We’ve been coming to this campsite for years. We’ve introduced the KOA family to our friends and family and everyone has always enjoyed their stay. Staff is friendly and the teams work hard to organize the activities and crafts for the kiddos. We appreciate all of your effort and hard work! Great job KOA SD.

After attending for many years. The drinking alcohol everywhere the smell of weed at night. Dogs barking like crazy and finding droppings everywhere. Was just too much this year.

I really enjoy coming to SD KOA, the facilities are great and the staff is wonderful. Something needs to be done about the crows that are waking up the entire campground between 3:30 and 5am every morning. I was awoken every morning by this and I had the worst sleep of any stay at a KOA. I regret staying this time. Please get the crows under control. They are a nuisance and people can’t slee

Out campsite was next to a public walking path and we heard several people walk by at late hours of the night. Very loud, pushing loud carts. The fence was low and they could easily jump the fence. We didn't feel secure. There could be barb wires added for security. There was a site next door to us that must of had over 20 teenage boys. For sure they did not have wristbands. Should be enforced.

Although the facility isn’t as big, and doesn’t feel “in nature” as other KOA’s, it is packed full of fun things for the kiddos. Comparing to other KOA’s I’ll highlight the pool (with great showers), kids club had lots of engaging activities and basketball courts with adjustable hoop height for the smaller kids. My camping space was littered with trash. It was unsightly. While the spaces give no nice views, the tent sites were right on top of each other

We had a great stay! Everything was perfect and clean. Loved that they had lots of activities for the kids to do and loooved the safe environment for the kids to be running all around.

Tent site was well kept and great spot! we loved our stay and would visit again. Only issue we had was the crows or birds were soo loud in the morning between 5-6am everyday. Like a flock of crows above our tent site. Once the birds would leave all was perfect! Thank you KOA team! We loved the pool and kids activity's!

Safe and clean campground with lots of amenities for families with kids. Firewood delivery, I see staff rounding for safety, prompt response to noise complaints, and just overall really friendly and helpful team. We love staying there even as locals, great camp ground, highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay with plenty of activities for the kids. The tent sites are too close to one another however I think it is to be expected in this situation. The amenities outweigh any negatives! Our family will definitely be coming back!

My favorite home away from home, but still close enough to home I can go if I forgot something. hahaha Your place is a locals dream... we are still in our favorite city, but it feels like another place. Thank you for keeping it so well stocked, clean and full of great staff. The only criticism I have is the scum on the pool edges. It needs a deep clean along the top of the water line. Thank you!!

This was our first time staying at this campground and we loved it! The location is great, the campground is well-groomed and we really liked our tent site in the "backyard". My kids also loved all the activities at the kid's club!. I'm not sure that the maximum number of guests per campsite was being enforced, as there was a large family next to us that set up 8 tents.

The place was very beautiful for all ages and dogs. The only thing I would complain about is the clean up from the tent areas. I didn’t end up staying the night because once they told me my area was ready I drove over there and saw a huge pile of rice, eggshells, chips and a dirty woman’s dirty pad all scattered on the floor. Your property is lovely. However both nights our across-the-road neighbors were blaring their music. It would have been helpful if a staff/security person could have reminded them they weren’t the only ones here. I know you can only control so much. But it might be something to think about for future campers. It really soured an otherwise delightful experience.

Well, we only got to stay one of our two nights because the rain and wind completely destroyed our tents and EZ-UP, but the first night we stayed was lovely! And everyone we dealt with was super nice and helpful!

We had to change the date of our stay due to the Otay Mtn fire. KOA was accommodating and helpful in finding an alternate date. Facilities were excellent and we had great time.

Absolutely the perfect stay - One thing I have noticed the last times we stayed - Little kids are constantly in the adult jacuzzi, splashing and just making it not so relaxing. I don't see staff making periodic checks , and frankly parents do not tell there kids anything. I know you clearly state Adults Only, but i never see kids or parents caring. Only feedback i have, your staff is always great!

Once again, the San Diego KOA gave us a memorable weekend. There were lots of great activities for kids. The jumping pillow was the place to be and their campground is great for riding bikes around the bathrooms were clean, and the tent sites were very level. We will be back!

Had such a great time with a large group. Kids enjoyed amenities and activities. Parents got to relax as the site had many staff driving around at all times. Hot showers and electricity at our campsite and lodges made our stay so comfortable.

We had so much fun just when we got there some of the staff kinda made us feel unwelcome but the other staff were wonderful and that why we stayed and had a great time.

The power supply was interrupted five times. Because we couldn’t use the electric mat during the night, my family and I had to sleep in the cold, shivering. As a result, my children ended up catching a cold. I informed the staff several times about the power outages, but the issue persisted. What was supposed to be a joyful camping experience for my family was completely ruined.

Camp was very clean and kept that way with multi staff. They also had a kitchen in the center of the campground that was top notch. I wanted to give a shout to Bobbi the recreation manager for all the events that the campsite provides.

I just want to say we’ve been camping at this campground since my daughter was 6 mos old. She is now 8 & from the beginning we’ve had such a pleasure time staying here staff were very accommodating and friendly. Until our recent stay. Al the assistant manager was extremely rude &made our stay unpleasant. I’m a member at KOA and I will not be booking here again. I’d love to be contacted for

Activities were great. Facilities were clean. Staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is there needs someone who stays at the camp to enforce the lights out and music off at ten. Multiple people were playing loud music until 11.

Bathrooms and campsite were very clean. Always have a great time when we come here. One recommendation would be to please bring the train back!!! I also noticed the tent sites and even RV sites are not cleaned up at all in between campers. I know most campers live by "leave no trace" but not all do and the sites should be free of trash and other debris for the next camper.

I (single mom) took my son camping (tent site) and we had a blast. Felt safe. Bathrooms were well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. We forgot to pack salt-got some at the koa store. Tons of Halloween decorations everywhere. So festive. There does seem to be a major crow/raven population living there and they are very loud in the mornings. Bring ear plugs!!

This is the BEST KOA we have stayed at and we have stayed at many! It was so kid friendly the staff were awesome super nice bathrooms and showers were very clean! We are definitely coming back thank you so much!

Only bad part was the creepy plumber..lol who didn't bother to ask everyone to leave so he can plunge the toilet you actually just came in while everybody (woman) was in the bathroom. O could have been changing.
