it's a well maintained, very nice, calm place. Only one thing: way to many dogs, they are left allone in the Vans and bark endless and they used our spot as their bathroom.

We had a great stay at this beautiful place. The staff are friendly, the hosts are wonderful, and the grounds are meticulously well kept. We will be back at least twice next summer!

Sites clean, level & well maintained. We had patio site with a gorgeous swing. Owners very friendly & helpful. Already booked for next year.

Nice clean campground. Everything was good. Too many dogs in park for us. If you love dogs this is the place for you. Barking is the last thing you'll hear, and the first thing you'll hear in the morning. Guess they had some sort of dog event the weekend we were there.

My only suggestion is days that there are dog competitions, is to ask the competitors to remember quiet hours and understand that there are people staying onsite. I had an experience in the rest room where a team member of KOA was cleaning the bathrooms and they were running a bit behind. It was 1:03pm (the cleaning hours sign said 12-1) those who were not staying in KOA were very rude :(

Very accommodating I have a disability and the washrooms were great. And the shower was nice and large for me to have a shower. I was very, very happy with the service and how things were set up.

As always your staff were helpful and courteous. We were escorted to our site both visits in the past week and our wood was delivered to our site. Thankyou for a stress free visit

Stayed on trip out and back. Both times were great. Showers and Washrooms spotless. Site was neat and well cared for. Would definitely recommend and return again.

Had a full hook up site with sewer, water and electric. Site was small. Picnic table on top of neighbours sewer hookup. Owner was rude.

Guest made his reservations at the last minute, and was upset that we didn't have anything to accommodate his four night stay, requiring him to move twice. 30' trailer on a 65' site.

The roadway into campground was full of potholes, and was dirty and dusty. Washrooms were dirty. Smell from dump station was nauseating. Sites were small with no privacy. Nickle and dimed us for everything. Owner was rude. We would have expected better from a KOA kampground.

This is the best KOA in Ontario. This camp is clearly well run and managed and the owners have pride in their KOA camp. The sites are well spaced, and have trees and greenery which is lacking in many other KOA's. You feel like you are in the great outdoors and not just in a field with a marker with your site number on it. Washrooms and facilities top notch. Well worth a visit, and close to town.

Some heavy rain and noisy dogs and kids. Other than that, great showers and laundry facilities

Had we been made aware of the noise while the guest was here, we would have looked after the issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to correct the problem after the fact. We have tried to control the heavy rain in the past, but we have not had any luck with that. ;-)

Stopped here on our way to Airventure in Oshkosh. A very pleasant stopover - was directed to our campsite and also helped to back in. Have stayed here a couple of times in the past and knew exactly were I was going to stay on this trip.

There were people who had four dogs and they were always barking!

Had we been advised while this guest was on site, we would have taken care of the issue. Unfortunately, there is little that we can do after the fact.

Passing through travellers, ended up a KOA Sault Ste Marie and was impressed with the organized and well kept grounds! Cabin was cozy and had a very restful sleep in their Cabin! Place was clean and presentable! Consider KOA campground as your hotel/motel alternative!

The property is nice and the people are friendly. Staff are also. More trees needed in section G and someone needs to learn how to prun the trees properly. I recommend that a garbage/recycling be also placed in that area as there was not one convenient. So I saw people leave when they left on their site. Bathrooms were clean and very nice. Thank you.

Bill saved the day when the campground we originally reserved at had us on a site too small for our trailer. Called KOA and Bill was able to accomodate us that night. While on route he called back to advise he was able to arrange a second night which is what we required. Upon arrival we were escorted to our site and ended up on a lovely pull through. Will definitely being staying here again.

Clean, great service. Visitor rates are just unacceptable, bordering on greedy. We were using KOA Sault as a base to visit friends and relatives in area but we would not expect them to come to the campground at those prices. Too bad because everything else is super. Top notch friendly and efficient staff, great facilities. One more thing:$2 coffee in office is rather lame. Should be complimentary

Visitor fees after 6 pm are just $5 per person. You wouldn't go to the movies and expect all your friends to get in for free; the same applies here.

It was out last night on our 30 days holiday, we saved the best place for last, amazing.

What a gem!! We stayed on a deluxe pull through site (50amp/water/sewer/cable). That included a bbq, patio, swing, table / chairs / awning! Park had lots of amenities including RV wash, dog agility area, miniature golf to name a few. The check in was efficient and the staff / owners were very personable. The fall colours were in full swing making it even more beautiful! Will recommend to friends and family.

This is a very beautiful campground in a park like setting. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Grounds and bathroom very clean. This is not a hotel but a campground, although they may have cabins.

Absolutely beautiful park. With cool amenities for its visitors. But the staff aren't very polite. Although the bathrooms are really clean which makes up for alot.
