between me and the bathhouse, forget wifi, no verizon phone signal so couldn't use hotspot and no cable. In short, poor (no) amenities and laundry machines were super high also. Nice and new yes, but you can find better, nicer, cheaper campgrounds in Seward.

The Seward KOA has moderate sized spaces with clean gravel surfaces and scenic views. There is no shade, although when we visited it wasn’t an issue. The WiFi is poor and there is no cable TV. The location is convenient and it relatively quiet.

Family of 7! Usually we feel claustrophobic in traditional RV campground settings. But this KOA layout was great. Plenty of space between campers. We stayed at a dual purpose because iir teens like to tent. The green astroturf raised pad was amazing. Amenities were phenomenal. The office/gift store felt like a boutique. Ability to buy bags of ice is a game changer for us. So nice!

We tent camped in pouring rain and loved the platforms. They were nice to stay high and dry. The dog sleds were pretty comical and truly Alaskan, but the hike to the restroom in the middle of the night sucked. Poor planning putting the restrooms all the way across camp from people who truly need- tents and cabin. Class A motor homes and travel trailers have bathrooms. You need a porta potty

The campground, facilities, and staff were fantastic. We would stay here again. Our only complaint is the noise from the dog kennel adjacent to the campground, but we understand that is beyond the control of management.

We loved the campground! The bathrooms and showers with the heated floors were clean and huge! We loved having the on site laundry as well. The dog park, the store and the playground are a lovely addition. We will definitely stay here again!

We love the Seward KOA. Beautiful setting. Clean facilities. If you're going to Seward but don't want to be crowded downtown, give the KOA a try. We love it there.

The campground and facilities were all very well kept up. Wide lanes and generous parking spots. We never felt like we were camping too close to anyone and we stayed 10 nights. Loved staying here and will be back in August again.

We stayed in this campsite for three nights due to bad weather. We were most impressed . We had a full hook up . The space was roomy all the hook up equipment was in good order.The RV park is quite new ,it looks the owners have thought out the lay out well and have planted trees and flowers once established will be very nice giving more privacy between sites.We learnt from the receptionist that the shop/check in office was made from trees form the site when it was cleared its worth actually looking at it is most impressive.I understand no nails have been used to build the structure.The wash rooms,laundry and playroom games etc are provided are all kept to a very clean standard. If you are planning a boat trip out of seward they will help you with a booking and shuttle service to seward.Would I stay again yes definitley we are planning a trip next year and we will check in with KOA Seward

Overall good experience. Beautiful view with the river and mountains, even saw northern light the night we stayed. However like some other reviewers have mentioned, we didn't get the access code since we checked in late (not too late tho.. the sun hasn't set when we arrived..) so you can only hope to get lucky someone is also getting in/out of the bathroom. The bathrooms can be a bit crowded in the morning as well. The amenities are very new and clean.
