We reserved a family tent site for the first time. It was so convenient for our family to be close to the festivities in the Backyard and the kids could walk to the jumping pillow.

It is part of our kids childhood memories to come to KOA for Halloween celebration. We have doing this for years and we love it and look forward to it every year.

Friendly and easy check in and check out. Just love the Halloween decorations all around. My only suggestion is to hand out neon glow in dark wrists bands to the kids, even a charge of 1.00 each to keep them seen. The darkness is scary and they kids are running around alone and will cross in front of cars even when the see a car coming. Reflection a must!

The only problem is in the pool area. People put your items on it. the chairs and come back to our later. If you change the policy on that all day, don’t give anybody else.

Extremely loud at the tent sites, pulled in during the night time and couldn’t tell just how close you are to the highway here. Literally sounded like a homeless person sleeping under a bridge. Instead I paid $90 for a pile of wood chips and a parking spot.

Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and professional. It rained the weekend we stayed however, the staff did a great job pivoting and they planned indoor activities to keep the kids engaged. We were still able to do most activities and we had a great time. Thank you for another wonderful weekend.

I think this KOA should only be used for RV or cabin, this KOA is not set up for tent camping. We had the worst tent camping experience. Thankfully all but one on the staff were extremely helpful and provided amazing activities for my kids. I feel the people with RVs were allowed to do anything but as a first timer we did not feel welcomed. Please cx tent space 3481, it is horrible for future gues

The stay is enjoyable. It was a crazy hot weekend,so that made it worse than usual.It's getting crazy that the costs to stay are so high, using the excuse that there are so many activities, yet more and more activities require additional payment.The back bathrm hooks have been broken for a couple of years now. It would be nice if there was somewhere we could hang things while using the facilities.

There were way too many people there and in the pool at one time. No one followed any rules and you all allowed it. Completely dangerous behavior at the pool with that many people and the employees just looked and walked by.

We loved all the Amenities! Very clean and the Halloween activities were an extra added fun. For someone like me who isn’t a true camper this was the perfect place to go camping but still Have all the glam I needed!

It was our first time camping and it went very smooth. Everyone campers and staff were very warm. It was a great first impression. We are already talking about our next time.

Tent sites are next to a huge gutter/drain under freeway. Very loud at night and the crows woke us every morning. Activities were fun but dragged on for a long time. Parade route was long because it's such a big campground. Pool is great but it's was crowded. Pricey vs just staying at a comfy hotel.

We had a tent site with electricity. We have been coming for many years durring Labor Day. Bobbi the camp host was great. She was hands on for all the events and was very popular with all the guest. The on site store always saves us because we always forget something and the food at Sand Castle Cafe was very good.

Great KOA stay! Our tent site was clean and close to all the amenities. The kids loved the playgrounds, pool, backyard area, kickball, Gaga Ball, and tie-dye. The camp store had everything we needed, including sunscreen and bug spray. Fries and snow cones were delicious! Only downside was the pool—it was much colder than expected for a heated pool. We’d definitely return!

Tent camping w lots of room in group site. Restrooms and showers were IMPECCABLE!!!! And all KOAs are great but this one- wow. Lots of incredible cabins, glam tents etc. Tons of RVs but somehow the place felt very chill and relaxing. Pool super active with families. Large pool, plenty of room for everyone.

The campground should implement better bird and pest control. During my stay, a dead crow was left near the camper kitchen for two days, attracting flies. Additionally, my tent and vehicle were covered in bird droppings every morning, which was excessive and frustrating to clean daily. I enjoy nature, but this was unhygienic and disruptive.

Good: price, camp space of tent camp area, private showers, kid's activity sites, kid's interactive activities, friendly staff, pool. Bad: High foot traffic of maintenance staff/vehicles/work, high priced items in gift shop (foods, drinks, gifts, etc.), food selection, quality (taste), price at diner, no assistance with getting the specific/requested tent site, many loud helicopters.

Crows were very loud starting at 5 am. Pooped all over my car. People up late and not following quiet hours.

Vegas for Families! Great stay! Very entertaining KOA! 5 year old daughter met a ton of friends! Guests were really nice and welcoming! This KOA thought of everything: playground by the showers/bathrooms; kids camp/restaurant/store by the pool; rental specialty go carts; jumping pillows, etc! Loved it!

So many kids screaming in the pools and riding bikes or scooters or running around the camp ground without supervision. I didn’t see security or anything to watch them. The restrooms were gross and not clean. Other KOAs have AC in the bathroom so it’s not a sauna when you get out but this one was just nasty with hair everywhere and hot.

Way too many people. Overcrowded in all areas. Many more people allowed in sites than stated in website policy. People were in my spot when I arrived and were not willing to move. Pretty disappointed. No quiet hours enforced. Awake at 2 am still hearing blaring music and loud parties.

This is specific to tent camping. The sites are very close to each other. The main reason I wouldn't return for tent camping is the noise. The after hours noise until 1230am. We did call once and they patrolled by. Without that being enforced it makes it unbearable if you are with kids or just expect those hours to be respected by all.

excellent. However, handicap shower stall valves were not working. Also, one shower stall light would not come on when I entered the room

Loved it. However, the kids riding on the electric scooter need to slow down since there are little ones walking and running around as well.

Amenities were nice and clean, but too crowded and noisy. Very noisy— people didn’t respect quiet hours or camp sites… just walked right through.

We enjoyed our stay, but knocked off a star since our fire ring still had ashes from previous occupant and our post light was flickering the whole time, but other than that we had a such great first time!! Thank you for everything!

Perfect location to take my grandchildren camping. Bathrooms were always clean. Kids loved renting the bikes. Very nice stay.

My kids loved the mermaid and pirate event this past weekend. I only gave a 4 out of 5 because the text message options to reach the office were not in place. Also the firewood we ordered on the second day was never delivered. We were refunded at check out so no biggie. Facilities are always well kept and a great variety of family events.We will be back next year :)

This is an extraordinary place. There are hundreds of spots available to park your RV and vehicle and plug in for electricity and water as well as facilities for cleaning and maintaining your RV. Your choice of a small cabin, deluxe cabin, or deluxe cabin by the pool. They even have spots available where you can just pull in and pitch a tent. I really enjoyed the option to cook with the regular grill, gas grill, or the electric stoves that are available. Sinks with hot water for washing dishes. There is a laundry room is definitely a plus. The gift shop has just about everything and if you need something off-site then that's not a problem. Many stores within a 2-mile radius. Lots of activities available for adults and kids. Very pet friendly. The cabins are cozy and come with a plug-in, ceiling fan with a light, and comfortable bunk beds. I don't call it camping. I call it "glamping!" The restroom and shower facilities are top-notch and I do mean top-notch. There is plenty of space. The staff do an amazing job keeping this place clean and beautiful. I'll definitely be back I heard that it's good to book way ahead if you can. Even up to a year in advance.
