Enjoyed the location, campground, large spaces, and full hookup availability. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was not strong enough to reach the outer sites.

Super cute campground, loved the kid themes, little store was awesome, bathhouse clean! Only negative is it’s by a dog sledding kennel so lots and lots and lots of howling dogs. Became accustomed to it after first day but can still be a bit much. Clean camp!

Staff was awesome. Very nice people. Staff had tons of information about the Seward area. So nice and willing to help you in any way. We had a lovely time. The place was clean and first class all the way. I will be back!!!

The duplex cabin would benefit from having extra toilet paper handy. Also adding a paper towel holder to the wall to free up counter space. It would be nice to have a roof over the grill for rainy days. The water heater was not sufficient for one person to shower, as it got cold before the shower was completed. The electric heater did well to keep us warm. Staff was helpful. Loved the dog park!

Void of character, might as well be camping in a gravel pit. There should be a disclaimer on your website to warn about howling dogs and shooting range next door. And for the high price you charge, I would expect full hookups, park-wide internet and cable. Totally underwhelmed.

This is a first class facility in everyway. The grounds, services and laundry room are what campers wish they had elsewhere. Great job folks...Vic and Sharon Salash

We had a great stay at the Seward KOA, even sharing our camp site with a family of bald eagles. Even though this is a fairly new park, improvements are being made. I would definitely stay here again.

Dogs barking most of the time. The whole lot full of potholes. Hard to walk on rocks everywhere. WI-FI was bad. One tree in the place.

Great location and awesome facilities (very clean bathroom/showers and laundry room)! Perfect for exploring Seward and Kenai Fjords NP. The kennel next door was definitely very loud (huskies howling) but only happened a couple times a day - during feeding time maybe? They were quiet through all three evenings we spent there.

Great location close to Seward. Gravel sites but watch which site you book. NOT ALL sites have sewage connections. 50 amp service and water was great, but we had no sewer. We were not able to use or own washer and dryer because we were not able to dump until we pulled to the front and used the dump station. The wifi was very weak and extremely slow, also our Verizon service was terrible.

Enjoyed our stay, good location, clean park. We were however disappointed when we showed up a couple hours before check in and we’re told there would be a $20 early check in fee. That is not disclosed on any of their literature or website. We understand there are reasons for checking and out times however the park wasn’t that full and all sites are the same size. Not great customer service.

Seward KOA was a great. It was extremely clean, the owner and staff professional, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Everything worked, and the owners worked on improvements during our stay. We would definitely stay again. We usually avoid KOA’s because they often are run down and staff indifferent. Inspect your locations. Hold them to a Seward-like standard. Nice job Seward KOA.

Great campground with lots of space. So enjoyed the eagles and watching several eagles. Sure wish we could use wifi without having to go to the laundry room.

Great place friendly team, but the alaskan dogs we’re more than I could handle so I left a day early. Great scenery around in their area. Great restaurants in town and a cruise ship to take you out to see the glaziers

This park is what a park is supposed to be. Post pandemic, parks are charging high rates & giving less. This park is expensive but not for the value you get for your money. Thank you for running such a great facility.

After a horrible experience at the last KOA I stayed at it was refreshing to see this KOA was what I expect at KOA campgrounds. Wonderful staff and accommodations!! Very friendly and helpful along with a wonderful facility.

Beautiful view and clean campgrounds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only, issue was lack of bathrooms. We had 5 RV’s and 15 people. All but one bathroom is shower/bathroom combined and very hard to get into.

Don't know how many KOAs we've stayed at but this was a nice one. Eagles nesting in the campground, great facilities, nice gravel and fake grass for my spot. Sled dog facility beside the KOA but that is the only bad thing. I would definitely stay here again if I came to Seward AK. Things to Remember it's not in town, couple miles out, and Seward has a hardware store and a grocery store it also has a couple of gas stations. We still love Seward.

This is a clean family friendly campground that never disappoints. It is always fun to watch the eagles and be close to the EXIT glacier. The owners are always helpful. We would highly recommend this campground!
